[While remembering that the Catholic Institution claims it never changes, take note of the following changes.]

The ritual of “the mass” was established by the Catholic institution in 394 A.D.

(1) The “mass” is not one thing, it is many things, and it is part of many things.

(2) The “mass” is the centerpiece of Catholicism.

(3) The “mass” is an abomination before God!

The “priests” began to distinguish themselves from the laity through the wearing of special clothing in 500 A.D.

Praying to “Mary,” dead “saints,” and “angels” began in 600

The first human being on earth to be proclaimed “pope” took place in 610.

“Veneration” of relics was authorized in 788.

“Holy water” was instituted in 850.

Canonization of dead “saints” was first done in 995. [Not to promote Jesus Christ, but to promote Catholicism.]

The “Mass” was not thought of as “a sacrifice” until the 11th century. [Previous Catholics were heretics.]

The mandatory celibacy of priests was instituted in 1079.

The idea of “rosary beads” was borrowed from Hinduism and introduced by Peter the Hermit in 1090.

The sale of indulgences was instituted in 1190.

The inquisition [torture and murder of Christians and confiscation of their property] was legalized by the Fourth Lateran Council in 1215.

The doctrine of “transubstantiation” was decreed by “Pope Innocent III” in 1215.

(Notice, also that a mere five years later:)

“Adoration” of the wafer was decreed by “Pope Honorius III” in 1220.

The doctrine of “Purgatory” was proclaimed in 1439.

Tradition was declared of equal authority with the bible by the Council of Trent in 1545.

[This was their response to the growing awareness of Catholic “excesses” in fabricating unbiblical doctrine!]

The “apocryphal books” were added to the bible by the Council of Trent in 1546.

The “Immaculate Conception” of Mary was proclaimed by “Pope Pius IX” in 1854.

Infallibility of the “pope” was proclaimed by the First Vatican Council in 1870.

[Previous and subsequent “popes” had been declaring other popes as “heretics” and “anti-Christs”!]

“Pius XI” declared Mary to be “The Mother of God” in 1931.

“The Assumption of the Virgin Mary” was announced by “Pope Pius XII” in 1950.

[Before this it was said that she “died a virgin”! – which is also a lie (Matthew 13:55-56; John 2:12; etc.).]

Mary was proclaimed as the “Mother of the Church” by “Pope Paul VI” (a Nazi) in 1965.

(1) The abomination of “the mass” is not “just another denominational preference” performed by a “priest” who is “just another pastor of another church” [Observe the following official Catholic writings.]

L This Is The Catholic Church: “It should be easy to see why the Mass holds such an important place in the Church’s life. The Mass is the very essence of the Church. Within it the Church’s life, and the Church’s very existence is centered. If there were no Mass, there could be no Catholic Church. The Mass is our act of worship, an act which we know to be really worthy of God, because it is the sacrifice of God’s own Son. * * * It is through the Mass as well as through the other sacraments that the effects of Christ’s salvation are applied to the souls of men.” (Published by Catholic Information Service, Knights of Columbus, Imprimatur: “Most Reverend” John F. Whealon, Archbishop of Hartford) (pp. 24-25) [Emphasis added.]

[SALIENT POINTS:

(1) The “mass” is an overt act of satanic devil worship.

(2) “God’s own Son” will NEVER be sacrificed again!]

“Sacrifice is the very essence of religion. And it is only through sacrifice that union with the Creator can be perfectly acquired. It was through sacrifice that Christ Himself was able to achieve this for man. It is only through the perpetuation of that sacrifice that this union may be maintained.” [Emphasis added.]

[SCRIPTURE:

Romans 6:9 “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.”

Hebrews 7:27 “Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.”

9:25-26 “Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; for then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.”

10:11-14 “And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: but this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God. . . .”]

L The Spirit Of Jesus: “The Holy Eucharist is the perpetual continuation of this act of sacrifice and surrender of our Lord. When the Lord’s supper is celebrated, Christ again presents Himself in His act of total surrender to the Father in death.” (pp. 89-90, Imprimatur: John Joseph Cardinal Carberry, Archbishop of St. Louis)

L Sons of God in Christ: “He offers Himself continually to the Father, in the same eternal act of offering that began on the cross and will never cease.” (emphasis added) (book 4, p. 117)

L For Them Also: “The Mass is identical to Calvary — it is a sacrifice for sin — it must be perpetuated to take away sin.” (pp. 289-299)

L Catechism of Trent: “The document on the Church repeats in substance the teaching of the Council of Trent that ‘priests and bishops are the representatives of God on earth . . . justly, therefore, they are called not only angels, but gods, holding as they do the place of authority of God on earth.’”

(Remember that it is written: Matthew 20:25-28 “. . . they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you. . . .”

L “alter Christus” (“other Christs”) “Where there is no priest there is no sacrifice, and where there is no sacrifice there is no religion . . . without the priest the death and passion of our Lord would be of no avail to us . . . see the power of the priest! By one word from his lips, he changes a piece of bread into a God! A greater feat than the creation of a world. * * * If I were to meet a priest and an angel, I would salute the priest before saluting the angel. The angel is a friend of God, but the priest holds the place of God. . . .” – “Saint” J.B.M. Vianney

[If you are not nauseous after reading this, you are truly sick.]

Romans 12:10 “Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love. . . .”

L Instructions For Non-Catholics: “A priest does not have to ask God to forgive your sins. The priest himself has the power to do so in Christ’s name. Your sins are forgiven by the priest the same as if you knelt before Jesus Christ and told them to Christ Himself.”

Acts 8:18-22 “Repent therefore . . . and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.”

(Peter does not “receive confession” from the man! but sends him to God.)

L Baltimore Catechism: “penance . . . the sacrament by which sins committed after baptism are forgiven through the absolution of the priest” (p. 300)

L Council of Trent: (Section 6) “Whosoever shall affirm that men are justified solely by the imputation of the righteousness of Christ . . . let him be accursed.” [This seems to me to be enough for one day.]

Romans 5:16-18 “. . . even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.”

Ephesians 1:1-7 “In whom [Jesus Christ] we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. . . .”

Colossians 1:14 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins. . . .”

2:10-13 “And you . . . hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses. . . .”

Priesthood (according to the word of God)

John 18:19-22 “And when he had thus spoken, one of the officers which stood by struck Jesus with the palm of his hand, saying, Answerest thou the high priest so?” (Who is the real “high priest” here? and who is the son of Satan?)

Acts 23:1-5 “Then said Paul, I wist [consider] not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people.”

QUESTION: Who WAS the ruler of Israel? (and still is!) (The same god who rules America and the world!)

ANSWER: John 8:28-44 “Ye are of your father the devil. . . .”

24:1 “And after five days Ananias the high priest descended with the elders, and with a certain orator named Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul.”

Hebrews 3:1 “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus. . . .”

4:14 “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.”

2nd Corinthians 4:1-5 “Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.”

2nd Timothy 4:1-5 “But watch thou in all things. . . .” (Don’t be like the others out there!)

(Isaiah 56:10-11 “His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.”)

1st Corinthians 4:6 “. . . learn in us not to think of men above that which is written. . . .”

(2) The “Holy Eucharist” of Catholicism (the wafer god)

“Transubstantiation, n. A change of one substance into another; specifically, in the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Eastern Churches, the doctrine of the conversion of the bread and wine in the Eucharist into the body and blood of Christ, only the accidents of bread and wine remaining.” – Webster’s New Universal Unabridged, 2nd Edition

Canon I: “If anyone shall deny that the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ, and therefore entire Christ, are truly, really, and substantially contained in the sacrament of the most Holy Eucharist; and shall say that He is only in it as a sign, or in a figure – let him be accursed!” – Council of Trent

Canon II: “If anyone shall say that the substance of the bread and wine remains in the sacrament of the most Holy Eucharist, together with the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ . . . – let him be accursed!” – Council of Trent

Canon VI: “If anyone shall say that Christ, the only begotten Son of God, is not to be adored in the holy sacrament of the Eucharist, even with the open worship of Latria, and therefore not to be venerated with any peculiar festal celebrity, nor to be solemnly carried about in processions according to the praiseworthy and universal rites and customs of the Holy Church, and that He is not to be publicly set before the people to be adored, and that His adorers are idolators – let him be accursed.” – Council of Trent

(Latria, n. in the Roman Catholic Church, the highest kind of worship, due to God alone. . . .)

[The above is played down in America because there were too many bible believers here to allow this to be publically acted out; but not so in other parts of the world where Catholicism thoroughly rules and the people are in absolute darkness.]

(Paul said by the Holy Spirit, “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” — Galatians 1:8)

The Catholic “proof-text”: John 6:54-55 “Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.”

ENTER SOUND DOCTRINE: (contending for the faith from the word of God)

John 6:24-63 (53) “Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.”

[Consider the “literal interpretation” of this proof-text used as a justification for the abomination of the mass.

(A)  This passage is one of the most highly figurative in the word of God;

(B) The unholy Roman pagan religion almost never officially takes any passage in the word of God literally (concerning, for example, calling men “father,” loving graven images, celibacy of priests, tithing, calling “the pope” “Holy Father,” claiming “the pope” takes the place of Christ, Mary as the “Mother of God,” Mary is a “mediatrix” for believers, worshiping Mary, worshiping objects, perpetual sacrifice of Christ, etc.)

(C) even if it were true that this verse should be taken literally, we would still be light years away from proving or demonstrating “transubstantiation” as a result (which is an abominable and ungodly absurdity in itself); and

(D) taking this verse literally forces absurd contradictions upon the Lord (which is not a problem for Catholics who truly hate him and are really seeking the glory of “the queen of heaven”, “the mother of graces,” “the holy mother,” “our lady,” etc.) and THEMSELVES.]

(E) Consuming “the flesh of the Son of man” is NOT done alone, but includes drinking “his blood”.

[If this verse was taken literally, then the Lord contradicts his own word and promotes absurdities because:

(1) Drinking blood is forbidden by the word of the Lord, and

Acts 15:20 “But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.”

v. 29 “That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood. . . .”

21:25 “As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood. . . .”

(2) the Lord would have to be thus teaching cannibalism of himself . . .

(a) who is a risen LIVING saviour and will never die again, and

Romans 6:9 “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more. . . .”

(b) doesn’t need to die again.

Hebrews 7:27; 9:26, 28; 10:10 “Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice . . . for this he did once, when he offered up himself.”

v. 35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

(1) This is not a description of two things“coming” to the Lord OR “believing on” him, but of ONE thing.

(2) Coming to the Lord “and” believing on him is a SINGLE ACT which cannot be separated!

[To come to the Lord and NOT believe on him is just as sick as to believe on him and NOT come to him!]

(4) [If this is to be taken physically (not spiritually), then we would have to (A) physically come to him, (B) physically believe on him, and then (C) physically eat him. The problem with that is:

(A) We can’t physically get to him. (He is in heaven and we don’t have space ships that can get us there.)

(B) We can’t physically believe on him. It’s only by spiritual power that this can be done.

John 6:44 “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him. . . .”

(C) Everyone will physically hunger and physically thirst if physical food and physical water is taken from them.

L So that what the Lord said here is simply not true in any of it’s parts, if the Lord meant it “physically” (or literally).

v. 58 “This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.” (That is, NOT with your mouth – NOT physically!)

v. 63 “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” [If you don’t understand this, maybe you don’t want to understand it.]

Meat Is Not Always “meat.” (The Lord is on a spiritual plane and men are always dwelling on their bellies.)

John 4:31-34 “But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.” [Read this passage.]

(Matthew 26:39, 42 “. . . if it be possible, let this cup pass from me. . . .”)

[This is the “meat” of which the lord spoke (and it wasn’t a physical cup at all either).]

1st Corinthians 10:1-4 “Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; and were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; and did all eat the same spiritual meat; and did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.”

