The following material contains more than five hundred references to scripture and should be read with the King James bible in hand. This paper examines the arguments against the fourth commandment and briefly reviews the truth of the process through which the first day of the week replaced the seventh. The rejection of the Lord’s sabbath is not new, as it is written, ". . . there is no new thing under the sun." (Ecclesiastes 1:9)

Obedience to Jesus Christ still builds a soldier (2^nd Timothy 2:3-4) who stands against the world (James 4:4), in contrast to the ecumenical man-pleaser (Galatians 1:10) that lately passes off as Christian; and accordingly, religious professionals still resent any man who holds the bible as his authority (John 17:8,14) because he will always ignore them (Mark 8:15). After two thousand years of religious "evolution" Americans now reject the bible and put their confidence in men (Psalm 118:8) exactly as godless nations have always done; while hordes of wealthy state (501c3) "churches," utterly conformed to the world (Romans 12:2), entertain themselves faking tongues and waving the federal flag (Hebrews 11:16).

Contrary to the assumptions of the average man in the pew, it is not even the intent of the seminaries to turn out God-fearing men who believe the bible and preach accordingly. These institutions were long ago commandeered by the globalist foundations; and have from the beginning been infiltrated by academics who confuse the gospel of Jesus Christ with philosophy, politics, tax considerations, revenue enhancement, getting rid of the King James bible, and submitting to the Roman hierarchy. The natural fruit of this mess is that any man with his "doctorate in theology" is a rarity if he were so filled with the love of God’s word before he enrolled in one of these institutions of spiritual death that he would not be utterly corrupted by the time he graduated.

The first problem for the religious professional is that, like a dumb ox to the slaughter, he was talked into giving up his bible while getting his "education"; so he enters his profession with no authority except his own opinions, couched in a little Greek. His "bible training" involved everything except the bible, while learning how to wrest scripture through the use of psychology and irrelevant proof-texts. Trying to assimilate the steady stream of propaganda from denominational headquarters, he will have no time to actually read his phony bible, which, due to his seminary training, he does not believe anyway. This is the present "Christian" landscape.

Atheists, not being as well trained in the art of religious self-deception as "Christians," generally do not make claims about keeping the commandments; which should surprise no one; while "Christians" seem to be about evenly split between, on the one hand, imagining that they keep the commandments; and on the other hand, bragging that they do NOT keep them as proof of their spiritual maturity. When forced to discuss doctrine on the present issue, both camps begin mumbling about "the traditions of the early fathers," the "facility of grace," or the old testament being "down away with." The "tradition" (Mark 7:9) of ignoring the seventh day in favor of "Sunday" is supported by innumerable silly anecdotes, fairy tales, and false doctrine.

A Florida Baptist with a doctorate in theology wrote a railing letter to folks here in New Mexico, flatly stating that we could not keep the sabbath for the reason that "evening" comes "six hours earlier in Jerusalem than it does here. . . ." (I have the doctor’s letter with signature.) Now, it is true that a biblical day begins in "the evening" (Leviticus 23:32; Genesis 1:5,8,13,19,23,31), however the doctor only hoped that by dazzling us with his knowledge of time zones it might not be noticed that nobody was required to keep the day according to when it is evening "in Jerusalem." If the doctor’s madness were in any way connected to reality, Israel could never have kept the sabbath at all, of course, because "evening"comes later in western Jerusalem than it does downtown, but what does that matter? This same Baptist preaches that a man is in danger of hellfire if he goes fishing "on Sunday" instead of congregating, and any thinking man has to wonder if he means "Sunday" "in Jerusalem," or "Sunday" where the fish were biting. In any event, "evening" is when the sun goes down on YOU, not on Jerusalem.

A standard argument against the sabbath day is that "It doesn’t make any difference what day we keep because the calendars have been all confused and we really don’t know anymore which day is the seventh day." (The fellow that regurgitates this is either trying to deceive you, or he is high on pot.) The fact is, regardless of the year, month, dynasty, or calendar system utilized in referencing history, the weekly rotation of seven days is never affected at all.

The Jews had it right as recently as two thousand years ago, as was recorded in the bible (Mark 1:21; 2:23-28; etc.), and two thousand years later the Jews still know what day it is, as does any Gentile welfare recipient. The same people who propose this absurdity nearly always provide that they ". . . keep the first day of the week since that’s the day Jesus rose from the dead."; which lunacy not only begs the belief that everybody in the world lost track of the day of the week concerning the seventh day, but that with respect to the first day there was never any problem! (This is what happens to your common sense when you love "delusion" (2^nd Thessalonians 2:11; Isaiah 66:4).)

If a man’s authority is the hated King James bible, then he knows that Jesus did NOT rise from the dead "Sunday" morning; but late "Saturday", between "the ninth hour" (3:00 PM) and evening, seventy two hours after his burial at the same time of the day "three days" before. (Matthew 27:46,57,63; Mark 15:34,42) The Lord clearly stated,

"Friday night to Sunday morning" is simply a hoax; and is well supported by numerous Satanic explanations as to why "three days and three nights" (the only sign given by the Lord to that wicked generation) really does not MEAN "three days and three nights". The prevailing modern "Christian" testimony is clearly that men are true and Jesus Christ is a liar (Romans 3:4).

Most religious Americans are aware that the Lord was crucified on "the preparation" for the sabbath day (Luke 23:54; Mark 15:42; Matthew 27:62), however, the sabbath in question was not the weekly sabbath but the "passover", a "high sabbath" (John 19:14,31), which is not a day of the week at all, but "the fourteenth day of the first month" (Leviticus 23:5). (Religious professionals display outrage in denying this truth; and then become dumbfounded when they read it for themselves.) As obedient Jews were home preparing the symbolic passover lamb (Exodus 12:5,6,11,46; John 1:29) the black-robed priests were preparing the slaughter (John 19:6) of the real "lamb of God". Jesus Christ was in fact the Passover Lamb, that passover. ("Good Friday" was never "good" OR "Friday.") The "churches" ignore this truth, and the power contained in it, preferring their bankrupt "Sunday" traditions. (Don’t go running to your NEW American Standard, or your NEW International Version, to prove Mark 16:9 contradicts these verses, because you will only prove that you don’t know what a bible is and you wouldn’t believe it if you did.)

