1Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

1 Corinthians 9:24
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Why are we continually told to run a  race and have endurance (patience) if we are guaranteed salvation no matter what we do? Why are we told to endure until the end (physical death) if we cannot depart from God? God is faithful, so does that automatically mean that we will be? God said I will never leave thee nor forsake thee does that mean that I cannot forsake him? The belief of once saved always saved or as some call it eternal security, is causing many to live life in a back slidden, lukewarm state. They have quit the race and have given up on the prize that Jesus died for us for. That position is an extremely dangerous position to be in. Remember what was said about the lukewarm church of the Laodiceans.

Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

So they were part of the church (those that belong to Jesus Christ), but they were not right with God so if they didn’t shape up and repent, God was going to punish them with the rest of the sinners. Are we not to expect the same judgement, are we some special group of people that this doesn’t pertain to?

The race is our life in Christ, it is telling us how we ought to act in our christian lives. It’s not a went down to the front, go to church on Sundays quick sprint. Those things don’t make you a christian. It’s a marathon, a life long race that we are running as if only ONE gets the prize. Now we know that more than one will receive salvation, but that’s not how we are supposed to run it.

Philippians 3:12
Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

Paul knew the truth that he had to continue in the Lord because he had not yet attained that salvation that we are all looking for.  He tells us in verse  14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. That prize is our reward for finishing that race. You can not finish a race if your not even running in it.

James 5:11
Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

Matthew 24:13
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

2 Thessalonians 1:4
So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

These few verses are just a few of the many verses that encourages us to continue running that race from day to day. We are also warned in Mark 4 what will happen if we don’t endure.

16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;

17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.

We have another example of what happens when you don’t endure in 2 Peter 2:20-22

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

These verses are not talking about the lost soul that doesn’t know Jesus Christ, these are talking about those that have escaped the pollutions (sin) of this world and chose to quit the race. We need to keep our endurance up to receive that prize, that goal, that salvation or we will end up being like that seed in the parable of the sower. Dead.

This is telling the strong in faith to receive the weak in faith. An example given is of the strong in faith knowing he can eat all meats. He has studied and knows Jesus made all meats clean by his death on the cross, removing the idea of a man being clean or unclean as a result of what he eats.

1^st Tim.4:4 “For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:”

But the weak brother , or newly born-again Christian, has not yet come to that knowledge. If he remains faithful and studies God’s word the Lord will reveal to him in the scriptures the truth on the matter and he will receive it, IF he has a love for the truth.

The disciples could not receive everything the Lord had to say at first.

Jn.16:12” I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.”

Notice the Lord said “now”. With time the Lord revealed all things to them.

Remember Peter’s vision in Acts 10.The Lord told Peter “Rise Peter; kill and eat.” But Peter refused at first to receive this. The Lord was revealing to Peter that he had cleansed unclean meats, and by implication the distinction is removed as between Jew and Gentile. Now they are to preach to Gentiles as well as Jews.

So when we come upon a weak brother that has not come to the knowledge of truth on meats for example, we are not to destroy him with our knowledge. We are to receive him as the Lord received us, with all longsuffering and doctrine, and later he will come to know the truth himself and act upon it accordingly.

1^st. Cor. 8:9″But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.”

Vs.11-12 “ And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.”

Mt.18:5-6″And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”

The Lord is not talking literally about children. The child might be 43 years old, like I was when I became born-again.

Verse 3 explains who the Lord is talking about,”And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.”

A little child receives everything the parents tell him. And that is what the Lord expects from us. Never become to old in the Lord that you can not receive knowledge and correction from the Lord or of his servants.

Another example is in verses 5-6″One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.”

If a weak brother regards a day differently from us, weather it be the sabbath or some other day, we are not to destroy our brother with our knowledge, but exhort him with doctrine and in time he will come to know the truth. This does not do away with the Lord’s Sabbath. Paul is talking about a weak or young brother that has not come to that knowledge yet.

Because a weak brother does not eat meat, does that change anything in the scriptures? Neither does it change the commandment to remember the Lord’s Sabbath. When I became born-again ,it took a while to receive many things. The sabbath and graven images were two examples. As I grew in the Lord , the scriptures concerning the Lord’s Sabbath and graven images were overwhelming. Now I keep the Lord’s Sabbath as I also threw away my graven images. This did not come overnight. In the meantime my brothers in the Lord did not destroy me with their knowledge.

Vs.13″ Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.”

This is what this chapter is talking about. There are no laws changed in this chapter, as most preach. It is simply telling us not to destroy our weak brother with our knowledge.

I will conclude with the first verse in chapter 15 “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.”

Peter Ruckman was manifestly used of God in pioneering the bulk of the recent work against “the versions” and against those who produce, defend, prefer, and use them; but he is given to railing diatribes against non-Baptists who firmly stand on the King James, and is guilty of hypocritically “going back to the Greek” to contradict the KJB, in support of Baptist doctrine, which greatly detracts from the Godly effort.

Gail Riplinger is manifestly used of God to perfect and expand upon the work of Ruckman concerning the KJ. Her books are powerful and persuasive through the sheer volume of facts she has pooled. Although a Baptist, and apparently deceived by a certain few Baptist doctrines, she does not appear in her writings to place her denominational affiliation above the authority of the word of God in a noticeable way.

Samuel C. Gipp, as Ruckman and Riplinger, has taken a firm stand in this part of the war; however, as also the other two authors, he is a purveyor of the heresy of “pre-tribulation rapture” and “once saved, always saved” which he pushes to the extreme in his work of wresting scripture to defend his heresies.

Ezekiel and Jeremiah are common reference places for OSAS believers to go to when trying to prove a lie. They want to deceive those who are unaware into thinking that these verses are speaking to the Gentiles now when in fact it is speaking to Israel later, that is, in New Jerusalem.

Let’s take a look at who the Lord is actually speaking to here in Ezekiel and in Jeremiah.

What most OSAS believers don’t realize and what many don’t want you to know is that chapter 36 is speaking to Israel and the context really begins in chapter 34…

Ezekiel 35:1 MOREOVER the word of the LORD came unto me, saying…

From chapters 34 to 36 the Lord is sending the prophet Ezekiel to prophesy against Israel. This has nothing to do with Gentiles.

Chapter 31

Vs. 31-34 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

(Question, do we all know the Lord? Is it not necessary for us to “teach every man his neighbor” because all know the Lord? Look back in verse 31, who is this speaking to? The house of Israel and the house of Judah. )

Further confirmation of who this is referring to is found in the book of Hebrews chapter 8 beginning in verse 8.

Hebrews 8:8-13 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: 9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

It is easy for men to receive a false doctrine like “eternal security” because it allows them to continue doing what they want here and there thinking that they have it made.

Here is the problem…

If you believe in Once Saved Always Saved, you believe a lie and you are putting your trust in men.

Jer 17:5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

Here is the solution…

Stop putting your trust in men and trust the Lord.

Jer 17:7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

Below is the complete text of a 15 page “rapture” study/letter, received, February 8, 2007, by Daniel Dominguez, ostensibly from Jack Chick Publications, although we cannot yet be certain of the exact source within Chick Publications, as the organization has so far refused to respond to our attempts to confirm it. Because of the extremely Satanic nature of the methods used to wrest scripture within this “rapture” paper, we wished to determine whether Mr. Chick is personally the author of this material. The anti-scriptural position of Chick Publications with respect to the subject of resurrection is widely disseminated by its “Chaos” comic book and other tracts, which is consistent with the doctrines it has presented to us here; and it is rather well established that the letter, in fact, came from Mr. Chick’s organization; but I use his name from here forward as meaning himself, personally, or someone connected with him. Mr. Chick sent his letter via internet to Mr. Dominguez’ “My Space” subsequent to reading the Forbes “Pre-Trib Rapture” bible study posted there earlier, which was the attachment point of the letter sent by Mr. Chick. Mr. Dominguez had just previously joined Mr. Chick’s “friends” list on his “My Space” site. (The Forbes bible study is a presentation of bible verses which state plainly when the “resurrection” takes place; exposing the wildly popular “Pre-Tribulation Rapture” as a Satanic hoax.)

What follows from this point forward is the complete word for word text, exactly as received by Daniel Dominguez, with the exception of additions and comment as identified according to the Color Legend above. (If received electronically, this document will not display coherently unless opened in WordPerfect and printed by color printer.)

{T}here {sic} is no debate that 1 Thessalonians 4, and 1 Corinthians 15 teach on the rapture. Both chapters also teach the resurrection and of the trumpet blast. Neither chapter mentions anything about having to endure the tribulation before the rapture comes.

{This first paragraph by Mr. Chick is pure genius. The reader must forgive me. It will take a few moments to faithfully respond to what has been very skilfully presented here.

(1) With a wave of his hand Mr. Chick has kicked to the curb two chapters that forcefully present the truth of the biblical “resurrection”. (2) As concerning what Mr. Chick states, there “is no debate,” this is false on two counts: first, neither of the chapters “teach on the rapture” whatsoever; and secondly, now that Mr. Chick has insinuated that they do, there SHOULD be heated debate. (Mr. Chick’s opening claim is equivalent to stating, “There is no debate that the theory of evolution is true.” and then calmly walking out of the room!) (3) Further, these two chapters, which he deftly dismisses, both speak powerfully and entirely against the possibility of any concept of “the rapture.” If the “rapture” is true, then these two chapters are false. (4) Concerning Mr. Chick’s statement that, “Neither chapter mentions anything about having to endure the tribulation before the rapture comes.”, I address the most glaring points:

(a) It is frightening to consider that such Machiavellian cunning could be packed into one sentence.

(b) Mr. Chick knows that “Neither chapter mentions anything about” the tribulation coming before “the rapture” because the word of God NEVER mentions “rapture” anywhere!

(c) Mr. Chick cleverly attempts to turn his own problem into our burden, which simply will not do. We do not need to show, nor would we intend to show, that the tribulation comes “before the rapture.” There IS NO “rapture.”

(d) Mr. Chick’s strategy clearly seeks its object with those who might be ignorant enough to find it compelling that 1st Thessalonians and 1st Corinthians 15 make no “mention” of “rapture.” (The reader must come to grips with certain realities here concerning a man who claims to be a bible-believing servant of Jesus Christ.)

(d) Although a fragment of Mr. Chick’s statement is technically true, in that “Neither of these two particular chapters mentions anything about having to endure the tribulation. . . .”, to make such point in this circumstance, is diabolically misleading, in addition to being irrelevant, in view of the fact that the bible does in MANY OTHER places do so. Mark 13 and Matthew 24, for example, contain the information given in the two chapters addressed above; and they ALSO both “mention” the “tribulation”, in addition to laying out the events of the “tribulation” which go BEFORE the thoroughly described “resurrection”. (Not “rapture.”)

(e) In composing his opening assault against 1st Thessalonians and 1st Corinthians 15, it is assumed that Mr. Chick intentionally left out those other passages which DO “mention” the tribulation. His objection is a sham.

(f) Mr. Chick is transparent in his intent is to knock down every verse in the bible that plainly teaches the resurrection in relation to other events, by applying to them, in isolation of each other, a shifting arbitrary criteria until they are all systematically eliminated by one means or another. It is patently untrue that every passage which teaches the biblical resurrection must necessarily include every element of the entire doctrine, or be discarded. (Mr. Chick applies no such criteria to the verses that he trots forth as proofs, but quite the opposite.) In 26 years of laboring in doctrine I have never witnessed such treachery as presented here by Mr. Chick. The reader is the judge.

(g) In setting up his strawman, Mr. Chick uses the techniques and strategies of lawyers, not a brother in Christ.

(h) Whereas Mr. Chick has dispatched with these two chapters, I present a small portion of each and ask for them to be considered without wresting, and for the reader to take the time to read the chapters in their entirety.

“For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.” (1st Corinthians 15:22- 23)

This passage and numerous others flatly contradict Jack Chick, who is either willingly ignorant, or is intentionally deceiving the world concerning WHEN the “dead in Christ” “go to be with the Lord.” His tracts repeatedly portray an angel with wings scooping the dead man from his coffin at the time of his burial, and then flying him through outer space to his reward (or judgment). This propaganda (if believed) makes it impossible to see the relevance of the real “resurrection” wherein Christ “at the last trump” comes to earth (via the clouds) and RAISES THE DEAD IN CHRIST:

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (1st Thessalonians 4:16-17)

This could not get any more clear! We do not go to him (one by one), as we die: he comes to Earth to get us, whether DEAD OR ALIVE, at ONE RESURRECTION, at the last trump. 1st Thessalonians is simply false if Jack Chick is true.

“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (1st Corinthians 15:52-53)

If these two chapters are true, then the “rapture” is false, and Mr. Chick’s teachings in this and related matters are false. His depiction of raising the dead in Christ, at their deaths is not simply an innocent or unrelated heresy; but an essential element of a very Satanic strategy of global proportions (whether he knows it or not). It is impossible that “the dead in Christ shall rise first” at “the resurrection” as described above, if those people have already been stashed in heaven one at a time, like a squirrel fills a tree with nuts.

It is impossible to reconcile the biblical “resurrection” with the tenants of the “rapture” theory, and it is impossible to make it go away, so Mr. Chick, as others involved in this Satanic conspiracy, simply ignores and downplays the biblical resurrection, making it irrelevant AS IT PERTAINS TO THE CHURCH, while hawking the “rapture” as the “blessed hope”. (The biblical “hope” is the “glorious appearing” of the Lord at his return, as given in the very verse from which the term, “blessed hope”, is pirated (Titus 2:13)). It is galling for those who understand how the churches are being duped, to see their blindness and doctrinal ignorance play into the hands of the men who deceive them.

