For example 1 Corinthians 12:28 "And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues." In regards to voting If you know the person to be a true Christian that is great, but remember just because someone claims to be Christian doesn't automatlcly make them one.