Mark 16:9 in the God-breathed King James does not state that Jesus was "RAISED" on the first day of the week, but that Jesus "was risen" when he "appeared" to Mary Magdalene on the first day of the week. When Mary got there early "Sunday", he was already "risen"! That is, he was alive from the grave! This is changed in ALL the phony bibles to say, Jesus "ROSE" on the first day, or "after he HAD risen on the first day," or "HAVING risen on the first day."

They all have it wrong, which is proof they are not the word of God. Wicked and deceived men corrupted this passage hoping to sell you their Satanic traditions along with their "corrupt" bible. (2^nd Corinthians 2:17) (If English Grammar is not your favorite subject, you may be trying to tell yourself all these Mark 16:9 verses say the same thing; but they do not.) The words, "was risen", declare what state the Lord was in when he appeared to Mary Magdalene: they say nothing about WHEN the lord was "RAISED". The point of Mark 16:9 is to declare that the Lord "appeared" to Mary Magdalene; and the point of the first half of the verse is to declare (1) when, and (2) in what state, the Lord "appeared" to her.

When the agents of compromise defend their "Sunday" doctrines, they will claim without fail that Jesus "was raised" from the dead "Sunday" morning, and, if pressed to the mat, they will invariably mention Mark 16:9 to make that fantasy seem scriptural; but the sabbath has nothing to do with resurrection: it has to do with "rest" after "creation" (Genesis 2:2-3; Hebrews 4:4). This argument against the sabbath hatched from a lie and slithered off as a con job.

With respect to the delusion that "We don’t know which day the seventh day is now.", the fact is, in several modern languages the word for "Saturday," the seventh day, derives from the word "sabbath", as "Friday" comes from "preparation". As still seen on any calendar, days one through seven are "Sunday" through "Saturday", and it has been that way for six thousand years! The sad thing is that so many "Christians" are comfortable with all the ungodly treachery in this matter (along with Catholics, Baptists, "Church of Christ," "Jehovah’s Witnesses," Mormons, politicians, Mafia thugs, and union bosses).

Then there are all the unsaved "charismatic" and "ecumenical" phonies (ignorant and proud of it) whining to each other: "But what does this have to do with salvation?"; when what it has to do with, of course, is "sound doctrine" (2^nd Timothy 4:3), "truth" (Psalms 119:151; 51:6; John 8:32; 16:13; Romans 2:7-8), "perfection" (Hebrews 6:1; Matthew 5:48; 2^nd Corinthians 13:9; Romans 12:2; Philippians 3:12-15; Colossians 1:28; 2^nd Timothy 3:17; Hebrews 13:21), and getting off the "milk" and onto the "meat" (1^st Corinthians 3:1-2; Hebrews 5:12-13), which brings these lollipops to a cold sweat.

In trying to dodge the fourth commandment, the assertion is made that this commandment is done away with, all the commandments are done away with, or even that the entire old testament has been "done away with." Many "Christians" under barrage of numerous verses contradicting their opinions, admit their belief that the whole bible has been done away with, and that being "truly spiritual" we should all just "believe our feelings" (Proverbs 14:12) and "follow our hearts" (Proverbs 28:26). For those who have not been taken in by such lies, we will begin in God’s word with the subject of obedience. Paul declared in Hebrews 5:9, "And being made perfect, [Jesus] became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him. . . ." It was Paul’s stated purpose ". . . to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed. . . ." (Romans 15:18) (See also: 1^st Peter 4:17; Ephesians 5:6; 2^nd Thessalonians 1:8; 3:14; Romans 6:16; Matthew 7:21)

The prophet Samuel said, ". . . to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams." (1^st Samuel 15:22) Saul said in verse 24: "I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the Lord, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice." Today, as then, the words of the Lord are ignored completely and all the power is still in the "voice of the people" (See: 1^st Samuel 8:7). Saul was a king; Pilate was a governor and a judge; and they (like any natural man) feared the disapproval of men more than being naked on main street. (Proverbs 29:25) This is the human condition.

Most men find it convenient to believe that obedience is a matter of going along with the crowd, but it is the Lord’s will that the issue hinges on what is "written". (1^st Corinthians 4:6; Matthew 4:10; Revelation 1:3) In the new testament the Lord said:

and one step further:

as also in the old testament:

With their mouth they say, "It’s all love!" but they reject the true love of God. The Apostle John said,

The Lord said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15); but as Ezekiel said, "they will not", as they imagine themselves to be the spiritual center of the universe (1st Timothy 4:1).

Next we have the doctrine of "works," and what a mess has been made of it by the spoiled "churches" of these last days. (Revelation 3:14-16) Works are only the things that are done by faith, or by lack of faith. It is as much rebellion against God, to do what he has forbidden, as it is to refuse to do what he commanded: "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17)

It is repeatedly given in the bible that the Lord’s servants should both keep the commandments and do good works, but there is a sick, twisted, and devilish doctrine preached now that if a man does anything the Lord commanded, he will be "making the work at the cross of no effect." Satan’s "ministers" create this hybrid perversion from Galatians, chapter five, hoping no one actually reads it and notices the subject is of a man being "circumcised" (verse three) and "justified by the law" (verse four) which "law" was entirely "contained in ordinances" (Ephesians 2:15) in the first place . (The devil boldly misapplied scripture to the Lord (Matthew 4:5-6) and his "deceitful workers" (2^nd Corinthians 11:13-15) will certainly try it on you.)