In falsely claiming that the chapters referred to “teach on the rapture” and “also teach the resurrection,” Mr. Chick has revealed that the term, “rapture,” is in fact a different thing than “the resurrection”. (Many unsuspecting folks assume that the word, “rapture,” is simply an innocent alternative to the word, “resurrection”. It is not! When Satan invents a doctrine he must, by necessity, also invent a term to represent it; for example: “immaculate conception” referring to Mary being born without sin; or “tribulation saints” as referring to the saints in the bible who clearly don’t get “raptured out” before the tribulation; or “Jewish Sabbath”/“Christian Sabbath” to justify the illusion of more than one scriptural “sabbath”; etc.

Mr. Chick immediately begins his paper by using the debate strategy of compartmentalization (“divide and conquer”) to insinuate at the outset that the reader is not entitled to utilize scripture to define and interpret scripture, which, of course is exactly how the bible should be studied (1st Corinthians 2:13). The purpose of his strategy is to isolate what the reader knows (or would know) of a particular doctrine in one scripture, from what is referred to in another scripture, through correlation. Mr. Chick hopes to substitute the definitions and associations of the bible with his own “private interpretation” (2nd Peter 1:20). This is done repeatedly by Mr. Chick, as shall be seen. While this tactic is certainly effective on those who do not perceive it, there is nothing about this strategy that is connected with “truth” or the love of “sound doctrine”. To understand the nature of this device, observe the technique in the following analogy:

In Philippians 2:9 (“. . . God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name. . . .”) there is no debate that the word,“him”, refers to Lord Maitreya. Neither verse 9 nor verse 13 contains anything about Jesus Christ. Verse 10 (“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow. . . .”) refers to a man named “Jesus”, but the word “Christ” is not mentioned here, nor does it mention the all-important word“him.” There is no debate that Philippians 2 teaches two persons as “Christ”, and that “him” refers to Lord Maitreya, the Christ, whose name is above every other name.

If the reader sees no problem with the above argument, then he needs find no problem with Mr. Chick in his opening “rapture” argument. Let the reader again read Mr. Chick’s first paragraph at the beginning of his letter, and then observe the following attempt by him to further fragment scripture and invalidate legitimate association of scripture.}

There is no debate that Revelation 19 and Zechariah 14 teach on the physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power after the tribulation. Neither of those chapters speak [sic] of the rapture, nor of a resurrection, nor of a trumpet blast.

{Firstly, “What is the point?” Secondly, why would the bible ANYWHERE “speak of the rapture” when it is “impossible for God to lie”!? Thirdly, is Mr. Chick complaining to me, that the word of God contains nothing about the “rapture,” or is he complaining to God?}

1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

1 Thess 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

1 Thess 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

1 Thess 4:18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

{The verses referred to here by Mr. Chick are wasting space in regard to his efforts, unless he can change the meaning of the words, which he will now try to do. The above verses listed by Mr. Chick say nothing about any “rapture” theory, and teach precisely the doctrine of “the resurrection”.}

Λ [caught up=HARPAZO=Rapture]

{Now we get Mr. Chick’s “private interpretation”. (Referring to Greek while inventing false definitions is the most popular “Christian” con game on the planet.) This tactic is used by Mr. Chick because he has no choice: it is the only available option for him to “wrest” this plain scripture. Mr. Chick refers to the word “harpazo” because of the present gullible tendency among modern sheep to perceive “knowledge of Greek” as advanced insight to doctrine. (The fact is, there is no connection at all between the word “harpazo” and “rapture”). What is given by God in English as “caught up” means exactly “caught up,” and refers to “the resurrection” at the Lord’s coming, as the word of God refers to it repeatedly.}

Λ 1 Thess 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

{Mr. Chick clearly wants the reader to assume here that the “wrath to come” (that the Lord “delivered us from”) MEANS “tribulation” (or, as could be accurately concluded, “Satan’s wrath”). This is either unbelievable ignorance on the part of Mr. Chick, or intentional deception. The “wrath to come” in 1st Thessalonians is the “wrath of God” (John 3:36) against those who are not in Christ; that is, against those who refuse the salvation of Jesus Christ. (See 1st Thessalonians 5:9 presented by Mr. Chick below!) The Lord has, in fact, already “delivered us from” (past tense) that wrath. Those who go slobbering after the “rapture” doctrine are so blinded by their love of it that they cannot simply read and believe what is in front of them: (Laodicean “Christians” have become completely wacky over this doctrine.)

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36)}

1 Thess 2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? Exactly, Mr. Chick!

Λ 1 Thess 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

{Mr. Chick, whether ignorant or wicked, wants the reader to assume that “wrath” in this verse MEANS “TRIBULATION”. Not surprisingly, to bible believers, “wrath” means “WRATH,” which is the “wrath of God” against those who do not “obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,” exactly as given here and in John 3:36!

1st Thessalonians 5:9 is not telling us we’re not appointed to “tribulation” because that would be a lie! Those who are called and chosen are NOT appointed to “the wrath of God,” but they do incur the intense hatred of Satan. The Lord did us the favor of warning us that we ARE “appointed” to “tribulation”: most milky “Christians” at this precise time in history, simply refuse to be warned!

“That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto. For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know.” (1st Thessalonians 3:3-4).

It has been that way for two thousand years, yet the Laodicean church ignorantly and blindly insists that it is “special” and that it should be different for itself than it has always been for other Christians; even as countless Chinese Christians at this very moment suffer unimaginable horror, and even considering that entire Christian populations in Africa were systematically tortured to death and slaughtered with horrible cruelty (with the U.S. news agencies turning a blind eye and deaf ear! You better wake up! The “rapture” fairy tale has put you to sleep and you’re in for a rude awakening!)}

1 Thess 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1Cor 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1Cor 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Cor 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

1Cor 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

1Cor 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

{In a most Satanic maneuver, Mr. Chick follows the listing of the above verses describing the glory of the coming of the Lord, and of his rescue and deliverance of his church in the resurrection, with an utterly inappropriate verse dealing with ESCAPING “all these things that shall come to pass”!. This is simply diabolical!}

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

By monstrous arrangement of the order of scripture presented, Mr. Chick sets up the reader to assume that “all these things that shall come to pass” (that we should wish to “escape”) is the COMING OF THE LORD AND THE RESURRECTION, which Mr. Chick has placed before us in 1st Corinthians 15, above. (If the reader, in being unfamiliar with the raging conspiracy in this arena, is simply incapable of believing Mr. Chick would actually do this, he must read on to find Mr. Chick repeatedly stating exactly what I have here narrated!). Mr. Chick, in fact, flatly declares that the coming of the Lord IS the tribulation. (“Rapture” theory is a grotesque cancer that destroys everything concerning sound doctrine.) Mr. Chick wants the reader to assume that “escape all these things” (in Luke 21:36) MEANS “to avoid all these things,” while ignoring the point of the entire passage, which was to warn the Lord’s people of what they were, in fact, going to have to “endure”, the tribulation! This time of Satan’s full and unrestrained power on earth (what globalist politicians refer to as “the new world order,” is now nearly upon us). The biblical warning is given so that we would be prepared for it by expecting it! The reality is, if you “escape all these things” it MEANS you did not submit to Satan, that is, you endured“unto the end” (your end), as in, “and they loved not their lives unto the death.” (Revelation 12:11)

Mr. Chick tries to make a doctrinal “proof-text” out of Luke 21:36, while ignoring the 35 verses going before it, which clearly describe the tribulation, which I beg the reader to take the time to read. Verse 31, declares “So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.” If you “see these things come to pass” then you are obviously here to “see” them, and there hasn’t been any “rapture.” The hallmark of these days is DECEPTION (Luke 21:8), and the way to spiritually survive it is “patience” (Luke 21:19 & Romans 5:3). Speaking of the flesh (except for a remnant) WE DO NOT SURVIVE it: Satan kills us. This is not unclear: it is just unpopular.

“I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them. . . .” (Daniel 7:21)

“. . . and power was given unto him . . . to make war with the saints, and to overcome them. . . .” (Revelation 13:5-7

“And he had power to . . . cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” (Revelation 13:15)

“And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matthew 24:22)

There is no need to shorten the days “for the elect’s sake” if we’ve been “raptured out first.”

“But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.” (Mark 13:24-27)

“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” (Matthew 24:13)

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days . . . they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” (Matthew 24:29-31)

Both Matthew 24 and Mark 13 contradict Mr. Chick’s arguments at the beginning of his letter. They thoroughly describe the resurrection and place it squarely “after” the tribulation. Further, the account in Matthew 24 also “mentions” a “trumpet”, which, of course, is the “last trump” as given in 1st Corinthians 15:52:

“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

This is the “resurrection”, which is referred to exactly forty times in the new testament (compared with zero references to the non-existent “rapture”). Mark 13 and Matthew 24 both provide, in one place; WHEN, WHERE, and HOW the resurrection takes place: it is not “pre-tribulation,” it is “POST.” It is not “secret,” it is NOISY and everybody sees it. Observe the skill used by Mr. Chick in ignoring plainly given scriptural doctrine, while continuing to construct the propaganda of the “rapture” from the flimsiest of conclusions and the most outrageous “private interpretation”.}

Λ The Seven Churches; One is promised an Escape through the “open door” from the Great Tribulation

{This is a bald-faced lie. There is no such promise made to any church.}

To Thyatira:

Rev 2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

To Philadelphia:

Rev 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

{Mr. Chick first concocts a false definition, and then leads the reader to a verse that is entirely unrelated to it. Associating “open door” with “Escape . . .from the Great Tribulation,” is a fabrication and “private interpretation” of unrelated scripture, and is anti-scripture. What is from scripture, is that Jesus Christ is “the” one-and-only “door” (John 10:2 & 7) and that any other door would be a false “door” (John 10:1).}

Rev 3:10 Because you have kept my word of patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial which is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell upon the earth.

{Those who love the Lord’s word will immediately notice how that the above false version quotation tastes like a mouth full of sand. (Was this letter really compiled by Mr. Chick, or was it done in conjunction with someone else who doesn’t even know enough to pretend to stand on the King James. Does Mr. Chick present the works of others? If so, who are they? If not, why is he quoting something besides the Authorized bible?)}

To Laodiceans:

Λ [Rev 3:16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. [out into tribulation as in Rev. 2:22]

{(1) Horse manure! This is rank heresy and not even a good attempt at “private interpretation”. (2) For those who are “lukewarm” toward the Lord and spued out by him, “tribulation” is irrelevant: their problem is “the lake of fire”!}

[Revelation 4:1] After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

[Rev 8:13] And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth [those not raptured?] by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound! {This is extremely sick! and becoming quite tiresome.}

Feast of Trumpets (Open Door)

{This association is simply a witch’s brew of “private interpretation” and custom designed definitions. It is entirely lacking scriptural foundation. What follows by Mr. Chick is brilliant in its appeal to flesh, but Satanic with respect to doctrine and disregard for the word of God. No one who trembles at the Lord’s word could possibly supplant the biblical foundation of “sound doctrine” on this subject with the fantastic anti-scriptural conjecture contained here.}

The Open Door and Last Trump are on the Feast of Trumpets, which is on the new moon. The new moon feast (holyday) is a shadow/prophesy of the Rapture. The open door is prominantly {sic} seen in the rapture verses of Rev 3:10, 4:1 & Matt 25:1-13.

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday [festival], or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Col 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Ezek 46:1 “Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut on the six working days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

{This verse is not from the bible! What is Mr. Chick quoting from here? Is the real Jack Chick tied up in his basement and an imposter is acting in his name at the office?}

Pss 81:3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.

Isa 26:2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.

Pss 118:19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:

Pss 118:20 This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

John 10:7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Luke 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

Luke 13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

{The above 13 references are irrelevant with respect to the issue. What is Mr. Chick’s point? Is the idea to make his argument seem weighty by virtue of its length?}

The Feast of Trumpets, on the new moon, is when the moon is turned to darkness. It is also “on a day or hour that no man knows” –which is an expression referring to this feast (and to a Jewish Wedding)– because the new moon happens 29.5 days after the previous one, creating uncertainty of whether it will fall on the 29th or 30th day after the previous new moon, which is the first day of the month, thus the festival is traditionally celebrated for two days just to be sure.

{(1) This would be fascinating if there were any reason to believe even one word of it. (2) Although quotation marks have been placed upon a certain portion of the above (signifying I know not what) it categorically did not come from the bible. (3) None of the conjecture contained here is supported by the bible. (4) Even if it were admitted that any of the above slop was worthy of speculation (and that would be granting a lot) does the reader suppose that the Lord Jesus Christ intended for us to reject his plainly spoken word, which he raised even above his own name, in favor of any conclusions that might or might not be properly drawn from any such arcane speculation?}

Lev 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Num 29:1 And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.

Just as the Lord Jesus Christ fulfilled all the spring feasts, and on each day of each feast, so too, will the fall feasts be fulfilled when Christ comes the second time, and in order, and on each day of each feast. The Feast of Trumpets points to the rapture, the Day of Atonement points to Satan’s defeat, Tabernacles points to establishing the 1000 year kingdom. Trumpets is on the first, and Atonement is on the tenth. Excluding the days of the Festivals themselves, there are “seven days of Awe” or tribulation between them…including, 10.

{I give Mr. Chick credit for a fertile imagination, however his claims here are simply crap! None of this, including the quoted portions, comes from the bible. Your leg is being pulled by an expert at flim flam. (It is not possible that a man in Jesus Christ could do this?)}

Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

{The above verse states exactly the doctrine of the resurrection, and completely contradicts “rapture” theory. Mr. Chick apparently quotes it at this juncture in hopes that its significance will be unnoticed by a dizzy reader who has tried to follow Mr. Chick’s immediately previous conclusions deduced from unsupported and ridiculous conjecture, trying to explain this verse away before he lays it before us.}

Λ 2 Thess 2 “Falling Away / Departure

{Mr. Chick will now proceed beyond all Godly bounds. If the reader is wondering where the word “Departure” comes from in the above open ended quotation, and why (or how) it should be associated by Mr. Chick with “Falling Away,” I can assist. (1) Mr. Chick is laying the groundwork for the subtle and Satanic substitution of a biblical definition, for a non-biblical definition; intending, finally, to substitute, in turn, that unbiblical definition with an anti-biblical definition. This substitution will proceed step by step, Mr. Chick, hoping that the reader will not consciously notice the progression. (2) The word “Departure” was fabricated and taken piecemeal from the definition of the Greek word “apostasia” rendered “falling away” in 2nd Thessalonians 2:3 by the God-breathed word of God. This verse is a disaster for Laodiceans who adhere to “rapture”theory and they are desperate to get rid of this verse. “Apostasia” is defined by Strong as:

defection from truth . . .[“apostasy”]: – falling away, forsake.