NOTICE:

(1) This baptism did NOT make Israel “right with God”

(a) it only got them to the other side of the Red Sea,

(b) where they were mostly all rejected of God later, anyway. (1st Corinthians 10:5&7)

(2) There is nothing provided here literally to “eat,” and nothing to “drink” except salt water

(a) either they didn’t have anything physical to eat in connection with this baptism, or

(b) what they ate and drank was so unimportant that it wasn’t mentioned.

(3) The Catholic priesthood does not exist and cannot trans-substantiate Jesus Christ to make him physically available for eating or drinking.

Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”

(The Lord is the answer for this “hunger” and “thirst” and a man’s belly has nothing to do with it.)

THE CONFESSIONAL BOX (Out of the mind of Satan!)

James 5:16 “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

A list of LIES concerning Mary follows below which the servant of the Lord Jesus Christ will recognize as Satan’s masterpiece of pagan seduction for religious folks made drunk by the “MOTHER OF HARLOTS”.

“Mary is our ‘mediatrix.’” (“mediatrix” is not in the bible: see Webster’s: “mediatrix, n. a woman mediator”)

1st Timothy 2:3-6 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. . . .”

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Acts 4:10-12 “Neither is there salvation in any other. . . .” [Satan is a liar!]

Colossians 2:10 “And ye are complete in him. . . .” (What is it about these verses you can’t understand?)

“Mary is our intercessor. We go through Mary because she’s meek and merciful and hears our prayers.”

[The inescapable conclusion here is that the Lord is NOT meek and merciful, and will not hear your prayers! The truth of the matter is that the real Mary is dead and does not hear anyone’s prayers! Further, the Lord said:]

Matthew 11:28-29 “Come unto me . . . I will give you rest . . . learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart. . . .”

James 5:11 “. . . the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.” (Do you see what Satan is doing by giving this to Mary?)

Hebrews 2:17 “Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.”

8:12 “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.”

John 10:1 “. . . He that entereth not by the door . . . but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.”

v. 7 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.” (not Mary, or anybody else!)

vs. 26-27 “But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. . . .” [Not the pagan “queen of heaven”, by any name!]

6:45 “It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.” [not Mary!]

vs. 28-37 “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”

“Mary is ‘our lady of sorrows.’” (This title was simply STOLEN from the Lord.)

Isaiah 53:3-7 “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows. . . .”

1st Corinthians 3:11 “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

“Mary is ‘the Mother of God.’” (This term and its doctrine are both a blatant blasphemy.)

[The Catholic exaltation of “Mary” by association with the pagan “Mother of God” was first made in 431 A.D.]

John 1:1-3 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

v. 14 “And the Word was made flesh. . . .”

(1) Mary became only the mother of His earthly “flesh”.

(2) The Lord was “In the beginning”.

(3) Mary was descended from the house of David, and so, the prophecy became true as it was written of the Lord that he thereby became “the son of David” in the flesh, but:

(a) the Lord was not only the “offspring” of David, but also the “root”!

Revelation 22:16 “I am the root and the offspring of David. . . .”

(b) Mary wasn’t the “root” of anything, and

(c)  she didn’t come “before” the Lord, who himself came before everything;

John 8:58 “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

(d) making it absurd, ridiculous, and blasphemous to call her, “the Mother of God.”

(For the Lord to become the “Son of man.” He would have to be “born of a woman” and He was!)

See: Genesis 3:15 It was not written of Mary, but of Eve’s seed “. . . her [Eve's] seed . . . shall bruise thy [Satan's] head. . . .” [The Lord himself is that “seed”!]

[The priests pretend to worship and glorify the Lord’s fleshly parents, because they are Babylonian, carnal, deceived, and evil!]

Romans 1:24-25 “. . . Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature. . . .”

(“The creature” refers to created beings: Mary and Joseph, “saints”, “holy fathers”, “popes”, etc.)

Luke 2:46-50 “. . . wist ye not that I must be about my Father‘s business?”

[Mary was here corrected by the Lord in her error of referring to Joseph as Jesus’ “father”!]

(1) This is not a small point: Joseph was not Jesus’ “Father”, he was just the husband of his fleshly mother.

(2) The Lord’s correction of his fleshly mother on this point is removed and corrupted in the phoney bibles.]

(3) The prevalent cozying up to this “family” tradition nonsense is apostasy and heresy

(setting out images of “the holy family” at “Christmass time,” and so on).

Hebrews 7:1-3 (Melchisedec: king/priest) [Jesus Christ] “. . . Without father, without mother, without descent. . . .”

5:5-11 “Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.”

[Melchisedec IS Jesus Christ, who dwelt on earth as King of Salem long BEFORE he was born of flesh!)

6:20 “. . . Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.”

7:13-17 “For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.”

7:4 “Now consider how great this man was. . . .” (You are being told how great he is, if you have ears to hear!)

[The Lord was on earth repeatedly, and long before either Joseph or Mary were born! For example:]

Genesis 3:8 “. . . the Lord God walking in the garden. . . .” (Where is the “Mother of God” here!)

18:1 “And the Lord appeared unto [Abraham] in the plains of Mamre. . . .” (Mary’s grandparents aren’t born yet.)

John 8:57-58 “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” [Where was Mary?]

“We worship Mary because her son worshiped her.” (There is not a shred of truth to this lie.)

Luke 11:27-28 “And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.”

Matthew 12:46-50 “While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!”

(The Lord never participated in Satan’s con job about worshipping Mary.)

“We give glory unto Mary because she is the ‘Queen of Heaven.’”

Isaiah 42:8 “I am the Lord . . . and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.”

66:3-4 “. . . their soul delighteth in their abominations . . . they . . . chose that in which I delighted not.”

1st Kings 11:5, 33; Acts 19:26-28,35 “Ashtoreth . . . Diana” and now “Mary!” (a phony “Mary”)

Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be . . . there is no new thing under the sun.”

Jeremiah 44:4-8 & 15-17 (The “queen of heaven” is an abomination and God hates it.)

vs. 25-27 (As then, so it still: those who love to worship the queen of heaven stubbornly refuse to repent of it.)

7:17-20 “. . . they . . . make cakes to the queen of heaven . . . that they may provoke me to anger.”

“The Queen of Heaven is worthy to be served.” (say Catholics Hindus, Muslims, etc., etc.) [So, what is the problem?]

Matthew 6:24 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other: or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.”

(Exactly! Satan understood this perfectly when he designed “the great whore” religion.)

Colossians 2:8-9 “For in him [Jesus Christ] dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” [not Mary]

1st John 5:7 “. . . the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost . . . are one.” [Mary is not part of the “Godhead”.]

1st John 5:10-11 “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”

John 5:22-23 “For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: that all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father.”

Psalm 62:1-7 “He only is my rock, and my salvation. . . .” (Not Mary, Peter, or anybody else!) [from cover to cover]

“Mary is worthy of worship.”

Matthew 4:10 “Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”

15:7-9 “. . . in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”

Revelation 18:1 & 19:10 “And I fell at his [an angel’s] feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God. . . .”

[Accordingly, even the angels of God will not allow themselves to be worshipped.]

“Mary loved us so much.” (This is blatant perversion and blasphemy.)

John 15:13 “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

[Jesus Christ said that and then DID that. If you wish to believe that “Mary” laid down her life for you, you only prove how much you despise the Lord and reject His work.]

Ephesians 2:4-7 “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us. . . .”

[So you would go to a dead woman to find love, instead of to a risen Lord who died for you so that you could live?]

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (Can you not see how you have been tricked into despising Christ?)

“Mary is ‘Mother of the Church’ & ‘Mother of Us All’.”

[“Mother of the Church” was invented for “Mary” through Catholicism and proclaimed by “Pope Paul VI” (a Nazi pope) in 1965 using intentional perversion of scripture, John 19:25-27, as an excuse for their pagan affections.]

John 19:25-27 “

[In this passage, at the occasion of the Lord’s imminent death, the Lord instructs John to take Mary as though she were HIS mother to take care of HER. The Lord did not make Mary the “mother of the church” here except in the depraved imaginations of wicked and evil men.] (Further, the bible is clear on this subject:)

Genesis 3:20 [concerning flesh] Eve is “. . . the mother of all living.”

Galatians 4:26 [concerning the elect] “. . . Jerusalem which is above [New Jerusalem] . . . is the mother of us all.”

(For “New Jerusalem” see: Rev 21:2; 3:12; & 21:10)

Isaiah 66:10-13 “As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.”

“Mary is ‘greatest of women’ & ‘blessed above all.’”

Luke 1:28 & 41-42 (The real Mary is “blessed . . . among women” but that is as far as it goes! )

(Compare with Judges 5:24, “Jael is “blessed above women. . . .” )

[The following are all “blessed” and we don't worship any of them!]

Luke 6:22 “Blessed are ye when men shall hate you. . . .”

Revelation 22:14 “Blessed are they that do his commandments. . . .”

Matthew 24:45-46 “Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.”

Romans 4:8 “Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.”

Luke 1:46-47 “And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.”

“Mary is the ‘eternal virgin.’”

[This corruption of the true Mary was invented after several centuries of gradual perversion of truth by Catholicism and is designed to make the Catholic queen of heaven conform to the ancient pagan version of her, yet it is utterly without biblical foundation, and is entirely contradicted by scripture. It was necessary that Christ be born of a virgin:]

Isaiah 7:14 [prophecy] “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” (This is not the birth of God: it is the birth of the flesh of the Son of God!)

Matthew 1:18-25 Joseph, “. . . knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son. . . .”

(After “her firstborn son” was born, Joseph “knew” her. That is, they had sex with each other, which is commanded.)

1st Corinthians 7:4-5 [concerning sex in marriage] “Defraud ye not one the other. . . .”

Psalm 69:8 [prophecy] “. . . a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother’s children.”

(This prophecy is proved in the following verse 9, and in John 2:13-17)

Matthew 12:46-50 “. . . his mother and his brethren stood without. . . .”

(Also in Mark 3:31-35 & Luke 8:19-21)

Matthew 13:55-56 “. . . his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?”

Mark 6:3 “. . . the brother of James . . . [etc.] and . . . his sisters. . . .”

John 2:12 “. . . he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples. . . .”

(You see, if you’re trying to tell yourself that “brethren” is a reference to his “disciples,” you’ve just been corrected!)

7:3-5,10 “. . . for neither did his brethren believe in him.” (His disciples believed in him.)

“We saw a vision of ‘Mary’ and we heard her speak. She told us to pray to her heart and build a shrine to her.”

John 10:26-27 “. . . ye are not of my sheep. . . . My sheep hear my voice . . . and they follow me. . . .” [not “Mary”]

vs. 1-5 “And a stranger will they not follow . . . for they know not the voice of strangers.”

2nd Timothy 3:13-15 “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”

“But what about the vision?”

Revelation 16:14 “For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the . . . whole world. . . .”

2nd Thessalonians 2:9 “. . . with all power and signs and lying wonders.”

vs. 10-11 “. . . because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. . . . God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. . . .” (When you reject the truth, the Lord will help you believe a lie.)

L [Satan bears witness of the glories of “Mary”, but the bible and the Holy Spirit bear witness of Jesus Christ.]

John 5:39 “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”

15:26 “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me. . . .”

(A “spirit” that testified of Mary would NOT be the Holy Spirit: it would be a DEVIL!)

Revelation 18:23 “. . . by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” (millions of people just like you!)

“the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk . . . the woman . . . arrayed in purple and scarlet colour . . . drunken with the blood of the saints . . . seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. . . . where the whore sitteth . . . peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. . . . And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” [ROMAN CATHOLICISM] — Revelation 17

“If you loved someone, wouldn’t you just naturally want to worship his mother?” (ABSOLUTELY NOT!)

[This is the final, sick, desperate, Satanic act of propaganda taught to Catholics that they might justify themselves.]

Romans 3:4 “. . . let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”

[Again] Matthew 11:28-29 “Come unto me . . . I will give you rest . . . learn of me. . . .” [The Lord said that!]

[Why is this a problem for you, unless it is HIM that you truly reject and resent? You were taught to do so.]