Satan’s last days strategy, through deceiving the Laodicean Church into rejecting works, has created a spotted "church" (2^nd Peter 3:14) that bears no resemblance to the calling of the Lord. Many of these sham churches try to conceal their emptiness by mass displays of fake spiritual gifts and grotesque simulated "worship services" that blatantly mock God. Defiantly rejecting the bible and biblical judgement (1^st Corinthians 5:12-13), they have fully "evolved" (in the finest sense of the word) into dens of iniquity, having "sodomites" (Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:24-27 1^st Kings 14:24), "effeminate" (1^st Corinthians 6:9), "fornicators", (1^st Corinthians 5:11-13) "idolaters", alcoholics (5:9-13), pedophiles, and lovers "of filthy lucre" (1^st Timothy 3:3,8) in the congregation, behind the pulpit, and running the day care. (1^st Corinthians 5:6; Galatians 5:9) These peacocks delude themselves with their "love" (John 14:23) and "faith" (James 2:20) while pretending to be touchy about "works for salvation" to justify themselves in accusing bible believers of "depending on works." In this present distress, those who ignore the fourth commandment are easily persuaded that those who do NOT ignore it are guilty of something! (Proverbs 17:15)

All of the denominations have some unbiblical thing that they think we ought to DO, such as: abstain from wine and shave the beard (Baptists), or NOT shave the beard (Mennonites); abstain from meat some of the time (Catholic), or all of the time (Adventists); participate in the Christmas party (nearly everybody including atheists); tithe (every denomination on the planet); and so on, ad nauseam. Legions of government "popes" across the country lecture on why folks ought to do their unscriptural works; but when rejecting what they do not subscribe to will routinely try to assassinate its character by labeling it "works." For example, "We don’t believe in water baptism because that’s works, and we aren’t saved by water!"

Now, of course, water baptism is works, but more than that, it is obedience. The "house of Israel" was given water baptism "unto repentance" (Matthew 3:11; Acts 2:36-38) and when the gospel went out to the Gentiles they were given water baptism for "the answer of a good conscience" (1^st Peter 3:20,21), but they were BOTH given water baptism, and nobody gets saved by it ("Church of Christ" notwithstanding).

The question that willingly ignorant "Christians" are skillfully tap dancing around is, "Does faith, or the new testament, do away with works?" (Your opinion on this doesn’t matter at all because the new testament gives the answer.) In Matthew 5:16, the Lord said, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven." Again, in Matthew 16:27, the Lord said, "For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works." Christians don’t do works "to get saved," but because they ARE saved, and were told to do them, by someone entitled to tell them what to do:

The bible would lead a man to be perfect (Matthew 5:48), if he would allow it; but sound doctrine is not received by reading unrelated passages with a forced "private interpretation" (2^nd Peter 1:20), while trying to ignore the doctrinal verses that deal specifically with the subject at hand. Observe the first two words in 2^nd Timothy 3:16:

The deceivers who at certain convenient times preach the Satanic gospel of "no works," and support it through a selected straining of scripture by Paul, make use of the clear explanation that SALVATION is not of works, but of Jesus Christ, through faith in Jesus Christ. They take a man to this context, of receiving salvation, and let nature take its course concerning the sabbath day. (Did you see how that worked?) When there is a conflict between the bible and a natural man’s actions, the "spiritual" instinct takes over to accept anything as a way out.

Sabbath haters, having a spiritual need to wreck those who are not, consistently wrest scripture in this context, usually following up with something like, "If we do works we deny faith. We’re FRRREEEEEE in Christ!" (See: Romans 6:18,20,22; 1^st Peter 2:16) Peter said of these phonies:

In James, chapter 2, verse 22, it is written of Abraham, "Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?" (James did not say, "by works was GRACE made perfect" or, "by works were YOU made perfect.") This is given again in verse 26: "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." You can SAY you have faith, but you won’t bear good fruit when your faith "is dead". (See: Hebrews 10:24; 13:21; Revelation 22:12; Acts 10:35; 2^nd Corinthians 9:8; Colossians 1:9-10; 2^nd Thessalonians 2:16-17; Matthew 7:21; 2^nd Timothy 2:21; John 8:39; 14:12)

The above verses do NOT teach "salvation by works," but they certainly teach "works". The gift of salvation, on the other hand, comes by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, plus nothing. (Ephesians 2:8-9) "Church of Christ" elders, using Acts 2:38 as the gentile plan of salvation, teach that a man gets saved by getting himself WET (reading water into every verse in the bible that says "baptism"); and yet accuse sabbath keepers of "works"; who, being saved already, keep the commandments in response to that salvation, exactly as they are supposed to do. (John 14:15)

In the same blind way, deceivers and milky Christians reference Titus 3:5 to show that men are not saved by works, but refuse to read on to verse 8 where the servant of Christ is told to "be careful to maintain good works." They can find the passage concerning salvation in Ephesians 2:8-9, but always miss the pertinent verse which follows it:

The same Paul who wrote Ephesians 2:9, also wrote verse 10. The same Holy Spirit that gave Galatians also gave James. The purpose of ALL the books of the new testament is that a man would not be led to error through the calculated wresting of one "proof-text," and get totally whacked. People who have a problem with works and faith, simply cannot read! James does not "add works to salvation," or "do away with faith"; just as Paul does not do away with works for the perfection of faith. Contradictions exist only in the imaginations of evil and ignorant men who want to claim their "dead faith" came from Paul. The bible is perfectly consistent that salvation is "by grace through faith", not works; yet faith is "made perfect" by works, and faith without works is "dead" faith. (If you disagree, you are plainly "a liar" (Romans 3:4).

The Lord blasted the Israelite religious leaders who, in their stubborn and foolish wickedness, were exactly as their Gentile counterparts today:

These do not fight the good fight (1^st Timothy 6:12): they fight AGAINST God. The true warfare is in "bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ" (2^nd Corinthians 10:5), who has in "readiness to revenge all disobedience" (v. 6).

The Lord said, ". . . by their fruits ye shall know them." (Matthew 7:20) which is exactly the same thing as saying, by their "works" you shall know them. "Christians" are so ignorant of the bible they discern nothing of Satan’s work from within their religion, and they do not know that the Lord has called his servants to stand against "evil" men (Revelation 2:2,6), whether they are religious or not.