Mr. Chick, whose motives will be painfully obvious in a few moments, uses the subtle tactical substitution of “departure from the truth” for Strong’s “defection from the truth” to gain the initial bastardization of the definition. In any case it would be entirely dishonest to use the word “departure” in isolation of “from the truth” which is the essential portion of the definition). (3) “Departure” is a word that might be used by NASA in regard to a space ship about to blast off from Cape Kennedy, which is exactly the reason Mr. Chick uses it. “Departure from the truth,” however, conveys no such idea to the reader’s mind. (4) The similarity of “apostasia” to “apostasy” is glaringly obvious to a third grader, which is why Mr. Chick did not take the reader to the complete definition, much less, to the actual Greek word he falsely defines. (The reader may remember that Mr. Chick brought up the irrelevant word “harpazo” in trying to make the reader think that “caught up” should be defined as “rapture”). (4) The “falling away” refers of course to “falling away from the truth,” (the general definition of the word “apostasy”) which, specifically speaking, is the falling away from Jesus Christ, who defined himself as “the truth” (John 14:6). The tribulation will reveal the difference between those who really believe and love the Lord, and those who think highly of themselves while paying the Lord lip service.

“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” (Matthew 24:12)

The concept of “falling away” can not be managed by many persons, and they make themselves easy prey for the anti-biblical “once saved, always saved” doctrines in vogue. A need exists from every apostate quarter to destroy 2nd Thessalonians 2:3. How ironic, that this verse is exactly the focal point of the doctrine of this chapter, it is the focal point of the debate, and it is where the Lord gives the warning in its strongest form, TO NOT BE DECEIVED. Notwithstanding, the “churches” conspire, cooperate, and rage against this verse, frantically led on by Jack Chick and others like him. Let the reader observe what follows, as Mr. Chick wrests the scripture.}

Λ All of the rapture positions (whether pretrib, midtrib, prewrath, posttrib) agree that the rapture happens before the day of the Lord. {(1) This is simply a lie. (2) This is false even as defined by Mr. Chick, himself, below. (3) This position is not our position. (4) The word is “resurrection”, not “rapture” and it “happens” ON the day of the Lord, NOT “before” (1st Corinthians 15:23; 1st Corinthians 15:52-53; Mark 13:24-27; Matthew 24:29-31; 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18; 2nd Thessalonians 2:1-10; Romans 6:5; Philippians 3:10; Hebrews 11:35; etc.)}

In 2 Thessalonians 2, the false report that the Day of the Lord was present meant, therefore, that the resurrection and rapture (the departure) had come and gone and was in the past. That the resurrection was past was a common false report, and is mentioned in 2 Timothy:

{Did you notice that Mr. Chick here equated “rapture” with “departure”? This was done for a very slick and premeditated purpose: he has already equated the “falling away” (of 2nd Thessalonians 2:3) with the isolated word, “departure.” Thus, we are primed to ignorantly fall into the trap: it is simple at the most basic level:

if A = C and B = C, then A = B by definition,

or, put another way: IF “falling away” equals “departure” and “rapture” also equals “departure”, then “falling away” equals “rapture” (Bang, you’re dead!) This very verse begins with, “Let no man deceive you by any means. . . .”}

2 Tim 2:18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. {Mr. Chick inserts this irrelevant verse at this point as a way of blowing smoke. Nobody who believes in the resurrection of the “last trump” is “saying that the resurrection is past already”.}

Λ Although the day of the Lord starts with the rapture, {he now contradicts his own statement above} the presence of the Day of the Lord is wrath, darkness, trouble, and the tribulation. (Zeph 1:15) The tribulations described in 2 Thess 1 were erroneously thought to be the tribulations of the day of the Lord.

{There are three lies contained in this one small sentence. Mr. Chick’s theories are erroneous. Paul was taught doctrine directly by Jesus Christ personally for three years (Galatians 1:11-18), and neither what he “thought” nor what he wrote was erroneous. Mr. Chick is setting the reader up to believe that the author of 2nd Thessalonians was mistaken in order to pervert this verse into MEANING exactly the opposite of what it clearly SAYS, beginning with, “Let no man deceive you by any means . . .” The “man” is Jack Chick, and the “means” is bald-faced Satanic wresting of scripture!}

2 Thess 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, [rapture]

{This is a lie. Mr. Chick here converts the resurrection into a non-existent “rapture” by the stroke of his pen .}

Λ 2 Thess 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ [day of the Lord/tribulation] is at hand [present].

{Mr. Chick now converts “the day of Christ”, (which is clearly given as the “coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” from verse 1) into the “tribulation” by the stroke of his pen. This is a Satanic, mutilation of scripture.}

Λ 2 Thess 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day [tribulation] {Mr. Chick again lies to the reader by inserting “tribulation” into the text: “that day” is not “tribulation,” (it is “the day of Christ” from verse 2, referring to “the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” and “our gathering together unto him” given in verse 1.)} shall not come [be present], except there come a falling away [departure/rapture] first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

{There it is! The final sick blow is delivered by Mr. Chick to 2nd Thessalonians, perverting the entire warning of this passage, and turning it completely upside down. The falling away, of course, is exactly the “falling away” from Christ: yet has been systematically perverted one step at time to fit the needs of the “rapture” theory:

“apostasy” = “falling away from the truth” = “defection from the truth” = “departure from the truth”

“departure from the truth” = “departure” = “departure from the planet” = “rapture”

RESULT: apostasy = “rapture”

What is wrong with the “churches” that they buy into this? They have been skilfully and concertedly misled by men whom they think they can trust, whom Satan has put in place just for that purpose. (“O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err. . . .” – Isaiah 3:12.) Most Christians have been trained to believe, concerning the Luke 21:8 warning against being deceived, that “saying, I am Christ”, refers to men who claim they themselves are Christ (Such men are funded by government and highly touted by the news media, to keep this idea fresh in the public mind.) The glaring truth is that Christians easily and instantly identify such men as anti-Christs). It literally never occurs to Christians, however, that the Lord was warning his people of a much more subtle type of wolf in sheep’s clothing, who operates on the inside of the church! Such men are much more valuable as agents, and more insidious in their effect, being placed WITHIN the camp for strategic use at an appropriate time. The target is the group that they have penetrated. These men necessarily claim that, JESUS CHRIST is Christ, as the Lord said, “saying, I [Jesus Christ] am Christ”), pretending (as the Jesuits have so skillfully done for centuries) to be one of us by saying all the things that we expect them to say, EXCEPT THOSE PARTICULAR THINGS THAT PERTAIN TO THEIR SPECIFIC AGENDA, and this is wherein their value lies as agents! These men are in position to deceive at the critical time pursuant to their real purpose. (Most people do not know that Jack Chick has surrounded himself with Ecumenicals, a fact simply incomprehensible if Jack Chick is what he is thought to be by true bible-believing “evangelical Protestants” who stand on the Authorized bible.)

For the benefit of those who are not good with conspiracies, the Satanic purpose is this: when the tribulation comes, and the horrors of it begin to effect the deceived churches, they will then be forced to conclude EITHER that the Lord has lied to them concerning the “rapture,” which does not happen, OR that the things they are seeing (global wickedness, the appearance of the man of sin, and the mark of the beast) are not really what they appear to be, even though the word of God repeatedly warned of “these things” in the plainest terms! At this time of uncertainty and extreme consequences for the church, Satan will need to have on hand persons of high regard and reputation WITHIN the church to proclaim:

No, we’re not coming into the tribulation, and Mr. So and So, can’t be the anti-Christ because the Lord promised we’d be raptured out before then. This “microchip” that the government wants us to take “for security purposes against terrorism,” and for financial reasons (to “buy or sell”) is NOT the “mark of the beast.” It’s OK to take it. Don’t worry!

The Lord gave 2nd Thessalonians 2:3, stating the opposite of this lie, to warn us of exactly this coming event! Satan’s strategy is to lay the groundwork to be able to convince the CHRISTIAN world that his mark is NOT the “mark of the beast” when he introduces it. (The rest of the world is completely ignorant, and could not care less.) There will have to be in place, within the church community, persons (such as Billy Graham and Jack Chick) who are perceived as credible in delivering this argument. In the final analysis, Satan could not care less if some of his agents are involved with preaching some aspect of the gospel, if, in the end, their corruption of doctrine will successfully send the churches wholesale into hell, which is exactly Satan’s plan.

“Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” (1st Timothy 4:16)

The question for the reader is, whom will you believe? The Lord or Jack Chick? (James 2:23) If the reader thinks this issue is between Jack Chick and Tom Forbes, then he payed no attention to Mr. Chick’s destruction of 2nd Thessalonians. Mr. Chick, as all those who promote the rapture theory, is forced to mutilate the Lord’s words.}

2 Thess 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

2 Thess 2:5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this?

{Doesn’t it grate on you to read a phoney bible? Mr. Chick doesn’t seem to notice any problem.}

2 Thess 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

2 Thess 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. [the Church at the rapture] {This is “private interpretation” and a bald-faced lie.}

{Mr. Chick has converted this extremely important chapter (which clearly stated that BEFORE the Lord comes to gather his people, there will be a FALLING AWAY FIRST and the MAN OF SIN WILL BE REVEALED); into an abomination which states THE EXACT OPPOSITE:

Let no man deceive you by any means, there will not be a tribulation, or the man of sin revealed; until the rapture first happens. – with Love, Jack Chick

The Lord said, “Let no man deceive you by any means. . . .”, right there in that same sentence!}

Jewish Wedding (a theme of the Feast of Trumpets)

Bridal Chamber = Heaven

John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Our “many mansions” are in heaven (Rev 21:2). Jesus went away to heaven in Acts 1. The words in Italics above are an expression, used by the groom in a Jewish Wedding. A groom would say those words to his bride and then leave to build an addition onto his father’s house before returning for his bride. He returns for his bride in the middle of the night, as a thief, at an hour she might not think, with a loud cry, and a procession of trumpet blast and his friends saying “Behold! The Bridegroom Comes!” Entering our “bridal chamber/heavenly mansion” will be the start of the bridal week. This is shown in Isaiah, and indicates that the tribulation will occur while we are “hid in the bridal chambers or heaven”.

{Everything about this is anti-scripture! Can the reader think that the Lord would build his plans around concepts as ridiculous and phoney as Mr. Chick’s contained here? His prattle flatly contradicts the Lord’s own words?

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” (Genesis 2:24)

Mr. Chick has gotten so carried away with himself in making things up as he goes along, that he fancies we will believe anything he says simply because he said it! (Why does this read as though it were written by a Jesuit?)}

Isa 26:19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

Isa 26:20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

Isa 26:21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Being “hid in the Lord’s house, or heaven during tribulation” is also seen in Psalm 27, which is to be read daily in the 30 days prior to the Feast of Trumpets.

Pss 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

Pss 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Pss 27:6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

Hiding, being hid, having a place to hide away are themes of being hidden away in the bridal chamber during the wedding, as we will be hidden in heaven during the tribulation.

Zeph 2:3 Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’s anger.

The Church is the Bride of Christ.

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

2Cor 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

The Rapture is likened to a wedding, and from the Bible, we know a wedding lasts a week, we know the rapture will be pre tribulation. The scriptures define a marriage as being a week long event. (Bridal week) = (Tribulation week)

{This is a lie, and a desperate and absurd correlation based upon desperate and unsupported “private interpretation”. “The Rapture” is NEVER “likened” to anything. It is never mentioned! The above doesn’t even remotely come from the word of God: it comes from a deceiver.}

Judges 14:1-18 …And Samson made a feast there, as was customary for bridegrooms. …If you can give me the answer within the seven days of the feast… She cried the whole seven days of the feast.

{Those who love the Lord’s word will notice that Mr. Chick has again quoted a phoney bible here, above and below.}

Genesis 29:22-28 So Laban brought together all the people of the place and gave a feast. … Finish this daughter’s bridal week The time of intimacy (the bride being with the bridegroom sealed away in the bridal chamber) begins at the start of the bridal week, and this is what we look forward to in the pre tribulation rapture.

{Mr. Chick is grasping at private conclusions from irrelevant scripture, having already butchered the plainly given doctrinal statements which exactly concern the doctrine under consideration. This is certainly not the fruit of a saved man. (Matthew 7:16)}

The Parable of the 10 virgins contains many themes of the rapture, the marriage, and the feast of trumpets.

At the end of the tribulation, people are in heaven (the bride, the Church), and coming down out of heaven, because they have been there for 7 years. {It’s late and I’m really tired of this!}

[Luke 12:36] And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

Interesting verse number: 12:12 12 is written all over New Jerusalem, and there are 24 elders in heaven after the rapture in Rev. 4:1.

Yes, the Bride is in heaven, coming down out of heaven at the end of the tribulation: {Garbage!}

[Rev 21:2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

{Mr. Chick wantonly confounds the scripture. First, his statement is partially true in that the city comes down after the tribulation, which is irrelevant, because this is also AFTER THE RESURRECTION, proving nothing as concerns his above statement. Secondly, the “bride” is not the “city”. The “city”is new Jerusalem, which does come down from heaven, but that city is NOT “US”: it is “the mother of us” (Galatians 4:26). Mr. Chick is hopelessly sloppy, and obviously doesn’t care anything at all about doctrine!}

[Rev 21:9] And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.

[Rev 21:10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Mt. Zion & New Jerusalem: God’s bride.