14:23 “If a man love me, he will keep my words. . . .” (and not Catholic traditions)

Revelation 18:4 “Come out of her [Catholicism], my people. . . .” (See chapter 17.)

[The Lord knows what your problem is. If you come out of the pagan witchcraft of Catholicism and serve Jesus Christ in Spirit and truth, you are going to loose your “family”, “friends” and position in the world.]

Matthew 10:34-37 “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.”

Lord, open their eyes.

2nd Corinthians 12:20-21 This is what is produced when evil men are not perceived by the church for what they are.

A LITTLE HISTORY:

2nd Kings 10:18-30 “. . . thou hast done well . . . unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart. . . .”

12:1-8 “Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.”

(Example: 1st Samuel 15 [Saul would let the people just be “religious,” in the tradition of Aaron.)

20:16-18 “But of the cities of these people, which the Lord thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth: but thou shalt utterly destroy them. . . .”

vs. 24-33 “And the children of Benjamin did not drive out the Jebusites that inhabited Jerusalem; but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem unto this day.” (So, that’s why!)

Joshua 11:20-22 “For it was of the Lord to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no favour. . . . There was none of the Anakims left in the land of the children of Israel: only in Gaza, in Gath, and in Ashdod, there remained.” (home of Goliath!)

Judges 2:1--3:7 “And the children of Israel dwelt among the Canaanites, Hittites, and Amorites, and Perizzites, and Hivites, and Jebusites. . . . And they forsook the Lord, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.”

10:6-7 “And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the Lord, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth. . . .”

Proverbs 9:6 “Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.”

[The “ecumenical” movement is successful because it is not difficult to graft “natural branches” (Romans 11:24) back into their own “city”and “tower” from which they came. (Genesis 11:1-9; Revelation 17:9,18; & 18:2)]

“HUMAN NATURE” (Take a good look!)

[OVERVIEW: Pentecostalism is only one more of Satan’s well orchestrated detours from the truth in Christ.

(A) Satan is a liar and a deceiver, and he is in the religious business.

1. Religion is Satan’s natural area of interest.

a.) He’s trying to get the whole world to obey him as god, instead of God.

Isaiah 14:14 “I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”

b.) He doesn’t need to deceive atheists: they are already deceived at the most fundamental level.

Psalm 53:1 “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.”

2. Satan’s interest is in deceiving the whole world, but particularly necessary for him is to deceive those who, without his intervention, would believe the truth, and thereby be protected from his lies.

a.) He doesn’t care what lies you believe, as long as they keep you occupied and ignorant of the truth.

b.) He is ingenious at providing religious avenues (“denominations”) to suit everyone’s tastes.

(B) There are two basic approaches in achieving Satan’s agenda:

1. Buy off those who are willing for a price (as Baalim) to work with your agenda, or

2. Deceive those whom you cannot buy off. (You ask yourself occasionally, “Which category is this guy in?”)

a.) Satan can do this by corrupting God’s word as its heard from the pulpit, or

b.) Provide some authority other than God’s word as the standard for truth, as for example:

i.) Phoney bibles, “Greek texts,” new revelations

ii.) Religious Councils, Synods, Experts, Professionals, high profile personalities

iii.) Science falsely so called,

iv.) Voices,

v.) Feelings. (Satan easily provides all of these.)

(C) The human race is emotional, gullible, stubborn, fleshy, self-centered, and naive.

1. They naturally tend to love the world and the things of the world.

a.) This makes it easy for Satan to buy them off, because they want the things that the world can offer.

b.) This makes it easy for Satan to deceive them (if Satan can not buy them off) because,

i.) There is natural RESENTMENT against God’s word, which appears to withhold from deceived men the “good” things in this world that they want.

Compare Genesis 3:3 with 2:17 [This is pure resentment, and Satan knew it.]

ii.) There is the ever-present tendency to want to compromise so they can have both the Lord and also worldly things that the Lord hates.

Luke 6:46 “And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?”

Matthew 6:24 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

2. They are suckers for whatever thing appeals to their emotions, regardless of how harmful the thing.

(drugs, “fast food,” cigarettes, booze, tattoos, movies, sexual perversion, religion, religious traditions, etc.)

EXAMPLE: “Well, Saturday is just YOUR sabbath!”

QUESTION: Is the seventh day of the week “your sabbath”?

ANSWER: No! It is the Lord’s sabbath.

Exodus 20:10 “But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God. . . .”

3. Just as there is a natural reluctance in the world to believe that the Jesus Christ is “the Truth” and the only way to spiritual life, so also WITHIN THE “CHURCHES” there is natural reluctance to believe that the Lord’s word is “the Truth.” (Many “denominational” religious people strenuously deny this when confronted on the issue, even though they are lying to themselves and to you.)

1st Peter 2:6-12 (8) “. . . a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence. . . .”

Matthew 7:13 “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. . . .”

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

John 17:17 “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”

4. Truth is not perceived as especially valuable when compared to things like personal comfort, religion, tradition, money, and such commodities.

Proverbs 23:23 “Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.”

Matthew 15:8-9 “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”

EXAMPLES:

A.) Satan has two basic routes to follow in deceiving the “churches” concerning the Holy Spirit and the true worship of God (“in spirit and in truth”) that God seeks:

1. DENY (or take away from) the Holy Spirit in some way, or to some degree as “the Watchtower Society” that denies the Holy Spirit altogether, or

2. EXAGGERATE (or add to) the Holy Spirit in some way or to some degree (“Pentecostalism”), just like the Mother of Harlots (Catholicism) takes away from Christ by EMPHASIZING “Mary.”

[Pentecostalism, is a Satanic religious detour that ADDS to the word of God with corrupt doctrine that is particularly designed to appeal to the senses and flatter the religious imagination of effeminate men. (Satan has something for everybody!) Emotions, excitement, entertainment, fleshly urges, and showbiz are the main focus in this strategy. Pentecostalism takes away from the word of God the central and foremost position of Jesus Christ and his doctrine.]

Revelation 22:18 “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

General And Basic Preparation Verses for this Study

2nd Thessalonians 2:13 “. . . God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth. . . .”

Ephesians 5:7-13 “For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. . . .”

Luke 10:16 “He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me. . . .”

[The fruit of the Spirit of God in you will be, among other things, that the world will despise you and will not hear you; Pentecostals included. (Don’t take it personally.)]

[Pentecostals are taught to believe and say things which have a religious ring to them, but which are based in lies and half-truths that contradict biblical doctrine.]

EXAMPLE: The following slick and Satanic tract was given to Anthony’s friend, Eva, which she passed along to us as it is reproduced here: observe how slick sounding this is.

“Why is it important to study the Holy Spirit? . . . to counteract widespread ignorance of the Holy Spirit and Knowledge of the Holy Spirit will increase our desire to know Him more.”

[The Facts are these:

(A) It is stated by this tract as if it were a fact that we should WANT to increase our desire to know the Holy Spirit.

(B) This might seem reasonable to someone ignorant of the bible, but:

(C) The word of God NEVER directs us to know the Holy Spirit more; HOWEVER:

i. You SHOULD want to know the SCRIPTURES more.

Mark 12:24 “And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?”

ii. You SHOULD want to know the Lord more.

John 8:19 “Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.” [This is the problem in the world!]

(D) The word of God clearly reveals WHY it does NOT direct us to want to know the Holy Spirit more:

John 5:39 “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”

[According to the Lord, “the scriptures . . . testify of” the Lord Jesus Christ.]

15:26 “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me. . . .”

QUESTION: What do the scriptures and the real Holy Spirit have in common? (This is a very important question.)

Λ ANSWER: They both testify of Jesus Christ!

v. 27 “. . . and ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.”

QUESTIONS: What is understood here? What is it that we “also shall bear witness” of? What are we being told?

ANSWER: We have something in common with the scriptures and the Holy Spirit: we testify of Jesus Christ!

John 16:13-14 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself. . . . He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.”

[Pentecostals occupy themselves in always talking about “the spirit,” but their “spirit” is NOT the “Holy Spirit.”]

(2nd Corinthians 11:3-4 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”)

Colossians 2:8-10 “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power. . . .”

Ephesians 3:17-21 (19) “And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.”

QUESTION: What is wrong with perpetually babbling on about the wonderfulness of the Holy Spirit?

ANSWER: Laying aside for the moment all the lies and inventions of the Pentecostals, their worst doctrinal error is the misplaced EMPHASIS that robs the Lord of what is due him!

[Pentecostals have bought into “another spirit” and “another gospel”.]

[As Catholicism raises “Mary” above Jesus Christ (as “Our Lady,” “Mother of God,” “Queen of Heaven”, etc.), in its subtle contempt of the Lord (which would not mesh well with “Protestant” sensibilities), the Jesuits simply put a different slant on the same strategy to accomplish the agenda within the daughter “harlots.” The Lord is brought down by raising up something else in his place, in this case, the “holy spirit.” (It’s so simple, people don’t see it!)]

[The continually repeated mantra of “experiencing the Holy Spirit”justifies the Pentecostal emphasis on phoney “gifts” and practices which to a large extent are not scriptural, and are, in fact, anti-scriptural.]

EXAMPLE: (as given to Eva by “Joy”) “10 Reasons WHY every believer should speak in tongues. . . .” [Ten Lies]

[Surely, someone might think, if you can come up with ten reasons for something, it must be true, right!?]

“1. Speaking in tongues is an initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:4)” [This is a half-truth!]

(A) speaking in tongues was NOT “the” initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2.

i.  The “initial evidence,” given in verse 2, was “a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind”;

ii.  then, in verse 3, “cloven tongues like as of fire” which “sat upon each of them”;

iii.  and, only lastly, they “began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance”;

iv. and, further, these “other tongues” given to them by the Holy Spirit were “KNOWN” tongues.

a.) They weren’t speaking in an “unknown tongue” as the Pentecostals are always lying about and trying to equate with Acts 2.

b.) A comparison of the definitions in 1st Corinthians 14:2 with Acts 2:5-11 shows this difference.

1st Corinthians 14:2 “For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him. . . .”

Acts 2:5-11 “Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.”

c.) At Pentecost, the disciples didn’t need to rehearse it, “learn” it, practice it, or fake it; because: “the Spirit gave them utterance”.

(B) Anyone can fake “unknown tongues,” but it’s HARD TO FAKE the “signs” given to the Apostles at Pentecost:

i.  “a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind”;

ii. “cloven tongues like as of fire” which “sat upon each of them”; and

iii. “other tongues” which were clearly understood by others; NOT “unknown tongues”.

(Anybody can fake an “unknown” tongue, and who can say it’s fake, if it’s “unknown”?) At Pentecost, the Apostles spoke in “other tongues” which were “KNOWN” languages spoken by men of other countries who had come to Jerusalem and witnessed it.

iv. It was a positive proof and a witness to those who heard because the hearers KNEW the languages!

(C) Acts 2:4 is used as a proof-text by Pentecostals, who apply this scripture to “unknown tongues” when, in fact, Acts 2:4 has nothing to do with “unknown tongues”. The absurd claim is made that the “Pentecostal” (phoney) “unknown tongues” are “like what happened at Pentecost” while ignoring the real issue, that these impossible-to-fake “other tongues” were accompanied by equally impossible-to-fake “signs” at Pentecost for the apostles, but NOT NOW for the “Pentecostals.” [What “Pentecostals” do isn’t “like what happened at Pentecost” at all!]

(C) The “signs” which came upon the Apostles served a purpose, and it wasn’t self-indulgent phoney entertainment to titillate the imagination of phoney and spiritually anemic Christians, or line the pockets of Jesuit trained false ministers, whose main business is show business and “keepin’ ‘em stupid” while they lull the crowd into the waiting arms of the Roman Catholic institution through the ecumenical movement.

(D) These “signs” were given in Jerusalem as a witness to Israel, because Israel REQUIRED signs.

1st Corinthians 1:22 “For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom. . . .”

(E) When the gospel went out to the Gentiles, it was to be received of them by FAITH.

2nd Corinthians 5:7 “(For we walk by faith, not by sight:). . . .”