It is true Paul said in Romans 6:14, "For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace."; but Paul continues:

When the complete passage is read to the so-called "love-gospel Christians," they have a tendency to carry on like they belonged to a Colombian street gang. (Galatians 4:16) These people can frequently quote Romans 6:14 from memory, but refuse to read a single verse anywhere else in the chapter. At the beginning of Romans 6, in verses 1-2, Paul said,

as he also said,

The grace of God is not a license to sin, and Jesus Christ plainly called men away from it. (John 5:14; 8:11; 1^st John 2:1) Further, it is consistently ignored by professional religious "experts" that the definition of "sin" has been clearly given in the bible:

Concerning "law", the typical Laodicean absolutely refuses to read the word as given in context. What was "contrary to us" and nailed to the cross, was the "handwriting of ordinances" (Colossians 2:14). "Till heaven and earth pass" the commandments will never be done away with (Matthew 5:17-19), which fact is perfectly ignored by the ranks of religious professionals who lust after your money, but never your "perfection" (Hebrews 6:1; 2^nd Corinthians 13:9).

This commandment-hating philosophy is raging in the seminaries and is received now by almost everyone. Many of the "new translations" of the "bible" now surgically remove "commandments" and replace the word with "commands," so that you will miss the connection. The result of this Satanic perversion is lawless "bibles" and godless "churches", exactly as planned. (Would any sane man have to wonder why America is in chaos?) (Hosea 8:7)

The "heart" of the problem in rebelling against God (1^st Samuel 12:14-15; Job 24:13) has to do with the way a man THINKS (Proverbs 23:7), whether he is claiming Christ or not. If the spiritual dimension is ignored (Ephesians 6:12), it is impossible to determine what all the fuss is about, because: (1) the fourth commandment is a benefit to man (Mark 2:27); (2) God calls it "a delight" (Isaiah 58:13-14); and (3) it is manifestly simple (if a man is a servant of the Lord, he and his house will rest on the seventh day, because the Lord said to do so.) There is nothing "legalistic" or burdensome attached to the Sabbath day whatsoever:

The fourth commandment, as well as the other nine, contains no "legalisms" at all. (This word did not come from the bible, and is utilized to fabricate a crime where none existed.)

Most religious Americans are pathetically comfortable ignoring the Lord’s word, and feeling good about themselves while doing so. (Jeremiah 44:16-17; 13:10) They rarely give a thought as to the roots of their religious institution, even though its Roman destination is obvious to everyone. It is written that, "As is the mother, so is her daughter." (Ezekiel 16:44), so it should not surprise anyone with a bible that the denominations of America are mere lap dogs of Roman Catholicism, and the differences between them are not worth mentioning.

The "New World Order" news media, institutions of higher learning, and their politicians in and out of government, universally recognize the "MOTHER OF HARLOTS" (Revelation 17:5) as the official repository of "the Christian faith." This "Mother of Churches" (by her own claim) accepts "idols" as "aids to worship" (1^st John 5:21) and a "father" (Matthew 23:9) in a black dress who "says mass" (Hebrews 7:27), claiming "Our Mother" (Galatians 4:26), as the "queen of heaven" (Jeremiah 7:18), who, as "mediatrix" (1^st Timothy 2:5), intercedes (Romans 8:26) for the unregenerate millions, whose "Holy Father" (John 17:11) in Rome (Revelation 17:9,4) believes, in his depraved imagination, that he "takes the place of Jesus Christ." (Mark 3:28-29)

All of this pagan abomination is now justified (Proverbs 17:15) wholesale by the "protestant churches," and the vast majority of these wicked men (Luke 16:15), entirely subverted into this "ecumenical" whoredom, do not deny that the "churches" they pastor are appendages of the "See of Rome." They go to "prayer lunches" with the degenerate priests of this "harlot" religion (1^st Corinthians 6:15-16), and invite them to preach their subtil poison to the defenseless children of their ignorant congregations. Woe to them! (Matthew 18:6)

As it is also written:

A willingly ignorant people foolishly trust and follow those who deceive them. In America’s brief history a "protestant" was a man who protested AGAINST something, but not now! (A "Lutheran" minister recently told me, "Protestant doesn’t MEAN that anymore."; proudly pointing out that , "All [his] best friends are Jesuits from seminary school.")

These "blind leaders" justify the unholy pagan idolatry and salvation-by-works in Catholicism as "harmless" and "insignificant"; but will insist that YOU are into "legalisms" if you believe God and fellowship on the sabbath. Like it’s said down on the farm, "They know where their bread gets buttered." (Jude 11) It is pointless to deal with these reprobate men as though they were still sane. (Proverbs 26:4)

In Matthew 5:17-19 the Lord made comment concerning the commandments being done away with.

(A "Church of Christ" elder and a Baptist pastor, knowing what was to follow and having equal hatred for the commandments, interrupted me here on separate occasions with the identical compulsive spiel, "Yea, and he did fulfill it! It’s destroyed." These birds have been trained by the same demented handlers to imagine that words can "MEAN" anything they choose, so that the above passage then becomes: "I am not come to destroy, but TO DESTROY."! Ignoring such ridiculous objections, and merely believing what is plainly written we continue.)

(Which are YOU? Which would you like to be? Does it matter to you at all?)

In John 14:21 the Lord said,

The Lord utterly contradicted "church" theory on the commandments, and although this verse is perfectly clear to any third grader, the doctors and "experts" have to feign ignorance as to the "meaning," here, because they compulsively refuse the meaning!

These "professionals" reason that "certain things" the Lord has said can be ignored because, "He wasn’t talking to born again Christians in Matthew."; or that "He was talking to mostly Jews." (They take away from the bible what it plainly says, and God simply takes away their sanity.) Firstly, in his entire earthly ministry, the Lord never said anything to a born-again Christian, and further, he spoke to "mostly Jews" all the time. If a man accepts this foolishness he would not believe ANYTHING the Lord said, which is precisely why, of course, that these deceivers come up with these arguments. They are not "shepherds," they are "lawyers" (Luke 11:52), carnal, and unconverted!