[Heb 12:22] But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

Daniel’s 70th Week

Λ The 70th week of Daniel, which becomes the 7-year Tribulation, is a judgement and curse determined upon Isreal, not the Church.

{Does the reader believe the tribulation is a “curse determined upon Israel?” Mr. Chick fabricated this, and he is sadly mistaken! (as it is written, “cursed be every one that curseth thee” – Genesis 27:29). The Lord very carefully refused to even curse Adam (Genesis 3:17), and now Mr. Chick has the Lord cursing himself! Nothing Mr. Chick quotes below, ostensibly in support of his statement, reads anything like what he has stated here. Does the reader consider this to be a problem? Concerning Daniel 9:26 quoted below by Mr. Chick, wherein it is stated “the end thereof shall be with a flood”; Israel, in fact, is specifically saved from that “flood” (Revelation 12:16).}

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Dan 9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

Dan 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The Church’s sins are taken care of by Jesus’ death, and we are not under the curse of the law, nor is the 70th week “to make an end for sins” determined for the Church.

[Gal 3:13] Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

[Gal 5:18] But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

[Rom 6:14] For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

[1Cor 6:12] All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be

brought under the power of any.

Λ There is no need for the tribulation to purge or cleanse the Church. The blood of Christ, and the Word of God, sanctifies and cleans the Church, and makes us spotless, and ready for the rapture now.

{First, what about the millions of Christian martyrs before us who were ALSO ready for it “now” but didn’t get it? Secondly, the idea that the purpose of the tribulation is “to purge or cleanse the Church” is a conclusion by Mr. Chick, and since he brought it up: he is ignorant or trying to deceive us concerning his conclusion. The Laodicean Church may be “ready for the rapture” in its own deluded opinion of itself, but it is certainly not “spotless.” This church is phoney, apostate, lazy, self-centered, fleshy, conceited, ignorant, and thoroughly deceived. (The Lord had something good to say about every one of the seven churches in Revelation (Chapter 2 & 3), EXCEPT the church of Laodicea.) The true nature of the Laodicean church will be quite apparent when the tribulation is upon us and this church doesn’t get its “rapture.” Mr. Chick, and those like him, who play the role of the pied piper in this matter, insist that true spirituality “claims” a “rapture” for itself “NOW,” because it wants it NOW! They just completely reject the Lord’s wisdom on the subject, as it is written: “In your patience possess ye your souls.” – Luke 21:19

“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation. . . .” (Romans 12:12)

1st Peter 4:12-13 “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you. . . .”

Who is “you” here, in YOUR opinion?

“I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world. . . .” (John 17:14-15)

What part of “not” do you not understand, Mr. Chick?}

Hebrews 13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

1John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Who has dominion? Satan or the Lord Jesus Christ’s Church?

Satan will be given dominion for 42 months on earth, the second half of Daniel’s 70th week, and the Church will not be put under Satan’s dominion. The Church, given power by the Almighty Father in heaven, in the name of the Lord Jesus Chist {sic}, by the power of the Holy Spirit, restrains Satan, as was shown in 2 Thess 2. We know that Satan has not had full dominion over the Church, even though there are many Christian brothers dying still today, for if Satan did have this power, the Word of God would have been extinguished from the face of the earth by now. History alone proves that the Church is more powerful than Satan in this age, but the scriptures speak for themselves:

{This paragraph begins with conclusions based on argument by half-truth, as Mr. Chick confounds biblical words. First, Adam had “dominion” over the whole planet (Genesis 1:26 & Psalm 8:6), which Satan obtained from Adam when the man obeyed Satan as lord. Mr. Chick is stating heresy. Satan will NOT be “given dominion for 42 months,” he already has “dominion”! (Luke 4:5-6). He has had it for six thousand years, as the “god of this world” (2nd Corinthians 4:4)! Satan will, in turn give that power to “the beast” (Revelation 13:2,4). “History alone” certainly proves that Mr. Chick is deluded! Throughout history, Satan has repeatedly and consistently slaughtered the church! The Lord “is more powerful than Satan” and by the power of the Lord in us (the Holy Spirit), real Christians defy Satan by preferring to die rather than serve him, which simple truth is rejected by the deceiving wonders of the “rapture” theory and the “prosperity gospel” (2nd Corinthians 4:8-11; Revelation 12:11; Isaiah 59:15; Psalm 116:15; Revelation 2:10; etc.). The only thing different about the coming tribulation, compared with all of history, will be the intensity of the persecution in a world gone mad, and given up to complete reprobation. It will simply be worse than ever before (Matthew 24:21). Mr. Chick’s crowd does not want to be warned, and does not want to suffer persecution, so they lie.

“. . . we . . . are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake. . . .” (2nd Corinthians 4:8-11)

What Mr. Chick presents below, although happily true, is irrelevant in the present context.}

[Mat 10:8] Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

Casting out Devils was not “just for the disciples only”. Anyone can do this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

[Mark 9:38.11] And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.

[Mark 9:39] But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

[Mark 9:40] For he that is not against us is on our part.

Sucessfully casting out devils, does not make one “saved”. Hence, if “unsaved” can cast out devils, then the Church surely has the power to restrain Satan. {Did the reader follow Mr. Chick’s logic? SHOULD the reader follow his logic?}

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

But Satan will be given dominion and power to dominate the other way around! {What?}

Dan 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Λ So the Church must be raptured, “caught up”, & Satan fights whoever is left over, the tribulation saints; those of the 7 churches who were spewed out into the time of testing, and repent and keep the commandments, and those foolish virgins in Matthew 25 who were expecting Christ’s return, but were too busy with the world and caught unprepared.

The man child ruler Raptured in Rev 12 …is Christ and the Church (Christ is the head, the Church is the Body)

The woman giving birth is not the Bride. Jesus comes for a virgin bride. The woman is Isreal (who gave birth to Christ and Christians), who Satan turns to persecute after the rapture. But she is protected by God, so Satan turns toward new believers who are the “remnant of her seed” –tribulation saints, people repent in the tribulation, after the rapture. The man child, the woman’s first child, which is caught up [harpazo] to God, is the Church in the pretribulation rapture.

Rev 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

Rev 12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

All three charactistics of the man child (1, ruling over the nations, 2, with a rod of iron, 3 sitting on his throne), apply to both Christ AND the Church. Christ rules, and we rule as his bride:

Rev 2:26 He who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, I will give him power over the nations,

Rev 2:27 and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received power from my Father;

Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Λ That these characteristics apply to the Church, and that the man child represents the Church does not deny that the man

child is Christ. Christ is an essential part of the Church, the HEAD!

Christianity is a “nation”.

“Lights/Christians” are not in “Darkness/Day of Lord/tribulation!”

So, another reason why Christians of the present age are not in that darkness, when Satan will have dominion, is:

[Mark 3:24] And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

We cannot effectively pray against Satan taking power, when God gives Satan power. It will be tough for the tribulation saints, God lets them be killed. {I’m sure glad WE’RE special!}

[Rev 13:10] He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

[Rev 14:12] Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

[Rev 14:13] And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

Noah and Lot as examples of deliverance!

The Rapture is compared to Noah’s and Lot’s time when people are caught unaware going about their daily lives. Peter describes Noah and Lot as examples of the rapture, stressing deliverance.

{Mr. Chick is a liar, and either entirely incompetent in doctrine at this point, or a rabid deceiver.}

2Pet 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Not knowing the day or the hour.

The Feast of Trumpets happens on the “new moon”, which is 29.5 days after the last one, meaning it might occur on the 29th or 30th day, nobody knows for sure. “Of that day or hour no man knows” is an expression referring to this feast, and thus, the rapture. {None of this comes from the word of God: all of it is fabricated and childishly stupid.}

“Of that day or hour no man knows, but my Father only” is an expression used by a groom when asked when he will go and steal away his bride like a thief in the night. He says this because it is his Father that will tell him when his preparations on the bridal chamber are completed and it is time. {This is fabricated: it is untrue: it is ridiculous.}

Since the Feast of Trumpets is the “wedding of the Messiah”, then this expression about “not knowing the day or the hour” refers to the rapture, and means that the rapture must take place on a Feast of Trumpets.

{Mr. Chick constructs false doctrine from false conclusions built on top of ridiculous private conjecture; and expects us to abandon sound doctrine, given clearly by God’s word, in favor of it.}

Λ The reality is that believers WILL and CAN know the time, because this phrase indicates the Feast of Trumpets. Other verses on this topic plainly declare that not knowing is a punishment for the wicked servant:

The Lord comes for his bride as a thief in the night to take her away in the marriage.

Because the “day or hour no man knows” refers to the marriage at the Feast of Trumpets, and because not knowing is a punishment for the evil servant, and because we are to “know perfectly”, and because “we are not in darkness”, then we can watch and be ready, because we DO KNOW when the thief will come. Like the goodman of the house, we should “be therefore ready”.

{Being “ready” is one thing; but making up fairy tales to speed up the process is quite another.}

Λ Those who deny the pretribulation rapture are like the evil servant, they say something else; they say the master will delay his coming until after the tribulation. (Luke 12:45, Mat 24:48) and they are NOT watching for him now (Rev 3:3).

{Mr. Chick is now trying to frighten us into joining his apostasy! Let’s take a quick look at this. In summing up: those (1) who deny Satan’s “rapture” theory, (2) who deny what is not contained anywhere in scripture, and (3) who deny what contradicts sound doctrine given abundantly in scripture; “are like the evil servant.” Did I get that about right, Jack? Would it help if we look at the scripture that Mr. Chick referred us to?}

“But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken . . . .” (Luke 12:45)

“But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken. . . .” (Matthew 24:48-49)

“Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.” (Revelation 3:3)

ANALYSIS: Even if you never said in your heart (or out of your mouth) “My lord delayeth his coming.”; even if you don’t beat anyone; and even if you’re watching intently concerning the things the Lord said to watch for; but you believe the Lord’s word and “deny the pretribulation rapture,” you are “like the evil servant”.

FACTS: (1) “the pretribulation rapture” we are required to believe in by Mr. Chick is not in any of the passages to which Mr. Chick referred us. (2) The curse pronounced against us for not believing in what does not exist, does not come from the Lord, nor does it come from scripture. (3) The curse pronounced against us comes from Jack Chick! (4) I can handle that.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

We look forward to Christ’s appearing and return.

{(1) Mr. Chick can’t keep his story straight: the “rapture” theory maintains that the Lord doesn’t “appear”. (2) Overlooking this oversight; it is one thing to “look forward to Christ’s appearing and return,” but it is quite another thing to make up Satanic, lying, deceiving fairy tales in order to deceive the world into a Satanically designed false hope.}

Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

{Mr. Chick again lifts a scripture from its context. He took a stab at this verse in hopes we would gather from it the concept of the “pre-tribulation rapture.” The verse begins with “And when these things begin to come to pass . . .”. The problem for Mr. Chick is that the Lord was not shy about telling us exactly what “these things” are, and he listed them earlier in this chapter: the short list would include verses 24 – 27 immediately preceding the verse quoted by Mr. Chick:

“And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.”

Now read verse 28 again. (Does the reader see why Mr. Chick lifts the verse out of its context?) It is not until AFTER all the above things come to pass that we are told: “then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

Mr. Chick’s “rapture” that he keeps wanting us to discover in scripture just isn’t there. All we have is “the resurrection”, which isn’t PRE-tribulation, isn’t SECRET, and the Lord definitely APPEARS for it (and then some).}

Titus 2:13] Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

Phil 3:20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

We do not look for, nor are told to look for, Satan’s appearing, nor the tribulation to appear.

In fact, we are told to specifically avoid looking for Jesus’ physical appearing or return. The reason to avoid looking for

Christ’s physical appearing is because the AntiChrist will appear physically and claim to be Christ, from 2 Thess 2.

{If the reader believes what he just read, he believes a lie.}

Mat 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mat 24:25 Behold, I have told you before.

Mat 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Thus, we have a paradox. We look for Christ’s return, but are told not to believe it if we hear he has returned, or someone claims to be Him. This mystery is solved through the pre tribulation rapture, which preceeds the appearance of the antichrist in the seven year tribulation. {Did the reader follow that?} By the time the Lord Jesus Christ arrives at the end of the seven year tribulation, everyone on earth will suddenly know who the Lord is without question, because he will destroy the antichrist with the “brightness of his coming” (2 Thess 2:8), and every person will “look upon the one whom they pierced” (Zechariah 12:10, Revelation 1:7, John 19:37). {Mr. Chick invents a problem and then solves it with his own problem.}

We know that Jesus will appear physically at the second coming (Rev. 19 & Zech 14), despite the warnings against believing a physical appearing of a false christ in Matthew.

{We’re not warned “against believing” it, but exactly the opposite! We’re warned that it is going to happen!}

Zech 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

Zech 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

Will Christians REALLY be spared the Tribulation? {Why does this remind me of, “Yea, hath God said. . . ?”?}

(2) He clearly hopes that the reader will form doctrine without reading any scripture about the tribulation. (This is Satanic! Mr. Chick is either an intentional deceiver, or he is willingly ignorant and not qualified to teach doctrine.) Numerous passages in the bible deal with the tribulation, and many use the word “tribulation”, while doing so: what’s wrong with just referring to them?

“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” (Revelation 2:10)

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.” (Mark 13:24-27)

“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matthew 24:21-22)

{Mr. Chick casually uses this verses as though it were a “rapture” verse (of which, there are none). This verse only supports the resurrection as given in the bible. Mr. Chick is counting on our ignorance of the doctrinal issues. The “pre-tribulation rapture” proponents long ago concluded that it is in their interest to claim the Lord doesn’t “appear” at their “rapture;” among other reasons, in order to distance themselves from the problem that the scriptures describing the real resurrection, clearly reveal it coming “AFTER” the tribulation, on the day of the Lord, with the Lord definitely appearing.