2nd Timothy 3:12-15 “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”

(F) When the Lord returns, he won’t be worried about a lack of spiritual gifts (which is in the Lord’s power to give or not give): the Lord’s concern is about a lack of FAITH.

Luke 18:1-8 “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”

(G) The “initial evidence” of the Spirit of God coming upon men is not “tongues” but prophecy, regardless of the tongue in which it is spoken.

(Numbers 11:25 “And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.”)

(1st Samuel 10:6-10 “And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.”)]

“2. Speaking in tongues is a means of spiritual edification. (1st Cor. 14:4)” [Here is a bait-and-switch tactic.]

(A) 1st Corinthians 14:4 is deceptively used for scriptural support of Pentecostal doctrine, but refers to an “unknown tongue” (1st Corinthians 14:2) not “other tongues” (as in Acts 2:4) with which they opened their argument.

(B) These Pentecostals lift their proof-text from a passage whose primary purpose contradicts their assertion, plainly showing the limitations and weakness of tongues in comparison with the more important gift of prophecy.

EXAMPLE: Suppose that I lift 1st Corinthians 7, verse 2 (“. . . let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.”) and verse 33, (“. . . he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.”) in support of my personal unscriptural doctrine that everybody in the church should be married – that we should have no single folks in the church over 18 years of age.

QUESTION: What is wrong with my quoting 1st Corinthians 7:2 & 33 in support of my doctrine?

ANSWER: I’m a liar and a deceiver, because 1st Corinthians 7 (vs. 1-2; 6-9; & 17-40) in fact declares exactly the opposite of my doctrine, and I am wresting scripture to support my obvious error. (Paul equates marriage, slavery, and circumcision in this regard, that they are minor issues in comparison with serving Jesus Christ, and that whereas one way may in fact be preferable over another way in any of these points, depending upon the circumstances, they are still minor points. Even so, although both cases are examined and considered by Paul, if a man can receive it, being single is better than being married!

(C) If Pentecostals really cared about anybody being “edified” they would be pushing the truth, not “tongues”.

1st Corinthians 14:all “Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.”

[That is, real prophesy, not the fake garbage done in the Pentecostal palaces.]

“3. Speaking in tongues keeps me continually aware of the holy spirit’s [sic] presence. (1 Cor 6:19)”

[This is a complete fabrication. 1st Corinthians 6 says nothing about “tongues,” or about “speaking in tongues!” (First, a doctrine is invented, and then a conclusion is invented based upon the first invention.)]

“4. Speaking in tongues eliminates the possibility of selfishness in my prayer life. (Romans 8:26)”

[This is a complete fabrication. Romans 8 says nothing about “tongues,” “speaking in tongues,” “eliminating” anything, or “selfishness.”]

“5. Speaking in tongues builds my faiths [sic] and helps me to trust God more. (Jude 20)”

[This is a complete fabrication. Jude says nothing about “tongues” or “speaking in tongues,” whatsoever; nor even about trusting God more.]

“6. Speaking in tongues helps fill me and keep me free from the contamination of the world. (Eph. 5:14-19)”

[This is a complete fabrication. Ephesians says nothing about “tongues” or “speaking in tongues” in connection with contamination of the world or in connection with anything else.]

“7. Speaking in tongues provides a way for things to be prayed out which no one thinks to pray. or are unaware of. (John 16:13)”

[This is a complete fabrication. John says nothing about “tongues” or “speaking in tongues.”

“8. Speaking in tongues brings rest and refreshment to the believers. (1 Cor. 14:21 and Isaiah 28:11-12)”

[This is an utterly absurd fabrication, and perversion of scripture.

(A) 1st Corinthians 14:21 refers back to God’s prophesied intention to witness to Israel by “men of other tongues” (that is, “foreigners”) in bringing Israel to the knowledge of the truth.

(B) The explanation for this is given in the following verse, (v. 22), “Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not. . . .” (that is, unbelievers, which in the first instance was Israel, “this people”) but even this basically failed because most of Israel (like most Gentiles) is stiffnecked and would not hear the truth: “. . . and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.” (v. 21)

(C) Isaiah 28:11-12 as referenced by Paul in 1st Corinthians 14:21, declared the Lord’s intention to bring foreigners to preach to Israel, but the “rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest”, which was “the refreshing” was the thing preached that the Lord said Israel would not receive, even if it came from men of “other tongues. . . .” The prophets had said the same (and spoke their own language) and they killed them!

(D) These two passages (referenced by the Pentecostals) have absolutely nothing to do with, “Speaking in tongues brings rest and refreshment to the believers.”

“. . . tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not. . . .” (1st Corinthians 14:22), but with Israel, even this did not work – exactly as the Lord said it wouldn’t.

“9. One who speaking in tongues [sic] gives thanks well. (1 Cor. 14:14-17)”

(A) This is a half-truth: they left off: “. . . but the other is not edified.” which is the drawback that Paul is referring to throughout chapter 14. Their half-baked conclusion is not at all a valid reason “why every believer should speak in tongues, because the point of chapter 14 is to show what’s WEAK about speaking in tongues, NOT why everybody needs to do it!

(B) The Pentecostals have entirely missed the point.

“10. Yielding my tongue to the Holy spirit [sic] is a big step toward being able to fully yield all my members to his service. (James 3:8)”

[Neither this statement, nor James 3:8, says anything at all about, much less supports, “speaking in tongues,” which is the supposed reason for making this statement.]

Fake Pentecostal “manifestations of the Spirit” (Satanic substitutes for true spirituality) are centerpieces of the various Pentecostal practices.

“holy laughing”

“holy barking”

“holy growling”

“holy screaming”

“holy rolling”

“holy jerking”

“holy falling down”

“being slain in the spirit” [For example, you get pushed from the front, while someone else trips you from behind, giving you a “spiritual experience” (until you get the hang of it and can do it on your own.)]

fake “prophecy” (“Thus sayeth the Lord, ‘I can’t do nothing [sic] till you raise your hands.’”)

[The Lord can do anything he wants (except lie – and he can send somebody else to do that).]

Deuteronomy 18:20 “But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.”

[False prophets are to be put to death! (Pentecostals consider false prophecy, “stirring up the spirit.”)]

Ezekiel 13:3 “Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!”

fake “tongues” (claimed by Pentecostals to be “unknown tongues” “like at Pentecost”)!?!?

[The apostles didn’t speak in “unknown tongues” at Pentecost: they spoke with “other tongues” which were “KNOWN” languages! (Acts 2:6)]

name it and “claim” it [The word “claim” is nowhere in the word of God.]

(4) Fake Healings (There’s lots of money to be made with this.)

[One of the ways that something false can be detected is to compare it with the real thing.]

Acts 3:1-8 (6) “Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” [Simple!]

Romans 12:8 “Or . . . he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity. . . .”

James 5:14 “Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. . . .” [No fan fare, no cameras, no staged choreography, no red carpet, no show biz, no money collected.]

Matthew 10:8 “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.”

1st Corinthians 2:12 “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”

(5) Love of Money (Pentecostals subscribe to the “Kingdom now,” or “Prosperity” doctrine.)

[Pentecostal leaders are in it for the money, promoting the “prosperity gospel” in order to get the contents of your wallet and justify themselves in their success at your expense. (50% of the sermons will be on tithing!)]

1st Timothy 6:9-11 “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”

Ezekiel 34:2 “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?”

(John 21:15-17 “So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.”)

Jeremiah 23:1 “Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord.”

(6) Holding Doctrine in Contempt (They raise up “tongues” as the greatest of the gifts, and, then, like all “Ecumenicals,” they say “Doctrine only gets in our way.” Of course, sound doctrine gets in their way, which is exactly what the Lord intended it should do.)

QUESTION: Is it written anywhere that speaking in tongues will save anyone?

ANSWER: No!

QUESTION: Is it written that doctrine will save anyone?

ANSWER: Yes!

1st Timothy 4:16 “Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.”

2nd Timothy 4:1-5 “. . . reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers. . . .”

[That “time” has come!]

(a)	[Pentecostalism can only be successfully taught where “Christians” are ignorant, which is not God’s intent.]

1st Corinthians 12:1 “Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.”

(b)	[Tongues is only one of many gifts of the Spirit: and it is the least of spiritual gifts.]

1st Corinthians 14:19 “Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.”

1st Corinthians 12:8-10 “For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues. . . .”

(THINK: Who would be responsible for the kind of confusion that exists in the “Pentecostal churches” wherein the least thing is made to appear as the greatest?)

(c) [All the members of the church are not given the same gift, and they do not have the power to bestow spiritual gifts according to their own wisdom. The church functions properly when the prayer of the church is that gifts are distributed to the members of the body as God wills it.]

1st Corinthians 12:11 “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.”

(1st Corinthians 12:14-31 “For the body is not one member, but many.”)

(d)	[Prophecy is greater than speaking in tongues because prophecy edifies the church whereas tongues does not.]

1st Corinthians 14:5 “I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.”

v. 22 “Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.”

(e) [The preaching of doctrine is greater than tongues because by doctrine the whole church is edified.]

1st Corinthians 14:6 “Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?”

(f)	[Fake tongues, as exercised by Pentecostals (everyone speaking at once), makes “Christians” appear insane.]

1st Corinthians 14:23 “If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?”

Ephesians 4:11-15 “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro . . . with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.”

(g) [It is just as wrong to, on one hand, raise up tongues as the all important gift, as it is, on the other hand, to forbid tongues.]

1st Corinthians 14:39 “Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.”

(h)	[It is just as wrong to insist that all speak in tongues, as it is to forbid speaking in tongues.]

1st Corinthians 14:27 “If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.”

v. 28 “But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.”

(7) Tempting God:

(A) Handling Poisonous Snakes as a Religious Ritual, Pentecostals convert scripture into a false proof-text of their “spirituality.” (Over a period of time, older members become immune to specific reptile toxins and use this condition as a badge of their spiritual power. Then, they coerce younger members without such protection into emulating them, as an initiation, or “rite of passage,” into their pagan belief system.

[A functioning atheist from Tennessee stated, “You wouldn’t believe how many people I know that are missing fingers after being bit by water moccasins in church.” (He’s talking about “Pentecostal churches.”)

(B) How many Pentecostals have driven down the interstate with their eyes closed, under the presumption and delusion that, “God will direct my path and steer my car for me!”? Besides being grievously foolish and immature in their doctrine (and killing a lot of other folks in the process), they are simply ignorant of scripture:

(a) [Satan suggested that the Lord throw himself off a building (and even quoted scripture), but the Lord didn’t buy it!]

Matthew 4:5-7 “Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”

(b)	[A man says: “Well, there’s good people in the Pentecostal churches.” (But . . . that’s only his ignorant opinion.)]

Matthew 12:33 “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.”

Revelation 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

This Baptist saying (and the satanic/humanist concept it pretends to express) does not exist in the bible in any form, or in any words. Historically examined, this false doctrine developed as a reaction to the false Catholic doctrine which demanded that a man could not know he was “born again”, while at the same time insisting he must pay money and do works to KEEP what he never had anyway! (Two wrong doctrines do not make a right one.)

BAPTIST PROOF-TEXTS

(These five numbered verses are known by every Baptist, which they wrest to their convenience as proof-texts, but they are nearly always ignorant of the verses that follow each example, and certainly will not apply them to doctrine.)

1) Hebrews 13:5 “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (No bible believer thought the Lord would forsake him!)

% 1st Chronicles 28:9 “. . . but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.” (This is the problem.)

[Baptists try to turn the promise and consolation of Hebrews 13:5 into a contradiction of scripture by pretending that “. . . for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” is a change in the Lord’s thinking from the old testament, which is not true:

(a)  when Paul writes this in Hebrews, he is quoting from what the Lord had said to Joshua the son of Nun in the old testament (which applied to Moses also whether the Lord had said it directly to Moses or not);

Joshua 1:5 “There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”

(b)  the promise did not apply to the generation that passed over into the promised land;

Deuteronomy 31:14-22 “Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them. . . .”