The Holy Spirit eliminated any rationale for "infant sprinkling" in the church and gave the answer to the question, ". . . here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?" (Acts 8:36), when Philip said, "If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest." (That’s the "believer’s baptism," of course, as opposed to the other kind: a pagan baptism. There is nothing funnier (or more pathetic) than listening to a government minister try to justify himself explaining how a month-old baby can believe on Jesus Christ "with all his heart.") The thing is, in Acts 8, that Philip gave this answer to a eunuch! (Is it your belief that this clear doctrine on faith-professing immersion does not apply if a man is NOT a eunuch, or was not recruited by a bearded Israelite named Philip? A Baptist who publishes a worldwide newsletter (and of course claims to be a "bible-believer") says that the testimony given in the book of James "wasn’t given for new testament Christians" as he calls into question the bible verses his Baptist training had difficulty with. He points out that the book of James addresses itself in chapter 1, verse 1, "to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad" (implying the whole book is for the Jews and not us; when of course, anyone who is in Christ is grafted into Israel, as clearly given in Romans 11, so what is the point, really?) Further, the Jews don’t read James; and further still, Romans was written "to all that be in Rome" (Romans 1:7) as were both 1^st and 2^nd Corinthians written to "the church of God which is at Corinth". (Are YOU "at Corinth?" Do you think it matters? Do you think the doctrine in Paul’s epistle written to the church at Corinth does not apply if you live in Kansas City?)

As he said, the Lord brought his gospel to the Jew first, and then as Paul said, it goes to the Gentiles. (Acts 13:46; Romans 1:16) Gentiles do not get a "another gospel"! (Galatians 1:6-7) There is only ONE gospel of Jesus Christ, and if a man does not get THAT one, he gets the wrong one; just as there is only "one body" (1^st Corinthians 12:13) and it does not matter if a man is Jew, Gentile, or Slovakian.

"Gentiles" become "fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel. . . ." (Ephesians 3:6) "For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek . . ." (Romans 10:12) if they have "the same Lord", which is exactly why the "ordinances", which powerfully separated Jews from Gentiles, were "abolished". (Ephesians 2:15) They no longer serve any purpose. Paul said, "Ye know that ye were Gentiles . . ." (1^st Corinthians 12:2) "in time past" (Ephesians 2:11), that is, but not anymore if you are "in Christ Jesus . . . who hath made both one" (2:12-15). Gentiles do not start their own club: they get "graffed in among them" (Romans 11:17). Anybody who believed the old testament knew this would happen long before the new testament existed. (Isaiah 11:10)

These deceiving wonders say that Matthew 5:17-19 does not count for anything "because Jesus said it before the resurrection." when, of course, nearly everything the Lord said in the bible was said before the resurrection. Further, we were told to keep the commandments not only in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, but also in Romans, 1^st Corinthians, Ephesians, Colossians, 1^st John, 2^nd John, and Revelation, which were all written long AFTER the resurrection.

As with Israel, so the Laodicean churches are now filled with slick "theologians" who claim to believe the bible, when in fact, they have based their religious theories on Satanic propaganda. When a man quotes what God said, these phonies scurry off in every direction to "the tradition of men" (Colossians 2:8). It is clear from Matthew 5:18-19 that the Lord knew these vipers would be deceiving people to believe that certain commandments need not be kept, and therefore warned against them. (1st Corinthians 11:19)

In reaction to this verse in Matthew 5, some people get a blank look on their face and their eyes glaze over as they begin mumbling about, "the early fathers," "the original Greek," or something being "out of context." Some people, thinking that Christians are free through grace to ignore some or all of the commandments, get furious as the Lord here bluntly contradicts their ignorance!

A Baptist preacher (and 32^nd degree Free Mason) refutes the clear meaning here, saying, "Yea, well, not one jot or tittle will be done away with till all be fulfilled," and he says, "Jesus did fulfill everything at the cross." So the listener is to infer, "everything" being thus "fulfilled", that the commandments have now passed away also. Not only does the Baptist/Mason’s theory contradict the entire point of the verse, but it is built upon a bald faced lie.

Jesus did fulfill many prophecies, but he certainly has NOT fulfilled ALL. If a man believes otherwise, then he has denied the resurrection of the church, the day of the Lord’s coming, and his rule on earth for a thousand years. At the least, all things will not be fulfilled until the end of the "new heaven" and "new earth" (Revelation 21:1-5). The federal/global incorporated "churches" do not believe in a "new earth", and to the extent they hope in "Christ" at all, their hope resides in the Vatican.

In Mark 13:4 the disciples asked the Lord, "Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?" The Lord answered by giving the signs preceding the tribulation, and his coming in glory. In Matthew 5 the Lord plainly said: "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." All opinions to the contrary notwithstanding, heaven and earth have not yet passed; and therefore neither have one jot or tittle passed from the law:

A Baptist with a doctorate in theology fantasizes that the "kingdom of heaven" is not the same kingdom as the "kingdom of God" purely as a means to escape the intent of Matthew 5:19, above. (There is the risk of having the reader think I am making this up, but I have the doctor’s rantings in writing.) "Things different are not the same.", he says, trying to rally emotion as a substitute for sound doctrine in his deceived folly. By the doctor’s logic, the "Rock", "Root of David", "Lion of the tribe of Judah", and "chief corner stone" are four different Lords!

The "kingdom of God" and the "kingdom of heaven" are utterly the same kingdom, of course; as is the "kingdom of Christ and of God" (Ephesians 5:5) which is only ONE kingdom, as well as the "everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" (2^nd Peter 1:11) There are more than a dozen parables in which the two terms, "kingdom of heaven" and "kingdom of God", are used interchangeably and this could not possibly be missed by anyone with a doctorate in theology unless it was on purpose. (I can not imagine a more pathetic act of desperation.)