In order to remove some of the problems associated with fabricating the pre-trib “rapture,” it became convenient to maintain that the reason this “rapture” is not in the bible is because, “It’s a secret rapture.” (“The Lord didn’t tell anybody about it, because then it wouldn’t be a secret.”) This is the primary reason for the mantra, “It’s a SECRET rapture: he doesn’t appear.” The problem with inventing doctrine about things that don’t exist, however, is the difficulty in coming up with verses of scripture to support them when confronted with folks who like to see it in writing. Mr. Chick finds himself in exactly this situation. When not hacking scripture to bits, he is desperately throwing irrelevant verses by the bucket load at his audience. The reader has observed that the overwhelming portion of scripture references provided to us by Mr. Chick not only fail to substantiate his argument, but in most cases fail to even pertain to it. (The reader might consider reading through the verses supplied by Mr. Chick on the above page.) Frequently, the verses he has supplied, apparently out of sheer laziness, if not ignorance, simply prove the opposite of what he seems to imagine.

For example, 1st Peter 5:4, commandeered above by Mr. Chick as if it supported his “rapture”theory, actually refers to the time of the Lord’s appearance, on the day of the Lord, at the end of the world, after the tribulation, and after the resurrection at “the last trump”! The “crown of glory that fadeth not away” referred to in 1st Peter is the crown the Lord gives to his “friends” AFTER THEIR DEATHS at the hand of Satan, with no “rapture” to save them:

“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” (Revelation 2:10)

Paul was martyred. He didn’t get “raptured.” Laodicean “Christians” just assume they’re better than Paul. These verses have nothing whatever to do with any “pre-trib secret rapture”! The deceived spoiled brats who say, “ I’m special; I’m spotless; I want my rapture, and I want it now.”, are, at best, simply calling God a liar, and won’t get a crown!}

And the devil . . . shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world. . . .  And . . . said unto him, All this power will I give thee . . . for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.  [Lk 4:5-6]

The conspiracy is directed by devils (Eph 6:12), but has always needed co-operation from the human race in order to function.  The collusion survives through the centuries because both sides have ambitions in common, and because each side wants what the other side is willing to sell (Gen 3:1-6).  For those who serve Satan the goals are money, power, and worldly honor.  This makes them potentially useful.  In exchange for their temporary usefulness, Satan gives those who are most ambitious and utterly without conscience their secret advantage in the affairs of men.  As Satan intends not only defilement of the human race, but also its total annihilation (Mat 24:22), those who serve him commit the ultimate betrayal.  The inner workings of the plot are not directly observed, but the results are clearly seen.  The wickedness, death, and horror of globalist machinations are orchestrated by a small number of “elite” planners who dictate strategy from an ancient blue-print beyond public view.  These men slavishly serve Satan as god, and he, in turn, establishes their god-like dominance over the less elevated persons in the esoteric hierarchy who administrate the more routine elements of the plan.  The conspiracy is staggering in scale, yet the plotters have the advantage that they do not play by any rules, and the world, largely unaware of the game, is easily managed by primitive deceptions and petty bribery (1st Tim 6:10).
New recruits in the secret priesthood learn that exercise of world power involves ruthless intimidation against the fearful and indecisive, in addition to murdering or otherwise silencing those who obstruct the plan.  This basic arsenal has served the agenda of evil since the garden of Eden.  The planners administer their collective power by setting in place store-front dictators, presidents, legislators, agency heads, judges, policy makers, media moguls, corporate CEO’s, and media created “religious” super stars who carry out the daily regimen of the operation in exchange for generous amounts of easy money.  In parts of the world where government must appear “democratic,” voters are encouraged to believe they have a “choice,” when in reality, all of their important candidates are hand picked from among the traitors and quislings who compete to get on Satan’s payroll (Isaiah 59:7; Prov 28:22), making it essentially irrelevant who “wins” the election.  Regardless of which political party or puppet dictator seemingly comes into power, the real rulers remain.  The private establishment of evil men who manipulate national events is never “voted out,” and the devilish spiritual empire behind its administration is concealed by natural man’s refusal to believe it exists – and so it flourishes.
Over the centuries the Lord has intervened to frustrate the conspiracy in various ways, occasionally interrupting its momentum by bringing down the seat of Satan’s power (Gen 11:8; Ex 14:28-30, etc.); although historical instances of such collapse are assumed by casual observers to represent only “a natural rise and fall of nations” which (like “evolution”) “requires no explanation.”  History reveals man’s ageless quest to be free in stark contrast with a pattern of endless tyranny.  Underlying the universal vitality of despotism against which America was only briefly successful is Satan’s unquenchable lust to bring the world within his absolute control.  As America sinks into final apostasy, the enemy within takes the helm of the institutions and offices that visibly steer the nation’s course – the short list being government, communications, education, and “religion.”  Most Americans resent this sort of analysis, placing unreserved trust in these human structures in the belief that the lessons of history do not apply to themselves (Psalm 118:8), and oblivious to the framework of fascism being erected on American soil.  American Christians, soft from generations of prosperity, have difficulty in getting up to speed in this spiritual arena, often falling back on the drunken argument that “At least we’re free!,” even as their few remaining liberties evaporate by the day.  Bumper stickers declare that “We’re number one!,” although the U.S. no longer surpasses the rest of the world in anything but standing military, government corruption, prisons, drugs, and DEBT (Deut 28:15,20,43-44).
Historians repeatedly observe (typically while noting the downfall of past civilizations) that men never learn anything from history; yet historians fail to understand why this is so.  The Lord reveals the cause behind man’s perpetual enslavement (Jn 8:32, 36), but even self-proclaimed Christians doubt the Lord, reject his word, and tend to believe any freedom they possess is due to their own superior intellect.  Ordinary folks ask, “How could such things [as described here] remain hidden?” when the truth is that these things are not hidden:  unconverted man simply refuses to see what is in plain sight.  Satan’s devices are psychologically camouflaged by natural reluctance to see evil in anything perceived as “ours;” whether it be “our country” (Heb 11:16),“our world” (1st Jn 5:19), “our beliefs” (Prov 14:12), or “our religion” (1st Cor 1:10; 3:3).  For those called out as pilgrims in the Lord and knowing the glory of his kingdom, these earthly vanities were never ours at all (1st Cor 3:21).
The raging evil in the world cannot be understood without seeing that Satan is in the religious business and that the function of corporate religion is to conceal from men what the bible reveals!  Current religious orthodoxy views warnings of “great tribulation” as an attack upon national patriotism, and thus hires politically correct professionals to preach “another gospel” and “another Jesus” (draped in the federal flag).  State incorporated “churches” serve to shield government corruption from scrutiny while producing knee-jerk “Christians” who compulsively reject any idea of tribulation as a “strange thing” on God’s part.

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you. . . .”  [1st Peter 4:12]

Where the Lord warned of “great tribulation” and “the mark of the beast,” modern Christians wilfully ignore both by insisting (as they are taught) that all such scripture is for the benefit of “somebody else.”  This belief is founded upon the unbiblical assumption that there are others (less deserving) to whom all such scripture should apply (Acts 10:34; Lk 16:15).  The crass hypocrisy of twenty first century “me-first” Christianity declares these second class souls to be “tribulation saints,” a rank fabrication that does not exist in God’s word.  “Church of Christ, Inc.,” as one example among many a-millennial “churches,” denies “great tribulation” altogether by sweeping it into the past, while “fundamentalists” cater to the satanic objective with various versions of “pre-tribulation rapture” theory – rehearsing vacuous sound bites such as, “We don’t care about the mark of the beast because we won’t even be here!” and doctrinal teasers such as “God is a forgiving god!” in support of the notion that the “jealous God” of scripture will just wink at receiving Satan’s mark (in case the “rapture” doesn’t pan out).  The bible foretells of today’s treacherous times and of this foolish generation:

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.  [2nd Tim 4:3-4]

Contrary to assumptions of those who believe in “pre-trib rapture,” its heresies are foreign to historical Christianity and none of its dogmas came about as a result of scripture.  For eighteen hundred years, Christians correctly believed in only one “resurrection” coming “after that tribulation” (Mark 13:24), being at the Lord’s return wherein “every eye” would “see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory” (v. 26), who would “then . . . gather together his elect” (v. 27); “our gathering together unto him” coming “after” the “falling away” and “after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders” (2nd Thess 2:1-3,8-9).  “Pre-trib” doctrine was first fabricated by a Jesuit priest in the late eighteenth century writing under a Jewish pseudonym, and then vented through a Scottish girl with cult connections in 1830, who claimed her ideas came by “visions.”  Local Christians were not persuaded, as the girl was comfortable with occult practices and was not a servant of Christ.  In England, however, the public was saturated with her visions through extraordinary co-operation from newspaper publishers aggressively advancing the new ideology (exactly as the U.S. press collaborated to launch Billy Graham’s ecumenical career).  Adherents of the evolving “rapture” concept strained to give it the appearance of biblical foundation by unprecedented wresting of scripture.  This was roundly decried as heresy by contemporary Christians, yet the bizarre arguments and “interpretations” persisted.  In America, the new dogmas were taken up by C. I. Scofield, a scandalously debauched insider with Luciferian connections, who compiled the “pre-trib” rhetoric into the text of scripture as the “Scofield Reference Bible,” slickly institutionalizing the serpentine methods still used today in justifying “rapture” mythology.
Scripture does not contain “rapture.”  This term, had to be created (just as Rome’s “mediatrix” and “penance”) for the specific purpose of hiding its doctrinal contradictions with the biblical word “resurrection” – as in “the resurrection of life” (Jn 5:29) and “the first resurrection” (Rev 20:6).  The definite article makes “the resurrection of life” exclusive, so that no other “resurrection” will be “of life” and, as it is also “the first resurrection,” none other will precede it.  The only additional biblical “resurrection” is unto “damnation,” which is “the second death” in “the lake of fire” (Rev 2:11; 20:14-15).  Further, the real “resurrection,” although it will be unexpected by the world, will certainly NOT occur “in secret:”

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them. . . .  [1st Thess 4:15-17]

Religious deceivers who actively participate in Satan’s ministry absurdly insist here that, “When Paul says ‘we’ in verse 17 he’s not referring to the church.” – ignoring that Paul specifically directs his words “unto the church” (1:1).  The “trump of God” in 1st Thessalonians 4:16 is defined in 1st Corinthians 15:52, as “the last trump,” clearly revealing WHEN “the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”  In a frenzy of mix and switch, promoters of the deception manufactured the word “rapture” by re-translating “caught up” as extracted from the very passage that describes the triumphant and visible return of Christ at “the first resurrection.”  The “great day” of the Lord is re-engineered as a separate “secret” event by baldly misapplying “thief in the night” terminology, despite clear scripture that exposes the use of this term in connection with a “secret appearance” as utter fraud!

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  [2nd Peter 3:10]

The clumsy wresting of scripture that supports “pre-trib rapture” is a master stroke of hellish genius in effectively insulating churches from reality in the last days, yet this tactic is only a small part of the greater assault against the warnings in scripture. To reduce the impact of impending tribulation, the commonly wrested scripture taken from context, “God hath not appointed us to wrath,” is turned upside down by pretending that “the word ‘wrath’ [in 1st Thess 5:9] means ‘tribulation’” rather than the “wrath” of “Jesus Christ” – not only destroying the point of the passage, but ignoring the stated fact that we are indeed “appointed” to “tribulation” (Rev 2:10).  It is the devil’s “wrath” that brings tribulation to the saints (Rev 12:12), a truth rejected by present day bottle-fed “Christians” who believe they are entitled to have “peace” with the Lord’s ENEMY.
The bible reveals that “the beast,” in the last days, will be given power “to make war with the saints, and to overcome them” (Rev 13:7; Dan 7:21), bluntly contradicting the widely held modern expectation that “We’ll be taken out before anything bad happens.”  Christians who are deceived on this subject fiercely insist “We’re NOT ‘the saints’ in those verses!,” testifying against themselves in clinging to “doctrines of devils” that will cause their personal “falling away” (2nd Thess 2:1-3).  Even more vulnerable in this apostasy are those who simply refuse to believe that they can “fall away” (Lk 8:13; Heb 6:4-6), being doubly deceived by “eternal security of the believer” dogmas designed to ensure that “the love of many shall wax cold” in the time of great darkness which they think to avoid (Mat 24:12).  In the eleventh hour, their misplaced confidence will force them to conclude that the Lord lied or failed in “his promise to rapture us out before tribulation;” when in actual fact he never made any such promise, and specifically said so:

I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.  [Jn 17:15]

Christianity, Inc. has become a free-for-all of heresy and human traditions designed to eclipse prophecy “which God gave . . . to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass” (Rev 1:1), and this apostasy viciously defends itself.
As babes in the Lord seek a comfort zone in merging with the present denominational environment, the revealed “mark of the beast” is systematically rejected in favor of every conceivable “figurative interpretation.”  Seventh Day Adventists, for example, using astounding mental gymnastics of “private interpretation,” shamelessly spiritualize the “mark” by equating it with refusal to keep the fourth commandment, convincing their proselytes that “going to church on Sunday” constitutes “taking the mark” (2nd Peter 1:20).  This bald deceit lends little support to the biblical sabbath day, yet fosters a preposterous lie which, if accepted, perfectly conceals “the mark of the beast,” leading millions to confusion and damnation (1st Tim 4:16).  Although Adventism made itself offensive to other daughter harlots which followed in the Catholic corruption of substituting Sunday for the sabbath day, casting them in the same light as Rome for accepting the “change” (Prov 24:21), Seventh Day Adventists have nonetheless returned in “ecumenical unity” to that same mother of “all” apostasy (Rev 17:3-6; 18:3,23), manifesting how remarkably the wicked history and blasphemous doctrines of “the great whore” fade from view for those under the spell of her intrigues and intoxicating political power (Rev 17:1,2,9,18).  While denominational finger pointing continues unabated, the end game toward the mark is ignored by nearly everyone.
The truth of the plainly literal “mark of the beast” can not be surmised from mystical “interpretations of allegory” or by imaginative attempts at historical application, but by believing God’s word “as it is written,” “that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark” (Rev 13:16-18).  The bible gives a two thousand year advance warning of the diabolical scheme for a global “cashless economy” now being set in place by the international banking cartel and their puppet politicians.  The final battle lines were drawn by the Lord who promised that “the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever,” whoever receives the devil’s mark (Rev 14:11), whereas the “new world order” will exterminate all who refuse it (Rev 13:15-18).  The issues are the same as first highlighted by Adam in his failure to fear, believe, and obey God (Lk 12:4-5; James 2:23; Romans 6:16).  Religious professionals reject this “overly simplistic” viewpoint, of course, exactly as it was prophesied of them, and as it is written “. . . if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch” (Mat 15:14).
American churches have been almost entirely replaced by state “incorporations,” a necessary step in choreographing America’s “falling away.”  During the “ecumenical spirit” of the past era these compromised institutions quickly abandoned the “King James” bible and then forged ahead to further reject substantial portions of their “preferred” bastard “versions” in deference to the “pope” and “science falsely so called” (1st Tim 6:20; Lk 9:26).  This apostasy was attended by rampant Jesuit infiltration of the seminaries, bringing the word of God into immediate ridicule from the pulpits of carnal churches that have no foundation except for the opinions of religious hypocrites who preside like little gods over the bible (1st Cor 4:6), carelessly trusted by immature Christians who are unconcerned about the source of their beliefs (Psalm 118:8; Jer 2:8; 10:21).