(1st Samuel 4:1-21 (21) “And she named the child I_chabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel. . . .”)

(c) and the promise always included a context, a condition, and a caveat.

% 2nd Chronicles 15:1-2 “The Lord is with you, while ye be with him . . . but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.”

2) 1st Peter 1:5 “Who are kept by the power of God through faith. . . .”

% Colossians 1:21-23 “. . . to present you holy and unblameable . . . If ye continue in the faith. . . .”

[Baptists emphasize the word “kept” in 1st Peter 1:5, while ignoring the words “If ye continue” in Colossians 1:23. The word “if” forces the inference that it is possible to NOT “continue in the faith”.]

(THINK: Why is the exhortation repeatedly given to DO what the Baptists say we have NO CHOICE in doing?)

3) 2nd Peter 2:9 “The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations. . . .” (Finish the sentence!)

% “. . . and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment. . . .” (This applies to millions of Baptists!)

4) Jude 24 “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling. . . .” (The Lord “is able” to do many things!)

% Matthew 10:28 “. . . and . . . fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

5) Romans 8:35-39 “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?” (The Lord is stedfast!)

% 2nd Peter 3:17-18 “. . . beloved . . . beware lest ye . . . fall from your own stedfastness.” (This is the problem!)

THE GOD-BREATHED KING JAMES BIBLE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

The Lord’s people are exhorted to NOT “fall away,” which verses are ignored by Baptists who teach that men “COULD NOT fall away if they wanted to!” They make “back slidden” therefore a routine description of themselves, but the word of God makes no allowance for any such condition.]

1st Corinthians 9:27 “. . . But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.” (Are “Baptists” more “special” to God than the apostle Paul?)

[Baptists try to put the absurd spin on this clear verse that “It would be a shame for God to put Paul’s ministry on the shelf.”; however Paul is not referring to “his ministry being ‘castaway’”, but to HIMSELF , that “I myself should be a castaway.” The Baptist spin on this verse is simply ridiculous and pathetic.

10:12-14 “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”

QUESTION: Why do you think this admonition was written, if it is not possible to fall?

ANSWER: It was written so that you would take heed AND NOT FALL!]

[Many Baptists think they stand when they don’t, and that they can’t fall from the Lord when they consistently do!]

Romans 11:21-22 “. . . if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shall be cut off.”

(Those who maintain the Baptist perversion just pretend they don’t understand what “cut off” means!)

Philippians 3:2 “Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.”

QUESTION: Do you know what “the concision” is?

ANSWER: It is “the cutting off”!

Jude 6-7 “And the angels which kept not their first estate . . . are set forth for an example.”

QUESTION: For WHOM is this “an example?”

ANSWER: It serves as an example for bible believers who can read!)

John 8:31 “. . . If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples. . . .” (Making a good start does not win the race!)

1st Corinthians 9:24 “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.” (Baptists are sitting on the SIDE LINES, “fat, dumb, and happy!”)

15:2 “Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.” [Are you pretending you don’t know what “taketh away” means?]

Acts 14:22 “. . . exhorting them [the disciples] to continue in the faith. . . ” (A race isn’t over until it’s over.)

1st Timothy 4:1 “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. . . .” (Baptists say you CAN’T depart from the faith, but they are only half right: it’s true that you can’t “depart from the faith”, UNLESS YOU WERE FIRST IN THE FAITH!)

2nd Thessalonians 2:2-3 “. . . the day of Christ . . . shall not come, except there come a falling away first. . . . ”

[We’re seeing that happen right now, today.]

Revelation 2:5 “. . . repent, . . . or else I will . . . remove thy candlestick . . . .” [The Lord is talking to the church here!]

(“What part of “remove” don’t you understand?”)

v. 10 “be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” (Have you been faithful unto death, yet?)

QUESTION: Why are you being told this? ANSWER: So that you WILL BE FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH!]

Acts 13:43 “. . . persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.” (Why be persuaded to continue if there is no choice?)

Luke 9:62 “No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

[You obviously can “look back,” which is the reason for this warning! Many Baptists are as Lot's wife, whether they bother to remain sitting in the pews, or not.]

Romans 8:13 “. . . if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.”

[If not, you will remain carnal and in due time fall away!]

Hebrews 4:1-11 “Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”

Galatians 1:6-7 “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him. . . .”

2nd Peter 1:10-11 “. . . make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall. . . .”

Philippians 2:12 “Wherefore, my beloved . . . work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”

2nd Peter 3:14 “Wherefore, beloved . . . be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.” (Baptists aren’t “diligent” at all. They’re CARELESS about what they think is “in the bank.”)

2nd Peter 2:20-22 “For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.” [If you’re saying this cannot happen, explain why it is discussed here so forcefully!]

1st John 2:24 “Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.” (“IF” is the big word here!)

Hebrews 3:6 “. . . whose house are we, if we hold fast . . . unto the end.” ( What follows the word “if” is a condition!)

3:12-14 “Take heed, brethren . . . in departing. . . . For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end. . . .” (Here it is again.)

1st Corinthians 15:1-2 “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.” (If you pretend you don’t understand the conditional nature of the gift, you are simply evil.)

Λ	6:4-6 “For it is impossible . . . if they shall fall away, to renew them again. . . .”

(Baptists actually try to interpret this to mean “it is impossible to fall away,” when they were plainly told: “it is impossible . . . to renew them again” IF they shall FALL AWAY, which is stated as a fact!)

[EXAMPLE: refresh your memory by reading Genesis 19:1-26, comparing verse 17 with verse 26.

v. 17 “And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee. . . .”

v. 26 “But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.”

Now imagine that you are Lot, taken back in time: you and your wife are leaving Sodom. The angel has already told you not to look back when you leave. As you leave your housekeeper tells you in all earnestness that the pastor at the church where she fellowships said, “Don’t worry about looking back, because “You couldn’t look back even if you wanted to!”

QUESTION: Who do you believe? The Sodomite housekeeper’s pastor or the angel?

QUESTION: What if your housekeeper gives her pastor a call on her cell phone and he rushes over to explain some of the finer points of the doctrine, and in trying to reconcile his beliefs with what the angel said, points out that if you only casually turn your head around, facing back toward Sodom with your eyes open, this is not the same thing as “looking back”? Would it help if he reasoned with you that, “Since it was the angel’s purpose to deliver you from Sodom, he obviously had to deliver you alive or there wouldn’t be any point to the delivery, so in order to fulfill his promise, not only is this free ride out of town not conditional (that would be heresy) it’s also irrevocable; therefore not only is it impossible to look back, but if you do look back, it’s OK!”?

QUESTION: What do you say to your housekeeper’s Sodomite pastor?

SUGGESTED ANSWER: “Get out!” (emphasized by considerable volume, extended arm pointing to the door)

QUESTION: Where is the lie in the Sodomite pastor’s doctrine?

ANSWER: There are two lies in his doctrine:

(1) The delivered-out-of -town-free ticket DOES have a condition: you must “look not behind thee”!

(2) It IS in fact possible to “look . . . behind thee”

Λ	QUESTION: What is the condition on inheriting eternal life?

ANSWER: The condition is to “abide” in Christ, that is, NOT “fall away” from him.

Λ	(read again) Hebrews 6:4-6 “For it is impossible . . . if they shall fall away, to renew them again. . . .”

[Baptists routinely admit to being “backslidden” simply because they believe their imaginary “ticket to heaven” is not revokable by the Lord in spite of their disgusting contempt of the Lord and his word. They are deceived.]

Proverbs 14:14 “The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways. . . .” (Being “backslidden” is not OK.)

Hebrews 10:35-39 “But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

Jeremiah 2:19 “. . . thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the Lord thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord God of hosts.”

John 15:4-9 [We’re told here to abide (5 times) and if not: we'll be: “. . . cast forth . . . into the fire. . . .”

Luke 8:13 “They . . . receive the word . . . for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.”

{How is it that they say, “Oh, no, you couldn’t fall away even if you wanted to!”?]

[This parable (verses 11-15) includes everybody who ever got called, but only those in verse 15 go on to be saved. (Verses 13 and 14 describe the Baptist who “made a profession of faith” and then went home and vegetated.)]

Baptists have been taught to excuse themselves in their doctrinal error by saying that if the so-called “saved” person later turns out obviously NOT to be “saved,” then he simply NEVER WAS “saved.” The Baptist qualification for “saved” (that “he went down to the front”) contains the problem that the unsaved Baptist in question DID “go down to the front” yet is later obviously NOT IN CHRIST. As required by their own definition, HE FAKED being born again, as did every other Baptist who doesn’t “endure unto the end.” By their own definition, the Baptist churches are full of phonies and the “real Baptists” can’t tell the difference. (Matthew 7:16) The Baptist argument is internally inconsistent because “Once saved always saved, unless he ISN’T saved, and then he WASN’T saved” argues internally against ITSELF!

Matthew 10:22 “. . . but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.” (This word “saved” is future tense.)

Philippians 3:11-13 “If . . . I might attain unto the resurrection . . . Not as though I had already attained. . . .”

Mark 13:13 “. . . but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” (This is FUTURE!)

Acts 15:8-11 [The “earnest” of the Holy Ghost is given NOW but the “we shall be saved” (of eternal life) is not yet.]

Ephesians 1:10-14 We are presently “sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession . . .” which is later. (Which is why we must endure unto the end!)

Romans 5:8-10 “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”

[One is “now” and the other is LATER! which is why we “wait for it.” Also, this “wrath” is the wrath of God against an ungodly world, not the “wrath” of Satan (trying to make this a statement proving “pre-trib rapture”! )]

Romans 8:24-25 “. . . waiting for the adoption . . . For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.”

Matthew 24:12-13 “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”

James 1:12 “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation [present tense] . . . for he shall receive the crown of life. . . .” [future tense!]

IT IS NOT THE FAITHFULNESS OF THE LORD THAT IS BEING ENCOURAGED (It’s you I’m worried about.)

Hebrews 10:23-27 “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith . . . for he is faithful. . . .”

Jude 20-24 An exhortation: “Keep yourselves in the love of God. . . .”

Revelation 2:7,11,17,25,26, “To him that overcometh . . .” (These things are written that we WOULD overcome.)

21:7 “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

3:5 “He that overcometh . . . I will not blot out his name out of the book of life. . . .”

(This statement contains a blatant implication! What if a man does NOT overcome?)

Exodus 32:32-33 “. . . Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.”

(How do you manage to tell yourself that the Lord can “blot out” your name if it were not written there already?)

Revelation 22:19 “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy [which many so-called “Christians” and Baptists have done] . . . God shall take away his part out of the book of life. . . .”

(The Lord will do this, whether you believe it or not; and regardless of your “denominational” preferences!)

Ezekiel 3:20-22 “. . . When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness . . . he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered. . . .”

18:24 “But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness . . . in his sin . . .shall he die.”

[“Lord, open their eyes!”]

THE PROBLEM WITH “ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED” (or “Eternal Security of the Believer”) IS THAT:

1) this doctrine did not come from the word of God,

a. Preaching it may instill confidence in the Baptist religion, but it destroys confidence in the word of God.

b. It is held above the word of God for reasons other than the word of God.

People believe this doctrine because their parents believed it.

It is preached fanatically by Baptist preachers who realize that their jobs ($$) depend on it.

Giving up this false doctrine results in undesirable social consequences.

(You’ll miss fried chicken and apple pie on Sundays, and won’t be invited over for “Christmas.”)

c. Religious beliefs that are not contained in the bible, HAD TO COME FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE:

The “imagination” of man cannot be trusted (Genesis 6:5; Jeremiah 13:10; 2nd Corinthians 10:5).

The “heart” of man cannot be trusted (Jeremiah 17:9; Psalm 33:13-15; Ecclesiastes 9:3; Mark 7:21-23).

The “tradition” of man cannot be trusted (Mark 7:9,13; Colossians 2:8; 1st Peter 1:18).

The “god” of man cannot be trusted (2nd Corinthians 4:4; Matthew 4:3-10).