For the parable of the sower, the term "kingdom of heaven" is used in Matthew 13:11 but "kingdom of God" is used in Mark 4:11 and Luke 8:10. The camel-through-a-needle parable (Matthew 19:23-24) uses the term both ways, but then in Mark 10:23-25 and Luke 18:24,25 the same parable uses only "kingdom of God". In Mark 10:15, it is the "kingdom of god" that must be received "as a little child", but in Matthew 18:3 it is "the kingdom of heaven". A "child" can compare Matthew 13:31-32 with Mark 4:30-32 and Luke 13:18-19. (I have to get this far off the subject in order to keep up with the "private interpretation" of all the self-justifying religious hypocrites who love their denominational dogma more than the truth!)

Now we have TWO "sabbaths" (ours AND "the Jews’"), two resurrections (ours, THEN theirs), and finally two "kingdoms" so that Baptist hypocrites can claim "the Jews" inherit the kingdom of Matthew 5:19 allowing themselves to inherit "another kingdom" and escape the commandment problem. (The real problem is that the "other kingdom" they’re hoping for belongs to Satan (Matthew 12:26).) Further flowing from the spiritual "MOTHER" of all this, there are two "mediators" (The Lord and "Mary"), two "Holy Fathers" (in heaven and in Rome), two "sacrifices" (at Calvary and at the "mass"), two "Rocks" (The Lord and Peter), two "authorities" (the bible and "tradition), two persons to "substitute for Jesus Christ" (the Holy Spirit and the "pope"), two "tongues" (allowing "Charismatics" to escape 1^st Corinthians 14), and two who are "the mother of us all" (Galatians 4:26). (For ecumenicals "new Jerusalem" (Revelation 3:12; 21:2) is just entirely too Jewish sounding.)

When pressed to the mat, nearly all of the state churches make the claim that "The new testament did away with the commandments." (The Catholic strategy was more subtle, removing the second commandment, and claiming the authority to change the fourth.) Not only does the new testament repeatedly make the whole lot of them out to be liars, but further, all ten commandments are restated in the new testament.

It goes without saying that anyone who was really "a new testament Christian," would not be trying to make a LIAR out of the new testament.

In Matthew 28:19, the Lord said:

It is completely ridiculous to claim that what the Lord taught in the new testament doesn’t count because he said it to the children of Israel. In Matthew 19:17, the Lord said, ". . . if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments." (and so I have to wonder how many "orthodox Christians" secretly believe that entering "into life" is "only for the Jews.")

It is fashionable to wrest scripture with the sophistry that the Lord had in mind two NEW commandments which supersede the ten, by twisting the Lord’s words in Matthew 22:40 to have him imply the commandments are done away with, when he has already said they would NEVER be done away with. Reading the whole passage (vs. 34-40), it is seen that the Lord responded to a lawyer’s trick question, ". . . which is the great commandment in the law?", by giving TWO commandments which are the backbone of ALL the law as he said, in verse 40. There is nothing new given here: the Lord only quoted Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18. Both of these commandments came from the "LAW," and both were already "given to the Jews." The hypocrites simply pretend to like the commandments restated in Matthew 22 because they are not specific! These people can SAY "love," but they are thinking "money" and "reputation" (Luke 20:46,47). The Lord did not say Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18 replace the ten commandments: he said on these two "hang all the law and the prophets." These are the same "law" and "prophets" that he said he did NOT come to destroy (Matthew 5:17), which "the salt of the earth" (v. 13) should "do and teach" (v.19).

Loving God with the whole heart AND loving neighbors as ourselves (the answer to the lawyer’s question) is nothing but the briefest possible summary of all ten of the commandments, which is why the Lord refused to separate them and give only ONE "great commandment" as he was asked. The first four of the ten commandments clearly address the relationship of men with God, while the last six only refer to men with each other. (You will not break any of those six and "love thy neighbor as thyself" because they are not "options:" they are "commandments". It is the same for the first four.) The Lord will not have them divided, which is exactly what the "educated" religious hypocrites try to do, referring arbitrarily to the "sabbath" and "graven image" commandments as "ceremonial" to justify themselves in telling you these two particular commandments have gone south. The world’s "churches" are in nearly perfect agreement against God (Psalm 2:1-4) that some (if not all) of the commandments are "done away with," which changes nothing, because "all" the commandments are "sure", "faithful", "truth", and "righteousness" (Psalm 111:7; 119:86,151,172) as it is written:

The ten commandments are not easily attacked en masse, and depending on circumstances Satan clearly perceives "divide and conquer" as the better strategy. Most atheists see the wisdom in the commandments as a whole, every thief hates to have something stolen from him, and even sociologists now discover what happens to civilization when children no longer honor their parents (read any newspaper (Hosea 8:7)); so the enemy is forced to choose his battle carefully. The problem for the "lukewarm" church (Revelation 3:16), is that it is self-centered (Philippians 2:21) and "humanistic" (man-centered). The first four of the ten commandments are easily deemed irrelevant by those who live comfortably in this environment. (We are now at the classic definition of the word "hypocrisy.")

A Baptist pastor gets behind his pulpit, points out "the great whore" and her idolatry, and declares, "Catholicism is not a Christian institution: her authority is pagan tradition, and she breaks the second commandment!" When it is pointed out to him that Baptist doctrine ignores the FOURTH commandment, he will state with all piety and confidence that ". . . the commandments are done away with in Christ."! Does any man see the problem? (One of these absolutely typical Baptists has an international publication, in which he declares to the world that America failed because it "took the ten commandments out of the schools," but tells me the commandments are "done away with," and throws a fit about me personally in the same publication, because I say we should keep them!) There is nothing unusual here: this kind of "double-think" is standard with the Sabbath issue.

At the end of the bible it is written, "Blessed are they that do his commandments. . . ." (unless you’re in anything except the Authorized, in which case you’re reading about doing laundry (Revelation 22:14).) Government church scholars had to fabricate "tribulation saints" as separate from the rest of the church to explain away true Christians still keeping the commandments at the end of the world (Revelation 14:12), and still observing "the sabbath day" (Matthew 24:20). This truth could not be tolerated, so the experts, already needing to have the church "raptured before anything bad happens" ("pre-tribulation rapture" theory), had to invent a second resurrection ("tribulation saints rapture") to explain those who "keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus" obviously still on the planet in the last days, knowing that they themselves have not kept the commandments (or the faith of Jesus) and do not even remotely intend to do so.