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.  [Mat 23:15]

The Lord said, “If a man love me, he will keep my words” (Jn 14:23); but subtle deceivers taught the lie that “You don’t need the ‘thee’s’ and ‘thou’s,’” thus precipitating institutional rejection of the majesty in God’s word (Mark 8:38) and the subsequent erosion of confidence in all scripture.  (Note that the “thee’s” and “thou’s” serve important grammatical function in the King James and you DO need them.)  The Lord said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (Jn 14:15); but false pastors claimed “The commandments are done away with” (Mat 5:19 & Rev 12:17), using vacuous arguments to discard what the Lord twice wrote in stone with his own finger (Deut 5:22; 10:1-4; & Exodus 31:18) and promised to write again under the “new covenant” in men’s hearts (Heb 8:8-10), all of which is set aside with a wave of the hand.  It is written, “Train up a child in the way he should go . . .” (Prov 22:6), “In the fear of the Lord” (14:26-27); yet American “Christians,” acting like Godless brutes from which they think to have “evolved,” submit their children to the propaganda of official U.S. religion which pushes “Darwinism” as “science” and sexual perversion as normal.  Parents and teachers who collaborate in this concerted devilish campaign, whether they pay lip service to Christ or pretend “these little ones” are benefitted by public “education,” defy the God of Heaven by their complicity in the agenda of antichrist (Lk 17:1-2; Mat 7:21-23).  Wolves in sheep’s clothing, fixated on the worldly wisdom that “bad news” is bad for cash flow, now universally deny tribulation with the “smooth” saying that “A loving God wouldn’t let anything bad happen to his people” (Isaiah 30:10).  This unmitigated lie contradicts both the old and new testament, and ignores two thousand years of Christian persecution (Jn 15:20).  As it is written, “. . . we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22; Mark 13:24-27; 1st Thess 3:4; Jn 16:33; etc.)

Christians have always suffered persecution for the Lord’s sake (Romans 8:35-36; 2nd Cor 4:11; 2nd Tim 3:12).  It is “the second death” that we escape (Rev 2:11).  Dead or alive, the Lord will save all those who belong to him by raising us up “at his coming” (1st Cor 15:23), “at the last trump” (v. 52), and, as stated four times in John, “at the last day” (6:39,40,44,54).  This is the true “blessed hope” now rejected in favor of “secret rapture,” a perversion deemed “fundamental to the faith.”
Corrupt governments, like corrupt men, routinely adopt the devil’s remedies for problems of their own making, and Satan’s “mark” will not be an exception.  As grinding poverty and crime become epidemic under Satan’s increasing control, those who reject the glitzy false promises of the grand global solution will be readily stigmatized as intolerably uncooperative and antisocial.  In the mounting pressure of this climate, only true “born again” Christians, who love “not their lives unto the death” (Rev 12:11) will patiently and steadfastly to the end refuse the mark of Satan’s jealousy (Mat 16:25; Phil 1:21).
Instant cashless transactions at retail are now routine and in widespread use through the electronic web.  The ability to identify everyone in the world to the present system without the use of a card also exists, although the technology is primarily used in animals at present, in the form of a micro-chip implanted under the skin and sold under the trade name of “Verichip.”  The bible reveals that “the mark” will be received “in their right hand, or in their foreheads” (Rev 13:16), which locations, not incidentally, are precisely as intended by Verichip for reasons of human physiology.  Powering the chip requires temperature fluctuations that are optimal “in the hand and forehead!”
The makers of Verichip deny their product is the mark of the beast, of course, and use numerous strategies to overcome the considerable public prejudice against it.  The inherently satanic nature of the chip is blurred by billing it as a financial expedient (Rev 13:17), while trying to inspire public interest by hawking it for such wide ranging purposes as “providing tighter security in government offices” and assisting those with “special medical needs.”  Promoters of Verichip allege that because the device is not called “the mark,” it cannot be the mark, an argument that is simply childish.  For instance, what God defined as the perversion of the “sodomites” is now universally identified as “gay,” exactly fulfilling prophecy regarding conditions on earth in the last days (Gen 18:20 – 19:24; Lev 18:22; Lk 17:28-30; Romans 1:27-32); and yet, a “sodomite” does not become something different merely because he is called something different.  Globalist shills argued that Verichip cannot be the mark because people “have a say” in receiving it.  This is also a hollow ploy.  For example, before anyone imagined “insurance” for automobiles, this scam was offered as a voluntary option.  Only after years of coercion in the states, and partial acceptance by the public, did it become universally mandatory by law for the common man in order to “drive.”  Everyone still has “a say” in whether he obtains insurance, but if he refuses, he does not drive (or he goes to jail).  In the same way, everyone will “have a say” in receiving the “mark” if he intends to “buy and sell,” although refusal will bring death.  (Just say, “No,” anyway.)
Verichip agents targeted various churches by holding bible discussions with corrupted scripture, arguing that their chip “can not be the mark of the beast because it is placed ‘in’ the body, not ‘on’ it!”  This moment was a hundred years in preparation through corrupt “new bible versions.”  Verichip salesmen were able to reference ANY text EXCEPT the “Authorized” King James.  It should be soberly pondered by true Christians that ALL of the “new versions” read “on” rather than “in” at Revelation 13:16, a corruption that is only a small part of the larger picture.  The word of God is hated by those who align themselves with“that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth” (Rev 17:18).  In 1611, the world’s chief politician controlled all of Europe with the one exception of the faithful Christian king of England who blessed his nation by the unforgivable heresy of publishing the text of scripture in the language of the people.  This English bible ended the dark ages, making it an object of particular hatred for those who love the inquisition and worship “the queen of heaven” (Jer 7:18).  “The King James” is not only the work of the Holy Spirit from the received text, but also the only bible without financial copyright.  It is “freely given” by God (1st Cor 2:12; Romans 8:32) – and forever hated by those in bed with Rome (2nd Thess 2:10-11).
Present day federal encouragement of illegal immigration is incomprehensible to average Americans, yet few understand why this occurs.  The motive becomes clear in statistics, history, and scripture, observing first that upper levels of U.S. bureaucracy are Roman Catholic by an overwhelmingly greater percentage than reflected in constituent ratios.  This is shockingly observed in the supreme court, legislature, and endless alphabet agencies.  The controlled press lashes out in fury against those who disapprove of the expanding illegal population in the U.S., while carefully avoiding that the zealously protected alien influx, regardless of its politics, is entirely Roman Catholic.  Washington D.C.; a private country club of Jesuits, Georgetown alumni, “Skull and Bones,” Knights of Malta, numberless Freemasons, elitist secret societies, and Luciferian orders; pulls every available lever to achieve the common objective in plotting to dilute and destabilize the nation’s Christian heritage and Constitutional liberty.  Such insidious scheming has been utilized throughout history as the Vatican has gone “forth conquering, and to conquer . . .” as in Germany with Hitler, Italy with Mussolini, Spain with Franco, South Viet Nam with Diem, and so on, ad nauseam (Rev 6:2).  These puppet dictators had in common that they were all attended by Jesuit advisors and “papal nuncios” (exactly as all U.S. presidents since Reagan).  Prior to the fascist overthrow of their countries, each dictator first mustered massive Catholic immigration in support of the Vatican orchestrated revolutions!  In each case there was money from Wall Street, and a world wide network of Jesuit spin masters to manage public opinion.  The justifying mantra for their “wars” was in every case framed in terms of having to accept fascism in order to “prevent communism” (the planners having created both forms of tyranny).  Where Hitler consolidated his Catholic Reich by burning down the Reichstag and blaming it on “Jews and communists;” Diem used his Catholic cadre to butcher the peaceful Buddhists while blaming the Viet Cong (just as Nero burned Rome and blamed Christians).  The Machiavellian method never changes because it works perfectly:  [1] the planners (using real terror), create chaos to fabricate “a problem,” [2] those convenient for co-lateral extermination are designated “terrorists” (becoming the “cause” of “the problem”), [3] “tougher laws” and “emergency orders” are trotted forth by elitist cronies (billed as the “solution” to “the problem”), [4] the populace is shocked by the “new” legislation but submits (as a “patriotic concession to solve the problem”), [5] and lastly, instead of the promised “Peace and safety” for which the target population traded away its liberty and rights (1st Thess 5:3), it gets exterminated.  Those who insist on remaining blind to this reality have a spiritual need to “trust” the conspirators in the naive and desperate hope that “they’re only trying to protect us,” when all evidence declares otherwise.

Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm. . . .  [Jer 17:5]