[QUESTION: If your doctrine doesn’t come from the bible, from where are you willing to have it come?]

2) this doctrine is not true,

a. Those who worship God “must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23-24; 14:17; 15:26).

Λ b. Those who believe “once saved always saved” refuse to hear the truth (1st John 4:6).

3) this doctrine contradicts the truth,

a. In desperation, those who love this religious error must corrupt other doctrines in the word of God.

b. It renders the sound doctrine of God’s word impossible to believe.

c. It makes wresting of scripture a necessary way of life.

(An example is Baptist wresting of Paul in 1st Corinthians 9:27, “lest . . . I myself should be a castaway.” by defining this in Baptist babble as “. . . God setting Paul’s ministry on the shelf.”)

4) this doctrine is made the “centerpiece” of a false faith,

a. Nothing should be the centerpiece of faith except Jesus Christ.

b. Giving up “once saved always saved” is made, by its advocates, to be equivalent to giving up Christ.

c. It seems more painful to give up this lie than to incur the wrath of God who told the truth about it.

5) this doctrine, in actual application, is based upon assumptions which are entirely contradictory to each other:

a. “Going down to the front” is made equal to “getting saved.”

b. It is believed that a Baptist is saved “because he went down to the front.”

c. Because he “went down to the front,” it is actually believed that it really doesn’t matter what he does after that.

d. When it becomes obvious to other Baptists that the “once saved always saved” Baptist is not saved, it is then claimed that, “He never was saved!”; but the fact remains that he did “go down to the front” which means:

Either he was NOT, in fact, “eternally saved” or,

Baptists themselves, don’t know who among them is “saved,” even though the person in question went down to the front; which:

contradicts the original Baptist assumption,

ignores the sound doctrine that “Ye shall know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:16), and

eliminates the entire point of believing in “once saved always saved” in the first place.

6) this doctrine produces false security in those who might otherwise have served the Lord faithfully unto death.

a. Confidence, in actual fact, is placed in the concept of this doctrine, and not in Jesus Christ.

b. If you think you’re saved, and nothing you do changes that,

what difference will it make what you do with your life?

what difference will it make if you take the mark of the beast?

what could the Lord possibly say, in strong enough language, to effectively warn you about anything?

7) This doctrine creates a knee-jerk, proof-text based, dead religion, that rejects searching the scripture for truth.

a. Baptists actually claim they don’t need to “serve” the Lord because “That’s works.”, whereas the Lord said:

“Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.” (Matthew 12:33), and

“Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.” (John 15:8-11), and

“Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. * * * And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness. . . .” (Matthew 25:14-30).

b. Baptists are famous for being admittedly “backslidden” and spending their time watching television.

QUESTION: Why are they this way?

ANSWER: Doctrine always produces fruit: corrupt doctrine produces evil fruit, “sound doctrine” produces good fruit (“good” being defined by the Lord’s opinion and not yours).

c. Baptists become highly agitated, if not furious, when confronted on the “once saved always saved” issue, and are generally and clearly not comfortable defending it against those who are not deceived.

QUESTION: Why is this?

ANSWER: In spite of their angry assertions to the contrary, the doctrine of “Once Saved, Always Saved” is impossible to maintain from the word of God.

– Lord, open their eyes.

2nd Timothy 2:10 “Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.”

BOGUS BAPTIST ARGUMENTS & “PROOF TEXTS”

(1) 1st John 2:19 is used to “prove” there’s “no doubt” that if “they are of us, they will continue in the Lord.”

[First, we will look at the whole context, which includes verse 18, that they always want to leave out.]

1st John 2:18-19 “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.”

Observations:

This passage says nothing about “continuing in the Lord:” it speaks of continuing “with us.”

The context is the false perception that wicked men seem to proceed from “us”!

This passage declares nothing whatsoever about “Once Saved, Always Saved:” it is an explanation for those who are disconcerted in seeing antichrists seemingly proceed “out from us” as though “we” were producing them!

QUESTION: Was the Lord to blame because Judas came out from among his disciples?

ANSWER: John 6:70 “Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?”

The pronoun, “they,” refers back to the previous plural noun, “many antichrists.”

This verse makes a statement about the natural course of things concerning those who are of one heart and mind together: they stay together. (“Birds of a feather flock together.”)

“they were not of us” means in effect, they were not of the same spirit, even though they were among us, making it seem as though they were “of us.”

There’s a difference between (1) being within a group physically, and (2) being part of it spiritually.

There are two issues here: the physical issue and the spiritual issue.

John 15:19 “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”

17:14 “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.”

v. 16 “They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.”

QUESTIONS: Baalim was of Israel and a prophet of the Lord:

(1) does that mean he was an “Israelite indeed?”

(2) does that mean he was a man after the Lord’s own heart?

(3) was he right with the Lord?

(4) was he right with his people Israel?

ANSWER: No, he was just there, existing! (But his “heart” was somewhere else.)

John 1:47 “Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!”

Revelation 14:5 “And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.”

guile, craft, cunning, deceit

Romans 9:6-8 “For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. . . .”

(2) 1st John 3:9 is used as a proof text to “prove” that “If you’re in Christ, your seed remains in you and you can’t sin.”

1st John 3:8-10 “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.”

Observations:

The strategy here is to “prove” that “Leaving Christ would be a sin and we ‘cannot sin’ even if we wanted to.”

(Depending upon how you want to read this passage, you may not only be a Baptist, but a Calvinist.)

This statement (in v. 9) can be understood grammatically as “meaning” either:

(a) “Whoever is born of God does not sin willfully, and will not continue in sin . . . ,” (or)

(b) “Whoever is born of God commits no sin, and it is not possible for him to sin. . . .”

The second interpretation is not acceptable because it creates a conflict with other scripture:

1st John 2:1 “My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. . . .”

5:16 “If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.”

Λ v. 17 “All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.”

The passage examined here says nothing about “Once Saved Always Saved.” It is repeating, by different words, that you shall know them by their fruit: “In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God. . . .”

(3) 1st Timothy 1:20 “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.”

Observations:

This is a very simple and direct statement of the spiritual truth concerning whether or not you are in the church.

If you are not in the church, then you are in the world.

The world belongs to Satan.

Depending upon what degree of protection you are given (or not given) by the Lord, you are in Satan’s hands.

Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

Luke 4:5-6 “And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.”

John 14:30 “Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.”

1st Corinthians 5:1-5 “To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.”

(1)	Matthew 8:18-22 “But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.”

or, in other words, “. . . let the spiritually dead bury the physically dead.”

At the least, this is a clear statement of what your priorities should be.

Taken to the greatest extent, this would preclude those who have been given spiritual life from being in the business of tending to funerals, or of even participating occasionally.

(2) Genesis 10:5 “By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.”

Genesis 12:5 “And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother’s son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.”

The word, “souls,” refers to their offspring.

This bible study looks at the brutal truth concerning a hideously evil thing that has deceived and devoured the world. It is not written out of hatred for those who are deceived by it (as will naturally be assumed by those who do not know the truth) but is rather written out of the love of Jesus Christ who would have all men to be saved, which love of his is shed abroad upon the hearts of men everywhere who are called to love the truth, that they may be made free.
John 8:32-36 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
(or, if you reject God’s word:)
2nd Thessalonians 2:10-13 “. . . because they received not the love of the truth . . . . God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth. . . .”
John 4:23 “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
“The Holy Roman Catholic Church” (the accepted earthly title for that ungodly abomination, according to the news media and governments of the world) is called by the Lord, “the great whore”. [This institution is truly “Roman” and “catholic” (meaning “universal”), but it is in no wise “Holy”, and can rightly be called “the church” only when referred to as the church of Satan. Some salient points follow.
Satan is a lying, murdering, deceiver and he is in the religious business. He devises counterfeits.

As the Lord Jesus has a church, Satan the imposter also has a church.

As the Lord Jesus Christ has Jerusalem close to his heart, Satan now has Rome. The Lord has nothing to do with Rome, except to call “out” those who are in it! (Revelation 18:4)
It should be understood, by definition, that the “MOTHER OF HARLOTS” would have to have daughters!)
Roman Catholicism claims to be the “the mother of churches”, which is only half true: she is, in fact, the mother of all corrupt churches, or “MOTHER OF HARLOTS”; as it is written,“As is the mother, so is her daughter.” — Ezekiel 16:44)
Satan’s daughter institutions have in common that they are organized by their incorporation under the authority and power of the state, with Catholicism PRESIDING OVER THE STATE AND THEM.
(1) The mother of whores is NOT incorporated, nor is she required to incorporate by any power.
(2) The daughter harlot denominations incorporate because they are subject to her and outwardly demonstrate it in this and many other ways!)
QUESTION: What is incorporation?
ANSWER: At the outset, it is the admission that the thing in question is not sovereign, but subject to the authority under whose power it “incorporates.” (Catholicism rules over the governments AND their “churches,” which is why they incorporate but she does not: they are directly subject to her earthly power, which is, in turn, subject only to Satan.)
Catholicism’s many daughter “churches” are “earthy” and their “idol shepherds” truly despise God’s word while pretending to be preachers of it, just as do the priests of their spiritual “MOTHER”!
It is ABSURD to believe or claim, as do Catholic apologists, that something as corrupt and evil as Catholicism would “. . . some day give rise to true Christianity.” The only thing “giving rise” to Christianity is Jesus Christ the Lord.
The plan of God is that his church should be built upon Jesus Christ as foundation and be composed of those who are born again by the power of God to be wholly new creatures, in Christ!
The Nature of Whoredom (You could call these “LAWS” of the matter.”)
(1) A whore does for money with strangers, what a wife does with her husband freely. (Whoredom isn't “love”: it is REBELLION against God, and the LOVE OF MONEY.)

