16:1-12 ". . . beware of . . . the doctrine of the Pharisees and of Sadducees."
Colossians 2:6-8 "Beware lest any man spoil you though philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men. . . ."
2nd Corinthians 12:20-21 (what is produced when evil men are not perceived by the church for what they are)
"Promise Keepers" say: "God is going to do great things. . . . We just want to gather together all men that love Jesus."
Matthew 24:29-31 "And he shall send his angels . . . and they shall gather together his elect. . . ."
[Is "Promise Keepers" God's plan for gathering men together on earth?]
Acts 2:47 "And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."
[Who can you be of "one mind" with? Catholics? Presbyterians? Methodists? Baptists? Charismatics? Moslems?]
Philippians 1:27 ". . . that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind. . . ." [Only within the church can this be true!]
[They flaunt the roar of the throngs of thousands] (get on the bandwagon)
Matthew 7:13-14 ". . . narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
(If there are millions joining it, then it is definitely of the devil.)
["gathering all men that love Jesus" ?!?]
John 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments." (They don't!)
v. 23 "If a man love me, he will keep my words. . . ." (They don't!)
Psalm 97:10 "Ye that love the Lord, hate evil. . . ." (They don't!)
They say: ". . . not worrying about the things that divide us." (But the Lord said:)
1st Timothy 4:1 ". . . some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. . . ."
v. 13 ". . . give attendance to . . . doctrine."
v. 16 "Take heed . . . unto the doctrine; continue in them . . . thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee."
2nd Timothy 4:2-4 ". . . they will not endure sound doctrine . . . and shall be turned unto fables."
[A fable: (with feeling) "God just wants us all to forget about our doctrines and come together."]
Titus 2:1 "But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. . . ." (for example:)
1st Corinthians 6:9-10 ". . . effeminate . . .shall [not] inherit the kingdom of God."

[These "Promise Keepers" are mixing with Baal worshipers. They are ecumenical.]
1st Corinthians 5:6 "Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?"
They say: "Well, we don't care if somebody worships Mary, as long as they love Jesus."
Matthew 4:10 "Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve."
Isaiah 42:8 ". . . my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images."
Ephesians 5:7-11 "Be not ye therefore partakers with them. . . . rather reprove them."
2nd Corinthians 6:14 ". . . what communion hath light with darkness?"
Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil. . . ."
Proverbs 17:15 "He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just . . . are abomination to the Lord."
[What will happen if we ignore God's wisdom and join with the ecumenicals?]

[The real Jesus Christ is not in the "joining" business, but causes men to become separate from the world's religions.]
Matthew 25:32 ". . . and he shall separate them one from another. . . ."
2nd Corinthians 6:14 "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord. . . ."