Many Constitutional authors understood the perennial propensity of power toward totalitarianism; and sought to vigorously restrain their federal creation; yet today’s treasonous politicians view the U.S. Constitution as entirely “too restrictive” (the same viewpoint widely taken against the bible by modern clergy).
The elite planners believe the phoenix of their new order must arise out of the ashes of the “old order,” and so America must be reduced to an insignificant “region” in the global plantation, leaving Americans in ruin as self-serving political vultures tear the few remaining shreds of wealth from the bones of the national corpse.  The oligarchy intend for the world to be a feudal paradise for themselves and their classmates, presiding like gods over a hellish system of work farms and death camps for everyone else.  From the viewpoint of the “Roman See,” this beastly plan is sufficiently parallel in its objective as to make co-operation expedient until the reigns of total world power might be commandeered by Rome for itself, to finally achieve the vain dream as sought for centuries (in the Catholic “crusades” and two world wars) – that the Babylonian Curia should vacate its shabby cage in Italy to rule the world from a throne in Jerusalem.  From Satan’s viewpoint, who uses both “the beast” and the “great whore” (as they also use each other), he will require neither of these contenders when he comes fully into power; and, in the meanwhile, he deceives them both, just as they also deceive each other and the world in their rival ambitions.  Seeing “a woman sit upon . . . a beast” wonderfully portrays this hidden alliance for world power (Rev 17:1-7,18), and accentuates the question concerning which of the two parties ultimately prevails.  (The beast is taking the harlot for a ride, and as is always the case when a domineering whore is no longer needed, she will be rudely dumped!  – Rev 17:16-17.)
From Satan’s viewpoint, the “mark” is a personal crowning achievement in flaunting his preeminence and influence over God’s creation; while, for the elite, it is an ultimate tool for pacifying their human inventory.  In accepting the diabolic plan, the nations make manifest their true spiritual allegiance, declaring no interest in “the land of promise,” fully intending to remain slaves in Egypt.  Those who refuse the “mark,” are scheduled for beheading (Rev 20:4), and so it is jolting for Americans frozen in denial to find that imported guillotines are now stored in U.S. warehouses and mounted in rail cars equipped with shackles for human confinement.
As America departs its Christian heritage, politicians are increasingly able to openly defy the God of heaven, jockeying for position like wannabe rock stars in their ambition to attract Satan’s favor and serve his will (Psalm 2:1-5; Hos 8:7).  A major incentive behind the rise of fascism in the U.S. is the long anticipated persecution of the saints that will follow (Rev 13:5-7 & Daniel 7:21).  The inevitability of “that tribulation” is basically recognized by everyone except modern Christians, who were warned of it by the Lord.  The Lord’s faithfulness is shown in his promise, “for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Mat 24:21-22), yet unthankful and immature Christians indignantly assert the revealing argument that “We’re not ‘the elect’ in that verse!” or that “America is special!”
Under the sham of “social security protection” many national populations are already universally numbered, the only remaining step being the physical branding of those populations with their own identifying numbers.  This is so obvious and ominous in its implications that, despite being reduced to the status of cattle, Americans may yet realize their future is nothing but as slaves and organ “donors” for the elite planners, a present reality for Christians in Asian slave labour camps.  To avoid spooking the herd prematurely, the electronic infrastructure must be in place before eliminating other means of commercial exchange.  Doubters argue that “smart cards” make Verichip unnecessary; however, cards have the disadvantage that they can be loaned or stolen, which is the overriding issue in support of using Verichip.  Those who naively hope in such alternatives simply do not comprehend the satanic thrust of the world’s present course.  Smart cards exist as temporary substitutes only because achieving the undisclosed goal requires making small and gradual steps (as it also requires a spiritually blinded public weaned from the power of God’s word).
Many states have collaborated in the globalist program by enacting legislation mandating Verichip in all privately owned animals, some states even demanding its insertion into household pets.  Such Orwellian legislation, far from being “unrelated” as claimed by apologists, is altogether essential in the strategy of making the chip familiar to the public, leading to eventual acceptance.  By introducing the technology at arm’s length from the real target, manufacturing and distribution can be geared for the human population without causing significant alarm.  All these elements must be in place before advancing the plan as a believable way to “protect us,” and to intimidate those less favorable to it, “that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark” (simultaneously offering the carrot, and applying the stick).  The specter of slowly starving to death while waiting to be picked up by a death squad will persuade all of the uncommitted to submit (Lk 17:33-37).
As part of the coming global ghetto, Verichip is advertised as allowing its biological host to be positively identified and monitored in its location (a tyrant’s dream come true).  This technology will allow everyone’s criminal, medical, tax, banking, and religious history to be instantly available to police and bureaucrats who want to know anything about him.  The global elite, all fascists to the core, intend that the power of the State over the people shall be absolute, their plans coinciding perfectly with Satan’s intent from the beginning.
The planners are great cowards and they carefully protect themselves before striking decisive blows against their victim nations, yet they need anticipate no substantial resistance in the U.S.  With few exceptions, the American people have always placidly tolerated the unlawful “federal reserve” racket, debauchery of the money supply by fraudulent “currency,” protection schemes for elitist monopolies, wars to satisfy papist ambitions and for corporate profit, bribery for relinquishment of states’ rights, ruin of the economy, unlawful taxation and manipulation of the marketplace, annihilation of the middle class, meddling in education, trashing of constitutional rights, and, now, official use of torture in secret dungeons – as Roman inquisitors return to their element.  With America returned to the dark ages, its people, like a glee club of silly girls siding with the home team, rally behind treasonous politicians and media-hyped religious glamour boys who pander to globalist goals of destroying their nation and freedom.  Thinking themselves to be patriotic by justifying the obvious assault upon the constitution, the bible, and dwindling American “liberty” (2nd Cor 3:17); American citizens rationalize the continuous downward spiral with explanations of “accident,” “poor judgment,” and political “incompetence.”  (Honest pundits have more aptly noted that if politicians were only “just incompetent,” their acts would “accidentally” be in the people’s favor at least occasionally.)
Having lost all true “freedom,” parents discover high pressure tactics being used against them in usurping their few assumed rights – their children now forced to receive vaccination induced autism, SIDS, and other mystery “syndromes;” fluoride in water, and criminal poisoning of foods with unlabeled hormones and genetic engineering – leaving the population sickly, depressed, drugged, fat, and dependent.  Meanwhile, “the great whore,” through its iron fist, the unholy “Office of the Inquisition,” prepares annihilation of all remaining Christianity in the U.S. (as was repeatedly done in Europe).  Impatiently awaiting her opportunity, Rome saddles the blind ox she supposes will carry her to total world power, a nation that bears no resemblance to a “land of the free and home of the brave.”
The mark of the beast will be thrust upon the world amid unrelenting government clamoring for elimination of every vestige of personal liberty – under pretense of  reducing global warming, controlling disease, and monitoring terrorists – playing upon fears engineered by the elite and kept alive by the “news” media.  The sad reality is, for example, that in order to distinguish between real “terrorists” and “government agents” (FBI, CIA, BATF, Blackwater, etc.), who all commit the same acts (kill, torture, and blow up things), perception and viewpoint are everything.  The “ungrateful nation” receiving our unwanted intervention will always view “our boys” as terrorists; and so the real question concerning “solutions through world government” is “Who should rule the world?” (Rev 13:4; Isaiah 9:6-7).
The United Nations is not sufficiently obvious in its objectives as to make Americans realize that world government, as a cure for such exposed shams as “global warming,” was only a formula for national suicide, leading to extermination of Christians for the “hate crimes” of breathing and telling the truth (John 15:19).  The irony of “world government solutions” for “terrorism” is that terrorist acts originate with government, and the planners have no intention of setting aside a device that costs them nothing and is so very effective.  Government “agents” (thugs on the public payroll) stage a “terrorist” act, and then stooge politicians introduce the treasonous “responsive legislation” prepared in advance by elitist lawyers on the public payroll.  This ground plan has consistently achieved globalist goals, as, for example, the nakedly treasonous “patriot act” and “homeland security” legislation.  In pulling off the “9/11” event, three buildings were brought down, only two of which were hit by aircraft.  It was thoroughly proven by independent investigation and confirmed by hundreds of architects and engineers that this was accomplished by “cutter charges” of U.S. military grade explosives inside the buildings; yet announcement of this determination brought nothing but deafening silence from the controlled press.  Federal “investigators” transparently side-stepped the glaring issues and were so obvious in the cover-up as to make the Warren Commission, by comparison, look like the IRS searching for gross receipts.  As part of the whitewash, the spin masters came to the politically correct, but ridiculous determination that “fire” took down “building 7,” a modern steel frame skyscraper, which, for no apparent reason, abruptly collapsed symmetrically at free-fall speed into its own footprint, allegedly because of a few small fires in the windows that had substantially self-extinguished by the time of collapse!  (Those who support government explanations do not discuss this building.)  The claimed need for renovation of building 7 prior to 9/11 seemed comical in its stated purpose, but makes perfect sense in retrospect, as the building was clearly used as a command center for coordinating “the attack.”  This obvious inside operation required unrestricted access to the buildings well before September 11, an impossible hurdle for “Arab terrorists” – although this would be a piece of cake for Blackwater contractors working with members of the Bush family who intervened to take charge of security just weeks before the event.
Among the known facts are that; [1] fire has NEVER before taken down a steel frame building, and there have been infernos.  [2] The professional nature of the demolition was instantly apparent to field experts and anyone having even the slightest grasp of elementary physics.  Available video clearly shows:

[3] . . . complete, rapid, and symmetrical collapse of the buildings [central cores visibly dropping first, as all buildings collapsed at free fall speed into their own footprints] . . . [4] horizontal explosions (squibs) . . . [5] material in the towers . . . converted to flour-like powder while the buildings were falling . . . [6] microscopic dust formed of molten steel spheres having thermite signature . . . [7] steel supports [at anchor points] . . . partly evaporated . . . [and] [8] pools of molten metal observed in the basement. . . .

The 9/11 “terrorist attack” was a crudely staged hoax.  The pentagon, which was struck exactly where it was in renovation and void of personnel, was not hit, as claimed, by a Boeing 757 (“flight 77”).  By all credible investigation the aircraft which delivered the ordinance that made the white hot explosion was a Global Hawk, or similar U.S. military drone, as only such an aircraft could have performed the maneuvers it is known to have made in its approach.  Only days before the 9/11 event, independent control of American defensive radar was removed from local commanders, so that on the day of the “attack,” its function, then solely under Washington command, was intentionally off-line for those who otherwise would have been involved. The real issues are not discussed.  Washington criminals are not called upon to answer, and the U.S. Congress, a subsidiary of Georgetown University, is little more than a rubber stamp for servicing the needs of the elite planners.  If a politician were to venture outside the lines and actually represent the people’s interest, precedent insures that “wiser” members of congress would shun him like the plague and then look the other way at his subsequent untimely death – while the talking heads in the controlled press would not so much as raise an eyebrow.  Those having power to investigate this crime, whether part of the conspiracy or immobilized by fear, do not lift a finger.

His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark. . . .  [Isaiah 56:10]

The formula of “Arab terrorists” and “hijacked airplanes” was needed to sell the 9/11 event to the public; just as “Timothy McVeigh’s” fertilizer-bomb-in-the-rental-van had been used as cover in demolishing the Murrah building in Oklahoma City.  In the Oklahoma job, government agents had botched the explosive triggers in several charges intended to respond to “McVeigh’s” decoy, leaving unexploded ordinance exposed on outlying concrete support columns.  The failed charges were removed by U.S. agents that arrived BEFORE the blast, flashing federal badges in plain sight of numerous first-response officials who tried in vain to question them concerning their activity.  Police and fire personnel who made an issue of these seemingly unexplainable events were subsequently murdered in brutal gangland fashion.  (An honest police officer who had refused to delete portions of his report implicating federal agents was handcuffed, tortured, shot in the head, and his body dragged afterward.  As typical in such cases, coroner reports attributed this and most of the other deaths to “suicide.”)  Normal censorship protocols were bypassed in two Oklahoma City television stations which actually reported the removal of “failed explosives” from remaining columns, as well as the distinct “two explosions” confirmed by local seismographs, yet these facts were simply never mentioned again by any of the media.  The inside nature of this operation was further highlighted by national dignitaries at the highest levels who lectured that there was “no need for investigation,” insipidly calling for immediate removal of the evidence (which is a crime), exactly as done after demolition of the towers.  Rising above the countless damning details of these events looms the first question in forensic investigation:  “Who stands to gain from the crime?”

Underlying the dark purpose behind the Oklahoma operation (and never mentioned in the “mainstream news”) is the fact that considerable amounts of evidence incriminating the BATF in connection with its earlier homicidal raid at Waco, Texas was stored in the Murrah building, and the Bureau was under court order to turn over this evidence to Texas Rangers.  Compliance with the order would have resulted in further exposing to the world that federal officials systematically lied in covering up the Waco horror.  The conspirators could not allow this evidence to be seen by outsiders; yet it was problematic to continue stonewalling the court indefinitely.  There was a third option, however, that would completely solve the government’s problem – by getting rid of the evidence – and then, on cue, enters the mad bomber, Timothy McVeigh.
It is, of course, preposterous to accept this miraculous “McVeigh” gift to the feds as “coincidence,” yet politicians, federal judges, and the “justice” department, all in perfect harmony, pretended to believe that the dog ate the government’s homework.  No explanation was given as to how the BATF received advance warning not to come to work the day of the bombing, and although this fact was reported nationally, the American people do not find this significant, as neither are they disturbed by the fact that whoever warned the BATF did NOT warn the children in the building.  Demolition experts have testified in detail that it was fully impossible for a fertilizer-fuel-oil bomb to pulverize the steel reinforced concrete columns, even in close proximity, much less by an air blast from the street level.  Further, several publications reported that the government was blowing up step vans with “fertilizer bombs” on federal property in New Mexico just prior to this operation, yet slick political spokesmen chided the public not to believe “conspiracy theories” as federal officials ignored the technical sophistication of the operation and repeatedly reassured the nation that Timothy McVeigh arranged everything – the ever-handy, “lone-gunman” fall guy.  As an indication of their incompetence, neither McVeigh nor the CIA agent in the van with him were even capable of finding the building that McVeigh supposedly masterminded to bring down, as the two agents (seen on video and identified by numerous witnesses) drove their rental van in circles in downtown Oklahoma City prior to the bombing, frantically asking directions from pedestrians and other drivers.  McVeigh, like Oswald in the Kennedy assassination before him, was just one more stooge in a government coup.
While waging self-serving wars against convenient Arab nations in their game of world chess (a strategy similar to smacking a bee’s nest with a broom), the “eastern establishment” simultaneously finances various Muslim fanatics to produce an atmosphere in which internal U.S. repression can appear as a reasonable response to the simulated “war on terror” of their own creation (“rumours of wars” – Mat 24:6).  The so-called “patriot act,” drafted before the trade center event, could not have been voted into law without such an atrocity for its justification.  Americans are being set up for final dismantling of their republic as the planners see total conquest within grasp.  Their motto, “Ordo ab Chao” (or, “Order out of chaos”), boldly declares the grim, satanic methodology of the de facto new world order.
The domestic strategy manipulates national evolution by controlling both sides of public debate, having pawns in place as the perceived representative for each “opposing” position.  Whether the issue is meaningful (as with gun rights vs. gun “control”) or contrived and pointless (as in “right wing” vs. “left wing”), the planners keep the conflict within the limits of a manageable layout, minimizing discussion of the real issues in order to steer the outcome and give the illusion of “choice.”  Regardless of election results, everything moves in the same direction, and both “sides” take orders from the same people, whether they know it or not.  Nothing is left to chance:  if a thing matters, the insiders control it.  The conspirators easily place their store-front puppets into positions of power and policy making, having appropriated the wealth of the world through their endless satanic schemes and insatiable greed (in addition to having the nations’ purse strings at their fingertips).  As politicians strut to the tune of their handlers, an approving populace ignores the evil while fawning over “their” candidate’s scripted hollow promises and media engineered popularity.
With eerie uniformity, even those aware of numerous official “inconsistencies” in recent atrocities will nevertheless reject documented evidence of conspiracy by asking, “Why would our government want to do that?”  The answer to this tragically naive question is simple, and the strategy is as old as man.  Tyranny is both facilitated and camouflaged by pervasive fear, thus a straw enemy is created to conceal the real enemy.  “Terrorism” and fear are NOT incidental to the globalist agenda, they are absolutely necessary.  Those who are familiar with basic principles of the Hegelian dialectic immediately relate to it as concerns the methodology for transforming a constitutionally limited government (“of, by, and for the people”) into a police state “of, by, and for” the government (which harbors the real “terrorists”).  The population is subjected to fabricated horrors and ever increasing controls to divide the nation into factions and erode its sovereignty; at the same time conditioning the people to see government as their protector “in uncertain times” while the government intentionally creates the “uncertainty.”  Chaos is maintained for the specific purpose of achieving the secret objective, and to silence those who would resist it.
Well-meaning folks who resent the downhill course of the nation frequently express political outrage which begins with the words, “Our politicians need to understand . . . ,” however (and more to the point), it is they themselves who “need to understand” that influential politicians are concerned with nothing but serving the “new order,” and that they fully intend to completely enslave the people – while a dazed populace responds with the mantra, “Since 9/11 we have to accept a few changes.”  And so, a drunken nation continues its insane rebellion against the Lord, blindly stumbling to its death through the rubble of this invisible war (Eph 4:18; Deut 28:29).
The Rockefeller dynasty, an “American” faction of the money power within the greater consortium of hoodlums that control American, Mexican, and Canadian government, made a fortune in high treason aiding and abetting Hitler while Americans were loosing their lives and rights during WWII.  These same traitors funneled America’s wealth to the Bolsheviks during the murderous build-up of the U.S.S.R., as Americans lost their rights, supposedly “fighting the cold war” (“wars and rumours of wars”).  Viewed by the planners as superior in its brutal efficiency, Chinese totalitarianism was chosen over the Russian form, U.S. taxpayers having financed both options in the plan for their own destruction.
Prominent among heartbreaking events of high treason in U.S. history was the intentional sellout of China to international communism at the end of WW II, directed and financed by the U.S. State Department with American tax dollars.  The planners used the insider infested American State Department to place Mao Tse Dung in power, forcibly displacing the anti-communist Chang Kai Shek who intended a constitutional republic in China as he later formed in Taiwan.  This great betrayal of America and the world included wholesale giveaway of Europe to communist dictators, and billions in U.S. cash to maintain the brutal regimes that murdered and subjugated hundreds of millions of souls.  The American people made this wickedness possible by providing unlimited tax revenues for globalist objectives, as they unquestioningly trusted the federal power and assumed that “We’re the good guys!,” knowing nothing of what the criminal element in their government was actually doing.
Communist Chinese officials, as part of their long range planning, have recently declared their intent to implant all Chinese people with Verichip; and there is no earthly power to prevent it.  In the meanwhile, the Holy Spirit is clearly at work in that great country as evidenced by increasing conversions to the Lord, even under the heel of savage suppression and torture.  The saints in China meet secretly in “house” churches (Col 4:15) and live constantly in the shadow of death.  They have no membership in the official atheist “show-churches,” as were gushingly approved by “world servers” Billy Graham and Hillary Clinton in their staged tour to China (1st Jn 4:5).  Unlike well-fed Americans who fill the pews of state run Jesuit “churches,” Chinese Christians are under no delusion that the “forces” of hell are working with them, nor do they have their faith in the Lord compromised by thoughts of national “pride,” as flaunted by U.S. bumper stickers (Prov 16:18; 1st Cor 1:31).
As a “free” nation, America is no longer useful to the planners for production of wealth, and so they simply siphoned off the technology and capital upon which Americans foolishly placed their confidence, leaving them divided, confused, and bankrupt.  With the nation’s demise a foregone conclusion, American technical sophistication was officially transferred to Red China using Richard Nixon (a Rockefeller flunky slapped around by Henry Kissinger) visibly set up to take “credit” for the overture which initialized the transition.  As a perceived “conservative anti-communist” (which he was NOT), the Nixon puppet could be used to accomplish this feat without protest from the same American “conservatives” who would have found it unthinkable for a “liberal, left-winger” to have done the same thing.  The U.S. Congress was similarly hustled by the globalist lap dog “conservative” Rush Limbaugh with co-operation from legions of “conservatives” – naively accepting Limbaugh at face value and dutifully calling their congressmen to demand passage of NAFTA and GATT – giving the communist Chinese slave labor government unrestrained duty-free access to the U.S. marketplace.  Prior to the vote, well-meaning congressmen, who would have never voted for this suicidal legislation otherwise, called Limbaugh on the phone to ask if he was “sure this is what we want?”  (He was sure.)  Limbaugh’s bosses promoted this outrageous “treaty legislation” as an expression of “free enterprise,” but, in fact, it hopelessly undermined a doomed American economy already crippled by unlawful federal regulation and taxes, which could not possibly “compete” on such an un-level playing field.  The object of America’s pride thus became its downfall (Prov 16:18), yet free enterprise is not “failing in America:”  “democratically elected” national politicians are intentionally killing it.
American holocaust is imminent.  As the government builds extermination camps across the land and trains foreign mercenaries in the black art of house-to-house search and seizure, Americans locked in psychological disconnect continue to place their political hopes in greater federal power and more socialism, while expecting rescue from the tooth fairy or a “secret rapture!”  Increasing fascist propaganda combines with waning public tolerance for bad news to ensure that the message is confused with the messenger, causing Christians who give warning in this spiritual battle to be seen as the enemy – as the Lord’s servants shall be blamed for all world problems (Jer 10:21; 12:10; Isaiah 56:10; John 15:19-21).