(2) Men go to whores because they’re not getting what they want at home. (Something is missing!)
(If this kind of talk seems rough to your ears, think what it tells you that the Lord calls Roman Catholicism, “the whore” (Revelation 17:15&16), “the great whore,” (17:1 & 19:2) and “MOTHER OF HARLOTS”! (17:5)
(3) If a whore has a husband she makes a fool of herself and him (in this case, Satan.)
(4) When a whore isn't needed anymore, she will be dumped!
Revelation 17:16 “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.”
Jeremiah 51:1-2 “. . . I will raise up against Babylon . . . fanners, that shall fan her . . . they shall be against her. . . .”
[All the “Pontifical” and Jesuit strategies and delusions of glory and power for their religion is for nothing, except to fulfill prophecy! Catholicism was doomed from the beginning, and the old abomination will be tossed by her lovers like used Kleenex when Satan no longer needs her services.]
Revelation 17:1 “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters. . . .”
[John is shown a vision of the destruction of an evil thing that is very wealthy and appears outwardly beautiful.]
(See: Jeremiah 51:13 “O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come. . . .”)
[The “many waters” seen in John’s vision represent something:]
v. 15 “And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.” [in other words, the extent of her power and dominion is worldwide.]
Λ v. 2 “With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.” [that is, spiritual fornication: she claims Christ, but is utterly pagan.]
(The “pope” is the chief politician of the world, and the “kings” and “great men” of the world know to court his favor if they are to gain and maintain power.)
Λ v. 3 “. . . I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast. . . .” [The source of the whore’s power is revealed.]
[Israel, “a woman” which is chosen, is described in chapter 12. The “woman” of Revelation 17 has always hated the “woman” in chapter 12 for the same reason Ishmael has always hated Isaac: ENVY!]
Λ v. 3 “. . . full of names of blasphemy. . . .” [The whore and its power hate the God of heaven.]
v. 3 “. . . having seven heads. . . .” [The “seven heads” seen in John’s vision represent something else:]
Λ v. 9 “The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.” [in other words, the city of Rome!]
Λ v. 18 “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.”
[The whore has used“the kings of the earth” as tools to destroy those she hates:]
Λ v. 6 “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. . . .”
[The whore has murdered millions of true Christians, most notably during the “dark ages” (which period of history is referred to as the “golden years” by papists, or as “the middle ages” by those who are ignorant or wish to appear neutral).]
QUESTION: If we call those evil days the “middle ages,” what are they the “middle” of?
“. . . and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” [Her wealth makes her appear outwardly beautiful. She is a very ugly whore with a lot of expensive furnishing (and the news media always casts her in a favorable light).]
v. 3 “. . . and ten horns.” [The “ten horns” seen in John’s vision represent something:]
Λ v. 12 “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.” [They will have the power they lusted for, but it will be short lived.]
Λ v. 4 “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour. . . .”
[The whore is decked out in the official colors of Roman Catholicism.]
Λ v. 4 “. . . and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls. . . .” [The whore is fabulously wealthy. (For centuries she plundered and confiscated the wealth of the true Christians she branded as “heretics” and then killed.)]
Λ v. 4 “. . . having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication. . . .”
[If you don’t picture a black-robed priest “performing the mass” here, you just don’t get it.]
(PROPHECY: Jeremiah 51:7 “Babylon hath been a golden cup in the Lord’s hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.”)
Λ v. 5 “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” [This is her true name.]
The Religious History of the Harlot and its Priesthood [Judges 17 & 18] (Compare with Revelation 17 & 18)
17:2 “And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels . . . about which thou cursedst . . . I took it.”
[Micah is a thief, and his mother displayed her foul mouth when the money turned up missing.]
“And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the Lord, my son.” [when she finds out what he did with the money!]
(1) Micah’s mother is quite religious. (Satan is religious.)
James 1:26 “If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.”
(2) Micah’s mother pays lip service to the Lord.
Matthew 15:8 “This people . . . honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.”
(3) Micah’s mother blesses her son, the thief. [Both cursing and blessing come out of her mouth.]
James 3:10 “Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. . . . these things ought not so to be.”
v. 3 She intends “to make a graven image and a molten image. . . .”
[She would have been better off if Micah had simply stolen the money and squandered it on a good time.]
Deuteronomy 27:15 “Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image. . . .”
Exodus 20:4 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing. . . .”
(Men seem to be running things here but the woman is the spiritual head of this house, the commonly used religious force used by Satan to control the home according to his plan.)
1st Timothy 2:11-12 “But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man. . . .”
(She pays lip service to “the Lord,” but FOLLOWS the idolatrous religious practices of the heathen enemies of Israel.)
Matthew 6:24 “No man can serve two masters. . . . Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
2nd Corinthians 4:3-4 (Satan is a real “god,” and the “universal” (or “catholic”) substitute for the Lord.)
[Every man that ever did anything “religious,” in his ignorance, THOUGHT he served “the real god.”]
(John 16:2-3 “. . . the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.”)
v. 4 She goes to the founder with her money, and “poof!” these abominations end up “. . . in the house of Micah.”
(See: Exodus 32:1-24 “. . . then I cast [the gold] into the fire, and there came out this calf.”) (Poof!)
(2nd Kings 10:26-31 “the golden calves . . . were in . . . Dan”)
Jeremiah 10:14-15 “. . . every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood. . . .”
QUESTION: How does the founder’s graven image confound him?
ANSWER: 2nd Thessalonians 2:10-13
Deuteronomy 7:25-26 “Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it . . . for it is a cursed thing.” (Not in Micah’s opinion. He thinks it’s an “aid to worship.”)
v. 5 Micah begins with “just a couple,” but naturally ends up with a whole “house of gods.”
(1st Corinthians 8:5 “. . . as there be gods many, and lords many . . .”)
Judges 18:31 “. . . the house of God was in Shiloh.” (Micah has rejected “the house of God . . . in Shiloh.”)
(This religion is a carnal SUBSTITUTE for true worship of the Lord; like: “mediatrix” instead of mediator, “penance” instead of repentance, “rapture” instead of resurrection, “our lady” instead of our Lord, “original plenary autographs” instead of scripture, “share” instead of preach, teach, or edify, etc.)
[Shiloh was where the Lord's “name” was . . . ] (But there wasn’t enough religious junk in Shiloh to suit Micah!)
2nd Chronicles 20:9 “. . . thy name is in this house . . .”
Jeremiah 7:9-10 “ . . . this house, which is called by my name . . .”
[and was the only place where the Lord would dwell with men.]
Exodus 25:8 “And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.”
Exodus 29:43-46 “And there I will meet with the children of Israel. . . .” (Another place is the wrong place!)
[Micah is in the business of doing again, what the Lord has done already (as in “new versions of the bible”). Under the direction of his religious hypocrite mother, Micah assumes a religion, and religious paraphernalia to go with it, setting up his son as a “priest” over himself.] (Men wickedly bring this evil upon themselves:)
Isaiah 3:12 “. . .children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. . . .” (the Catholic formula!)
(Compare:) Genesis 18:17-19 “. . . Abraham . . . will command his children and his household after him. . . .”
v. 6 “. . . every man did that which was right in his own eyes.”
Deuteronomy 12:8 “Ye shall not do . . . every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.” (Even “if you claim you’re sincere when you do it!”)
Proverbs 14:12 “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
[This is the problem with the world NOW!]
[Ignorant men are always asking, “Why does the Lord allow all this evil?]
(In other words it’s God’s fault for all the evil going on!)
ANSWER: John 18:36 “My kingdom is not of this world . . . now is my kingdom not from hence.”
(The children of this world do not obey the Lord because they do not belong to him and are not part of his kingdom!)
Isaiah 9:6-7 “and the government shall be upon his shoulder. . . .” (prophecy of the solution to the problem)
Revelation 11:15 “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord. . . .” (Problem solved!)
v. 7 This sojourning “Levite” is rejected of God.
Hosea 4:6 “. . . thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God. . . .”
He is a Levite “of the family of Judah . . .” (This will probably be the same lineage as “Antichrist.”)
Hebrews 7:14 “. . . our Lord sprang out of Juda. . . .”
(Isaiah 14:12-14 “O Lucifer . . . thou hast said in thine heart . . . I will be like the most High.”) (He’s a copycat!)
v. 8 “And the man departed out of the city from Beth-lehem-judah. . . .”
(In other words, he “left” his “first estate”)
See: Jude 6 “. . . angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation . . .” (DEVILS)
“to sojourn where he could find a place. . . .”
The Levite already had “a place” and rejected it! (He is apostate!)
Exodus 23:20 “. . . I send an Angel before thee . . . to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.”
Numbers 8:18-22 “. . . after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation . . . as the Lord had commanded Moses concerning the Levites. . . .”
Numbers 18:21 “. . . I have given the children of Levi all the tenth . . . for . . . the service of the tabernacle. . . .”
(This apostate Levite didn’t want out of the religious business, yet he left the flock the Lord had appointed him.)
Zechariah 11:17 “Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock!” (“idol shepherd”: a priest that likes idols)
Λ v. 10 “And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest. . . .” (“CATHOLICISM”)
Micah desires a priest (of this “young man”) that he can call “father”!?! (Micah is Satanic!)
Matthew 23:9 “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.”
(Satan rubs the Lord’s nose in it, that SATAN IS THIS MAN’S FATHER, not the Lord!)
John 8:44-47 “Ye are of your father the devil . . . ye are not of God.”
(Notice in this verse, that for room, board, clothes, and a paycheck this Levite can be bought:)
“So the Levite went in.” (He is not called of God! He was hired,. He is “an hireling.”)
Proverbs 23:23 “Buy the truth, and sell it not. . . .”
Ezekiel 34:2 “Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves!” (As long as there’s a living in it.)
v. 13 “the Lord will do me good” – ! ? ! (He deceives himself that the Lord has anything to do with his religion.)
Deuteronomy 29:10-20 “. . . when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart. . . .”
(John 14:23 “If a man love me, he will keep my words. . . .” and he won’t be cursed!)
How the religion was spread
18:1 “In those days there was no king in Israel. . . .”
(See 17:6 for the idea here.)
“. . . the tribe of the Danites sought them an inheritance . . . for . . . their inheritance had not fallen unto them. . . .”
[The tribe of Dan did not get their inheritance, AND NEVER WILL!]
[Dan and Ishmael were both born of a bond woman. Resenting that which God had chosen, Dan [Jacob + Bilhah] hates and tries to supplant Levi [Jacob + Leah] (and also Judah), just as Ishmael [Abraham + Hagar] hates Isaac [Abraham + Sarah], and just as Cain hated Abel, “for envy”.]
Genesis 16:1-4,15,21 “And Sarai said unto Abram, . . . go in unto my maid . . . that I may obtain children by her.”
[The result: ISHMAEL! (rejected by God as the children of promise)]
Genesis 30:1-6 “And [Rachel] said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in unto her . . . that I may also have children by her.”
[The result: DAN! (Dan was rejected by God from the tribes of Israel]
(Compare: Genesis 49:3-28 with Revelation 7:4-8)
[The spiritual descendants of Dan dressed up in black robes and broad phylacteries, pretending to be a priesthood!]
[Catholicism is “anti-Semitic,” which is the basis of its friendship with the “Arabs” who also hate the Jews. (The “Pope” and the Arabs both sided with Hitler during WWII.)]
(Genesis 43:32 “. . . the Hebrews . . . an abomination unto the Egyptians.”)
(1st Samuel 13:4 “. . . Israel also was had in abomination with the Philistines.”)
[Common hatred has always been a basis for friendship among the servants of Satan.]
(Luke 23:12 “And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity. . . .”)
Genesis 49:1 Jacob prophesies his 12 sons futures
v. 17 and “Dan shall be a serpent by the way. . . .” (a reference to Satan)
(see: Genesis 3:1-4, 14 & Revelation 20:2 “that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan. . . .”)
Amos 8:14 “They that . . . say, Thy God O Dan, liveth . . . shall fall, and never rise up again.”
(THIS IS A CURSE, AND THE NAME OF “DAN” IS NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN!)
John 6:70 “Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?” (Do you see the pattern here?)
(It was the same with the twelve tribes as with the twelve apostles.)
Acts 1:15-26 “Let his habitation be desolate . . . and his bishoprick let another take.”
(Incidentally the Lord ignored the casting of lots and chose his own replacement: Saul of Tarsus, Paul.)
1st Corinthians 15:1-10 “. . . the least of the apostles . . . by the grace of God I am what I am. . . .”
1:1 “PAUL, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God.”
The end of the matter is contained in Revelation 21:10-14.
Revelation 21:14 “And the wall of the city had . . . the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”
(Paul’s name is on one of those walls, but not Judas’ . . .)
v. 12 “. . . and at the gates . . . names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes. . . .”
(and Manasses’ name is on one of those gates, but not Dan’s!)
v. 2 Dan is a tribe of roving marauders, looking for a “religion.” (What was wrong with the religion they already had?)
v. 3 “When they were by the house of Micah, they knew the voice of the young man the Levite. . . .”
Isn’t it a small world?
v. 4 “Micah . . . hath hired me, and I am his priest.”
(If this “priest” is “hired” of men, then we know he will hit the road as soon as he gets a better offer.)
John 10:12 “But he that is an hireling . . . leaveth the sheep . . . and careth not for the sheep.”
v. 5 “And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God. . . .”
Like Micah and his mother, these children of the devil pay lip service to “God.”
v. 6 “And the priest said unto them, Go in peace: before the Lord is your way wherein ye go.”