Among the problems for these deceiving wonders is that there is only ONE "resurrection of life": the second resurrection is "of damnation" (John 5:28-29) unto "the lake of fire" (Revelation 20:6,14-15). The Lord appointed only ONE resurrection, and ONE sabbath, for those that belong to him! (Do you have such an ego that you think you’re getting resurrected before Noah, Abraham, Jacob, David, and Moses?)

In 1^st John 2:6, it is written, "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." The Lord told a parable in Matthew 21:28, showing the difference between "service" and "lip service:"

Even the scribes knew the answer to that question. The Jews that the Lord addressed were good at TALKING about obedience (just like their spiritual descendants today) but were not familiar with the process of BEING obedient.

These phonies say: "We must look to JeeeeeeeeSUS and be led by the SPIRIT." (Mark 13:6.) It would be a fine premise (if they meant one word of it), but they always follow it with a totally faulty conclusion. They do not say a man "denies the Lord" if he honors his parents. Why is he denying the Lord, keeping the Lord’s sabbath?

Perfectly ignoring their opinions, the Lord said, "He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me. . . ." (John 14:21) And again, in verse 24, "He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me." Most modern "Christians" just ignore this verse, pretending that God the Father gave the commandments, but the Son "did away with them." Of course, nothing was done, except as it was done by, and through, Jesus Christ, the "Word" (John 1:3). The Father and the Son "are one" (John 10:30), and the commandments were written by the finger of the Lord himself (Deuteronomy 4:12-13; 5:22; 10:1-4). These seminary educated nitwits say, "Jesus, himself, never actually wrote anything."; and so, again, they are either ignorant or liars. (See John 8:6, 8.)

In Matthew 5:21-22 and in verses 27-28, the Lord quoted exactly the sixth and seventh commandments. Not only did he not do away with the commandment against adultery, but he added to it, so that just wanting to break the commandment has become sin. The Lord upheld the commandments, exactly as it was prophesied of him in Isaiah 42:21: "The Lord is well pleased for his righteousness’ sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable." (How can you admit the law is "honourable" when you despise it?)

Most religious men are content to believe they have already arrived at spiritual perfection (they and their denomination). When confronted by the Sabbath "problem," those who are comfortable faking their own spirituality usually claim, "We don’t worry about doctrine." thereby showing themselves to be the enemies of the Lord in this also (1^st Timothy 4:16,13). Several years ago, in one of these phony charismatic centers, the "pastor" orchestrating the activities, recognized a group of true Christians walking into the place, and immediately went into a spiel: "Friends, we don’t have to STUDY the bible. [See: 2^nd Timothy 2:15] We can just be ledddddd by the spirit." Several hundred people there were waving their arms around, applauding, screaming in counterfeit tongues, and shouting approval. The tragedy is that this "shepherd" cares nothing about the people he has deceived, and he loves nothing except M-O-N-E-Y (1^st Timothy 6:10) (I know about him personally). The Spirit of God has no part with this phoney whatsoever, nor with the mob in that place, who are deceived because they LIKE what this liar tells them (2^nd Timothy 4:3-4).

A large number of foolish Americans were murdered in Guyana, after believing Jim Jones that they were "in the spirit" while chucking the bible. (Jim Jones was trained by Jesuits, had as his handler a Jesuit priest named "father" Divine, and was blatantly set up and financed by the CIA in San Francisco through the city government and on CIA owned property later in Guyana. Contrary to media propaganda, he and his lieutenants were never among the "suicides," and the Congressman killed there was personally investigating the CIA. Only an idiot could fail to figure out what agency killed him and then provided Jones and friends with new identities.)

In the same way, vast numbers of deceived "Christians" have faith in the "Southern Baptist Convention," but they also foolishly misplace their faith because that organization is a hell-hole of apostasy, whose structure is rampant with Jesuits, and was from the beginning set up and financed by the Global elite "one world government" crowd through John D. Rockefeller, purely for the purpose of trying to destroy Christianity from within. Baptists are generally ignorant of this, but Baptists generally spend their spare time watching television.

It is the word of God, not "feelings," "sincerity," or "good intentions", that lets a man discern evil doctrine (Hebrews 5:13-14), the "knowledge" of which points out the error of evil and deceived men, regardless of how powerful, or admired they are by the world (Billy Graham and friends). Yet, men routinely trade off the words of God in exchange for honor and acceptance from other men; and that is their problem (John 5:44). The religious "hirelings" (John 10:12-13) running the "churches" have a hidden agenda (Matthew 23:13,15) which is greatly facilitated by widespread ignorance of the bible.

Satan blatantly called into question (Genesis 3:1) that Eve should obey what God had said to her husband, FACE TO FACE (Genesis 2:16-17). The woman was deceived so easily because the devil’s spiritual advice was exactly what she wanted to hear. Satan is not nearly as stupid as men think he is, and he can always mix enough sugar in with his rat poison to make a sucker like it. The phonies that work his side of the street, have it polished to perfection: "No, Brother, we’re under grace. You don’t need the commandments -- let the Spirit guide you." (Then THEY proceed to speak for "the spirit.") A man who believes the bible and lives by it cannot be made to conform to this world, but biblically ignorant "Christians" have been deceived into thinking that conformity to the world is a virtue. It is clearly written:

The "churches" have been trained to sit for an hour on "Sunday" morning listening to bible-rejecting hypocrites who alternate their sermons between tithing and the "ecumenical ramifications" of John 3:16. These deceivers must pay the bible lip service, but their true purpose is to steal from their congregations their BELIEF in the bible; and to be slick enough that they will not be seen for what they are (Matthew 23:33) while doing so. When confronted with real belief in the bible these cats immediately pretend to speak Greek and Hebrew while running for the door.