The “good news” is that the Lord, by his own work and righteousness, has already defeated Satan and “overcome the world” (Jn 16:33).  The devil’s hour of apparent victory against the saints will be brought to a swift end by the Lord (Rev 20:10,14,15) whose glory, until that day, will be manifest in us, as it is written, “In your patience possess ye your souls” (Lk 21:19).  The Lord has invited all to receive him as Lord and savior, even as Satan’s ascending power in the world is at hand; that, “. . . whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2:21), but as it is also written, “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found . . .” (Isaiah 55:6), for the hour is late and “now is the day of salvation” (2nd Cor 6:2).

And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.  [Mat 10:21-22]

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly.  Amen.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

You don’t have to go far to find out the true meaning of Easter. In fact, if you look up Easter in a Webster’s Dictionary the first line will say, “Easter is a name of an old Teutonic goddess of Spring.” Today Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday on or after the first full moon that follows the vernal Equinox. Around the world various pagan rituals were exercised in celebration of the return of the sun. In Germany, for example, they worshiped Ostara, the Germanic fertility Goddess, on this day. The English word for Easter was derived from her name.

Let’s look at some of the symbols that are associated with Easter today. The Easter Bunny is not a modern invention. The symbol originated with the pagan festival of Eastre. The goddess Eastre was worshiped by the Anglo-Saxons through her earthly symbol, the rabbit. And what about Easter eggs? The Druids used the egg as the sacred emblem of their order. In China, dyed or painted eggs are used on “sacred” heathen festivals. In the idolatry of ancient Egypt and Greece, eggs were used in their religious rites. And the list goes on and on. There is no doubt that this celebration has pagan roots and has nothing to do with Jesus.

But can we find Easter in the Bible? Turn in your King James Bible to Acts 12:1-4

1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

2 And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

3 And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

4 And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

There in verse 4 the most evil Herod waited until his pagan celebration of Easter to deliver Peter to the people. Now if Herod is celebrating Easter do you think you should be? Some say that the word Easter in this verse is mistranslated and that it should say passover. This is not true and I can prove it with scripture. If you look in verse 3 the Bible tells us that during this time it was the days of unleavened bread. Let’s read Numbers 28:16-17

16 And in the fourteenth day of the first month is the passover of the LORD.

17 And in the fifteenth day of this month is the feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten.

According to scripture if it is the days of unleavened bread then the passover has already taken place. If this verse was mistranslated then Herod would be keeping Peter for an entire YEAR. The King James is the only Bible that gets this right. Go ahead and look it up for yourself.

Here is a quote from Alexander Hislop from his book The Two Babylons, “The term Easter is of pagan origin. It bears its Chaldean origin on its very forehead. Easter is nothing else than Astarte, one of the titles of Beltis, the queen of heaven.” THIS is the celebration that Herod was keeping. Why would he care anything about the Jewish passover?

Now you have a choice with the facts before you. Will you ignore the truth and continue in a pagan tradition, or will you trust God’s word and follow him?

Long before December 25^th was associated with the birth of Jesus Christ the Lord, winter celebrations have been observed in various ways around the world. From the Norse celebrating Yule to the ancient romans celebrating saturnalia in honor of their pagan god Saturn. The question that I am going to propose is this: Should Bible believing christians celebrate christmas? Before you answer, lets begin by looking at the history of this day and also how ancient pagan practices have been left behind for centuries.

The Norse were a pagan civilization that worshiped gods such as Thor and Odin and were known to have had human sacrifices. In Scandinavia, the Norse celebrated the holiday called Yule from December 21, the winter solstice, through January. In recognition of the return of the sun, they would bring home large logs, which they would set on fire. This custom is still kept in some homes to this day, burning the yule log during Christmas. Now you tell me, what has this pagan tradition of burning a yule log have anything to do with celebrating the birth of Jesus?

The celebration during the winter solstice for the ancient Romans was Saturnalia- a holiday celebrating the god of agriculture, Saturn. It was observed beginning in the week leading up to the winter solstice and continued for a full month. It was a hedonistic time where food and drink where plentiful and the normal order of things was turned upside down. Businesses and schools were closed so all could join in on the celebrations. During this time, some also celebrated the birth of Mithra- the pagan god of unconquerable sun- on December 25^th. To the Romans, this was the most important day of the year.

In the early 4^th century, Catholic leaders decided to institute the celebration of Jesus’ birth. They had a problem though, no where in the bible does it say the actual date of Jesus’ birth, nor does it say we are to honor this day at all, but Pope Julius the 1^st chose December 25^th, the same date of Mithras birth, keeping all the evil traditions alive anyway. Now since Catholicism decided all of this, should we obey Roman Catholicism or God which warned us about her in Rev 18:4 and 5

…Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5: For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.”

Probably the most common symbol associated with christmas it the christmas tree. The origins of this custom date back long before it was adopted into christmas. The evergreen tree itself in many ancient cultures was believed to keep away witches, ghosts, and evil spirits. The early Romans during Saturnalia decorated their homes with boughs of evergreen trees as did the Druids. Germany is credited with starting this tradition as it is kept today, during the 16^th century. They would cut evergreen trees down, decorate them with various things like apples and candles and place them in their homes. The origin of this practice of decorating evergreen trees comes straight from the heathen religions, Shall we do as the heathen do?

“…2Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. ” (Jeremiah 10:2)

Now we come to the infamous santa clause. History states he was actually a 4^th century Catholic Bishop that was admired for his charity. Legend states that he gave away all his inherited wealth traveling the countryside giving to the poor and sick. He has many names around the world: Santa, father christmas, St Nick and Kris Kringle just to name a few. Kris Kringle actually means Christ-Kind and that is exactly what this satanic character is trying to replace, Jesus Christ. The similarities are there if you just look. Santa knows when you are good or bad, when you’re sleeping and when you;re awake. He has a list of all the good and bad. He is a carpenter and his hair and beard are white like snow. If you were to ask a child who this was just by this description alone would they say it was Jesus or Santa? We lie to our children about a fictional character, but fail to teach them the truth about Jesus Christ. We tell our children to be good or santa won’t bring them any presents, but what about teaching them to obey God and his word when it says in:

Colossians 3:20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord

If this all these similarities seem innocent to you remember what was written of satan in

Isaiah 14:13

For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High

Satan will try to replace Jesus anyway he can, he is the father of lies. (John 8:44)

Now, after knowing all this information just given, I’ll ask the same question from the beginning:

Should Bible believing christians celebrate christmas? No we should not celebrate this day. We as christians should not want to keep these pagan festivals alive. Their roots are satanic. Only the facade has changed to appear to be so called christianized. Its not about putting Christ back into christmas either, Jesus Christ never had anything to do with christmas in the first place. Catholicism changed its name, but thats all they did. All the pagan elements are still there. We are never told to celebrate the Lords Birth or remember it in some outward showing. On the contrary we were told to remember his death.

1^st Cor 11:26

24And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

25After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

But you would say, Its a time of giving and joy. Don’t we, as Christians, do this always? Why do we need a special day for this? Please consider this message prayerfully.

” For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” (Galatians 1:10)

“23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23-24)

Most people don’t think twice about participating in it saying “It’s all in fun” or “It’s not evil to me”, but is this so called hallow evening really so innocent? Are there ties to paganism and Satanism? Shall we as Christians celebrate Halloween or should we have an alternative name for it like Harvest Festival?  Before we get into those questions let’s take a closer look at the history of this night and how it all started.

Samhain or Halloween as it is called today was celebrated on Oct 31 to Nov 2nd and started out as 1 of 4 major holy days to the Celtic Druids referred to as fire festivals by them. To the Celts fire was a symbol of divinity, holiness, truth, and beauty. To the Druids these events signified the beginning of the cold and dark half of the year. Their belief was on this night the veil between the living and the dead was dropped and dead souls were wondering the earth creating havoc and causing mischief. To appease them the Celts dressed up like the dead souls so they wouldn’t cause them harm. Large bonfires were made and animals and crops were also thrown into the bonfire as sacrifices. Communing with the dead and divination or fortune telling was also a common practice during this time.

Later on Catholicism came in and changed the name of this pagan three day holiday to Halloween or All-Hallows eve, All-Saints day and All-Souls day. As Catholicism did with many other pagan traditions like Valentine’s Day from Lupercalia, Easter from Eostre, and Christmas from Yule they kept the symbols and pagan elements, and the purpose of this festival remained the same too, but just repackaged with so-called Roman catholic elements and names.

So we see from the history alone this isn’t some innocent celebration involving children getting candy. “Oh but that was so long ago, we don’t celebrate it like how they did” you might say. Let me read to you a quote by Anton LaVey (A Satanist) from his book “The Satanic Bible”  “After one’s own birthday, the two major satanic holidays are Walpurgisnacht(Walpurgis Night) and Halloween (or All Hallows’ Eve).”  In case that didn’t sink in, Satanism conceders this one of their top holidays do you still want to be part of it?

3 john 1:11 says “Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God“.

2 Corinthians 6:14 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”

Halloween is filled with darkness from symbols of death, ghosts, devils and witches. We should not want to have anything to do with this. God wants us to be separate.

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

The Lord has warned us not to play around with these ocultic ways.

Deuteronomy 18:9-14

9 When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

13 Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.

14 For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

Now should we have an alternative for this day like “Harvest Festivals”? Alternative, however, implies substitute. It assumes our children need something to take the place of Halloween, since they won’t be participating in the secular and pagan celebrations. It suggests our children are missing out on something, which they are not. Rather teach your children 1 John 2:15″ Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” Teach your children the truth about Halloween and its origins. You might think that you’re doing some good by having your own alternative party, but why do you need a substitute at all and especially on this specific night? By doing so you are still keeping this satanic tradition alive not transforming it.

1 Thessalonians 5:22 “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”

The world should see Christians as being completely against this satanic day. We should not celebrate this day and be against anything that resembles it. Changing the name of the day to ‘Harvest Festival’ doesn’t change what this day truly is and gives the wrong impression to others. Shall we try to Christianize other pagan days to fit in with the world? No. We should cast them away as it is written in Romans 13:12 “The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.”

Remember, we are in a war. Will you fight? Or shall we just make up alternatives to the worlds wickedness.

Ephesians 6:11-13

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