The priest (the apostate Levite) also pays lip service to “the Lord” and is careful to be optimistic in his “prophesy.”
Example: 1st Kings 22:1-28 “And Micaiah said, If thou return at all in peace, the Lord hath not spoken by me.”
Deuteronomy 18:20-22 “. . . the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.”
[This “priest” is a false prophet and should have been put to death. (Instead he will become the first pope.)]
v. 7 “. . . there was no magistrate in the land, that might put them to shame in anything. . . .”
(That is, there was little chance they would get caught and punished for the evil they intended.)
v. 9 “. . . we have seen the land, and, behold, it is very good . . .”
[This is just a cheap Satanic imitation of Joshua and Caleb after spying out the land of Canaan.]
Numbers 14:6-7 “The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.”
“be not slothful to go, and to enter to possess the land.”
[This is Satan copy-catting Moses.]
Deuteronomy 1:8 “. . . go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers. . . .”
v. 10 “. . . for God hath given it into your hands. . . .” [No, God didn't give it into their hands, they just took it!]
v. 12 “. . .they called that place Mahanehdan. . . .” [“the camp of Dan”]
v. 14 “. . . now therefore consider what ye have to do.” [It took about 3 seconds!]
v. 15 “And they turned thitherward, and came . . . unto the house of Micah, and saluted him.”
That old “sign of the bowman” salute the pope is still using? (Remember they planned to rob him!)
v. 16 “And the six hundred men appointed with their weapons of war . . . stood by. . . .”
“How many troops hath the pope?” (One of the few pertinent questions ever asked about the old fox.)
v. 18 “Then said the priest unto them, What do ye?”
(For a “prophet” this “priest” is a little slow on the uptake.)
v. 19 “. . . and be to us a father and a priest. . . .”
The religion gets passed along intact only on a bigger scale.
v. 20 “And the priest’s heart was glad. . . .”
Of course, it was: more money, more honor of men, more power, more women. . . . His heart was real glad.
v. 24 “Ye have taken away my gods which I made, and the priest. . . .” [“Here today, gone tomorrow.”]
[Compare with our God:]
Romans 8:38-39 “. . . neither death, nor life . . . nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us. . . .”
Psalm 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death . . . thou art with me. . . .”
v. 25 “. . . lest angry fellows run upon thee, and thou lose thy life, with the lives of thy household.”
[You know, “Sometimes you have to kill a few people “to spread the gospel.” -- Office of the Inquisition
(or:) “If you’re going to make an omelet you have to break a few eggs.” -- the CIA
(or:) “If you’re going to run the mob, sometimes you have to break a few bones.” -- Mafia]
v. 26 “. . . when Micah saw that they were too strong for him, he turned and went back. . . .”
(Isaiah 42:17 “They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images. . . .”)
v. 27 “. . . they . . . came unto . . . a people that were at quiet . . . and they smote them with the edge of the sword. . . .”
(This is the exact format used by the pope throughout Europe, Mexico, South America, etc.)
v. 28 “And there was no deliverer. . . .” (Which is why they got away with it.)
[The “deliverer” is a reference to the Lord himself, and to his intervention and protection.]
2nd Samuel 22:2 “The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer. . . .”
Romans 11:26 “. . . as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer. . . .”
v. 29 “And they called the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father. . .”
“who was born unto Israel. . . .” (But rejected of God.)
v. 30 “And the children of Dan set up the graven image. . . .”
(Of course they did! When you have a graven image, you will always set it up!)
“he and his sons were priests to the tribe of Dan . . .” (As though the Levitical priesthood didn’t exist?)
(How is it that this phoney replacement “priesthood” didn’t mind presiding over a religion based on graven images?)
“until the day of the captivity of the land.”
(The captivity was sent by the Lord because this renegade priesthood brought Israel into rebellion against God.)
v. 31 “And they set them up Micah’s graven image . . .”
(This is a particularly sore spot with the Lord, and he repeats himself from verse 30.)
“all the time that the house of God was in Shiloh.”
(There are now two religions in Israel: one is according to the true pattern, and the other is a Harlot phoney. These Danites are outwardly “religious,” but God’s plan for worship is utterly rejected by them. They are “Catholic.”)
1st Corinthians 6:15-17 “. . . know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? . . . But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.”
This Harlot Religion Is Cursed of God
Revelation 18:4 “Come out of her, my people, that ye . . . receive not of her plagues.”
Jeremiah 51:6,45 “My people, go ye out of the midst of her . . . from the fierce anger of the Lord.”
[But the whole world, in rebellion against God, joins in with her! The “ecumenical movement” is of Satan.]
Revelation 19:2 “. . . he hath judged the great whore . . . and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.”
[They pay lip service to Christ, but they are of antichrist.]
Mark 7:6 “He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.”
Matthew 7:16 “Ye shall know them by their fruits.”
Corruptions of Doctrine by Catholicism (Abbreviated bible references follow: for additional information see relevant studies.)
(1) The bible (“Authorized” or “King James”) is the word of God and is the authority for the church. (See: “The Bible” file.)
1st Corinthians 4:6 “And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written. . . .”
Psalm 138:2 “. . . for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.”
[Of all the hundreds of so-called “bibles,” only “the King James” is NOT making a profit from a copyright. The “Authorized” bible alone was literally given free to the world, as it is written:]
Matthew 10:8 “. . . freely ye have received, freely give.”
! Any “bible” except the Authorized is acceptable for use, although none of them is to be really considered authority, since only “the Roman church”, along with its opinions, traditions, bulls, dogmas, cannons, decrees, councils, “holy fathers,” etc., has authority in conjunction with the bible. [even though these all hopelessly contradict each other].
1st Corinthians 14:33 “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”
1st Samuel 15:23 “Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee. . . .”
Matthew 15:9 “But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
(If a man claims his authority is “the bible AND the church,” then he has TWO authorities, he has simply made himself his own authority in choosing between them, in response to his opinions!)
(2) The Lord Jesus Christ is the church’s only mediator.
1st Timothy 2:3-6 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. . . .”
! “Mary co-mediates for the church”. (This dead woman’s official Catholic title is “mediatrix”.)
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Acts 4:10-12 “Neither is there salvation in any other. . . .”
Colossians 2:10 “And ye are complete in him. . . .”
Matthew 6:24 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.” (Guess which one gets despised!)
Matthew 11:28-29 “Come unto me . . . I will give you rest . . . learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart. . . .”
John 10:1 “. . . He that entereth not by the door . . . but climbeth up some other way . . . is a thief and a robber.”
v. 7 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.” (not Mary, or anybody else!)
Isaiah 53:3-7 “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows. . . .”
“Mary’s” title, “Our Lady of Sorrows”, was simply stolen from the Lord.
(3) The Lord hates “the queen of heaven”.
Jeremiah 44:4-17 “Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate. . . . to burn incense unto the queen of heaven. . . .”
(The people have always loved worshipping this abomination and will never quit.)
7:17-20 “. . . they . . . make cakes to the queen of heaven . . . that they may provoke me to anger.”
! “Mary is the queen of heaven and so is to be given glory.” [The real “Mary” has no part with this.]
Isaiah 42:8 “I am the Lord . . . and my glory will I not give to another.”
1st Kings 11:5,33; Acts 19:26-28,35 “Ashtoreth . . . Diana” and now “Mary!” (New name: same scam!)
Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be . . . there is no new thing under the sun.”
(4) New Jerusalem is the mother of us all.
Galatians 4:26 “. . . Jerusalem which is above . . . is the mother of us all.”
(For “New Jerusalem” see: Rev 21:2; 3:12; & 21:10)
Isaiah 66:10-13 “As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.”
! “Mary is the mother of us all.” [There is, of course, no such thing in the bible!]
[Satan’s strategy relies on your believing the lie that “Mary” is your mother so you could be led to worship the abomination of the “queen of heaven.” (One deception built upon another.]
2nd Corinthians 2:11 “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
(5) Mary was a proper biblical wife to her husband, Joseph, in that she had sex with him following the birth of the Lord.
Matthew 1:22-25 “[Joseph] . . . knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son. . . .”
(After “her firstborn son” was born, Joseph “knew” her, which is commanded.)
1st Corinthians 7:4-5 [concerning sex in marriage] “Defraud ye not one the other. . . .”
Matthew 12:46-50 “. . . his mother and his brethren stood without. . . .”
(Also in Mark 3:31-35 & Luke 8:19-21)
Matthew 13:55-56 “. . . his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?”
Mark 6:3 “. . . the brother of James . . . [etc.] and . . . his sisters. . . .”
(If you’re trying to tell yourself that “brethren” is synonymous with “disciples,” you ignored the bible:)
John 2:12 “. . . he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples. . . .”
Psalm 69:8 [prophecy] “. . . a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother’s children.”
(This prophecy is proved in the following verse 9, and in John 2:13-17)
! “Mary is the eternal virgin.”
[This corruption of the true Mary, which was not instituted until after several centuries of gradual perversion of truth by the “popes” is designed to make the Catholic queen of heaven conform to the ancient pagan version.]
(Satan must lift Mary up if she is to be worshiped, however the Lord never participated in any of this evil:)
(The Lord repeatedly put Mary in her place, for example!)
(6) Mary is the mother of the Lord’s flesh when he was born into the world as Messiah, “Son of God” and “Son of man”.
(For Messiah to become the “Son of man”, he would have to be “born of a woman” and he was, yet he himself was from the beginning! as it is written:)
John 1:1-3 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
vs. 14-15 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. . . . John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.”
[As it was with John Baptist, it also is with Mary: the Lord came “after” Mary concerning the birth of the flesh, but he “was before” her.]
[The priests worship and glorify the Lord's fleshly parents, because the priests are carnal, deceived, and evil!]
Romans 1:24-25 “. . . Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature. . . .”
(That is, for example, “Mary”, “saints”, “holy fathers”, graven images of “Peter”, etc.)
! “Mary is the mother of God.” (See: “Mary, The Catholic Version” file.)
(This term, “mother of God” is a blatant blasphemy, and the information in the bible against it is staggering.)
Hebrews 7:1-3 “For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life” [The Son of God was on earth before being born of a woman.] (Perhaps, being deceived by Catholicism, you did not know that!)
v. 4 “Now consider how great this man was. . . .” (Why are YOU helping Satan to raise up Mary?)
Psalm 110:4 “The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.”
(The prophecy of Messiah is, of the “the order of Melchizedek.” Jesus Christ the Lord.)
(7) The church is to keep itself from graven images. (See: “Graven Images” file.)
Exodus 20:4-6 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven. . . .”
Deuteronomy 7:26 “Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it: but thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing.”
1st Thessalonians 1 “For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God. . . .”
John 4:24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
! Graven images are to be considered by the Roman church as “aids to worship”.
Romans 3:4 “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”
(8) “Holy Father” is a title of the Godhead.
John 17:11 (The one and only use of this term in the bible is here used when the Lord prayed to his heavenly Father.)
! “Holy Father” is a title of the “Pope”. [The worldwide use of this term for the “Pope” reveals both the depraved state of the man who takes this title, and the ignorance and spiritual darkness of the world which accepts it in blasphemy against God. The “Pope” shows himself openly as a blasphemer and antichrist, and the whole world slobbers over him in approval, exactly as they will do in respect to the antichrist who will do the same thing.]
2nd Thessalonians 2:4 “Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”
(9) Jesus Christ sent the Holy Ghost to take his place until he returns.
John 14:16 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter. . . .”
v. 26 “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
15:26 “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me. . . .”
16:7 “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.”
! “Vicarious Fili Dei” (literally: “takes the place of Christ”) is written in Latin on the “Pope’s” mitre, and is the official doctrine of the Catholic institution concerning the “papacy”.
Matthew 12:31 “Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.”
Luke 12:10 “And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.”
(10) Jesus Christ was sacrificed once and only once. The “mass” is a sham and an abomination.
Hebrews 10:10 “By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.”
v. 14 “For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” [Is this really too complicated for you?]
vs. 16-18 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; and their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.”
! The mass is the true sacrifice again of Jesus Christ, and contained in the “transubstantiated” wafer is the body, soul, and divinity of Jesus Christ. “Even if Christ be not predisposed to come down out of heaven to be truly sacrificed again at the moment of transubstantiation in the mass, he is compelled to do so anyway: such is the power of the priest.”
[This phoney pagan ritual is practiced thousands of times a day in the world in the ignorant belief that thus, and so often, is Christ being truly sacrificed again.]
Hebrews 10:11-12 “And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: but this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; from henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.”
[The world will not again have the opportunity to get its hands on the Lord.]

ADD:

Amos 8:14 “They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beer_sheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.”