The commandment verses in the NEW testament being ignored by the "churches" are numerous. A stream-lined list would include: John 14:15,21; Revelation 12:17; 14:12; 22:14; 1^st John 2:1-7; 3:4; 5:1-3; Matthew 5:17-19; 15:1-9; 23:23; Romans 2:13; 3:31; 7:12-13,22-25; 8:1-7; Mark 7:6-9; Luke 6:46-49; 23:56; Hebrews 4:4-9; and 1^st Corinthians 7:19.

The 119^th chapter of the Psalms has verses that are too wonderful:

If a man actually reads the above two dozen passages, he has exactly four ways to go: (1) he can believe them and change his doctrine; (2) claim these verses are "in the bible by mistake"; (3) claim these verses pertain to somebody else besides himself; or (4) he can ignore them and claim nothing.

Government religious agents will tell you without fail that, "The references to the keeping of the sabbath are just given for the Jews: Christians aren’t under the LAAAAAAW." (Satan is usually indicated as the author of a thing that is partly a lie and partly true. (Genesis 3:4-5)) This lie will usually be delivered in a self-righteous frenzy because emotion will have to win the day over the facts. First, only the first five books of the old testament are "the law," but the entire bible is filled with the instruction of the Lord to keep the commandments. A few years ago, there was not a Baptist home in America that did not have a copy of all ten commandments hanging on the kitchen wall. Nobody claimed they were "done away with" or needed to invent any fairy tales about it all being done by "early Christians." As America’s "Christians" have become more perverse in tinkering with history, the Lord has become more conspicuous in cursing America’s future. (Ezekiel 20:18-21)

The history of the Sabbath goes back to the beginning of the world:

In the beginning, the Lord established the sabbath and blessed it, and there was not an "Israelite" on the face of the earth. It was not "given to the Jews" because there were no Jews to give it to! The sabbath rest was given to Adam and Eve; and the day selected was of the Lord’s choosing, FOR THE REASON GIVEN! It was not left up to them, as the hypocrites say, "to choose our own day." It was chosen FOR them. (Did you think you should get to vote on this?) If there were ANY commandments that a man could say were "given to the Jews," it would have to be the other nine. The sabbath day was instituted by Jesus Christ at the foundation of the world, for an entirely non-Jewish reason. The sabbath was later "made known" to the Jews (Nehemiah 9:14) but it has existed since the garden of Eden. The descendants of Adam did not keep the Sabbath, the Jews did not (Nehemiah 13:17-18), and now, like clockwork, Gentile "Christians" do not either.

Keeping the sabbath day was repeatedly singled out by the Lord as his priority for those who were of the covenant of Israel and it was likewise extended in the same way to Gentiles who would enter in:

In chapter 56, verse 2, it is written: "Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it . . . ." These verses were not written to "the Jews," but to "the stranger", "every one", and "all people".

Religious conformists are quite smooth in saying "We can keep any day that we like.", while foaming at the mouth that the seventh day MUST NOT be kept! (The term "Jewish sabbath" did not come from the bible.) "Christians" without conscience of their hypocrisy cling to every bizarre excuse they can invent to ignore the sabbath day, ignorantly claiming "The sabbath is for the Jews," while CLAIMING kinship with the Jews through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Don’t get mad at me: read Romans chapter 11 for once in your life.)

Through incredible ignorance and pervasive Catholic propaganda, modern day Christians have a love-hate relationship with the Jews that hinders the truth and fouls up sound doctrine. Their hatred is not only against Israel, but against Jesus Christ himself, who is not only the "Lord" of creation (Exodus 20:11; John 1:1-3) and "Lord" of the sabbath (Mark 2:28); but also a Jew (Hebrews 7:14 and Revelation 5:5).

Most Americans have no idea that the "pope" established a "Concordat" with Adolf Hitler while he was slaughtering Jews in Nazi Germany; and would not understand even if they knew about it why Vatican propagandist, "father" Coughlin, with other Catholic priests in America, was trying to convince Americans to join WITH Hitler before America finally entered World War II. (Genesis 12:1-3) (Are you so deceived that you think "hate" is when I tell you about it? (Galatians 4:16))

A born-again Christian becomes a son of Abraham (Galatians 3:29) and a Jew (Romans 2:29) by adoption (Ephesians 1:5). A man only displays his biblical ignorance by treating "Jew" as a dirty word. (John 4:22) The future course of this world’s last days will be revolving around the children of Israel when God brings them back to their own land (Ezekiel 36:24,28). The times of the Gentiles are coming to an end (Luke 21:24), and ignorance on the issue of Israel will destroy a man (Genesis 12:1-3; Hosea 4:6). The Jews are not a "good" (Romans 3:10-12) or perfect people (The Lord bitterly complained against them.), but they are a CHOSEN people (Deuteronomy 7:6); and in the end, by God’s power and faithfulness, ". . . all Israel shall be saved" (Romans 11:26).

Christians should depart from evil (John 17:15; Romans 12:9; Psalm 34:14), including evil done by Israel, but not throw the baby out with the bath by rejecting everything Israel does. It is said, "The Jews keep the seventh day, so we ought to keep another day.", but this is the doctrine of "antichrist" (1^st John 2:18). A man who worships God in spirit and in truth should be obedient to the Lord in ALL things, regardless of whether the Jews were or not.

Some men have trouble with the fact that there are God fearing Jews, suffering "blindness in part" (Romans 11:25), who keep the sabbath day and continue to reject their own messiah. They partially obey God, but refuse to know him; while millions of phoney Christians partially know him, but refuse to obey him. The Jews had priests that deceived them into rejecting Christ, while "the churches" have the same wolves in sheep’s clothing who deceive them into rejecting the "words" of Christ. (John 14:23)

Jesus Christ defined himself as "the truth" (John 14:6) but in John 17:17, he also defined his "word" as "truth" and said further that a man is to be "sanctified through the truth". Anyone who will "seek" the truth will "find" it (Matthew 7:7), although almost nobody does "find it" (Matthew 7:14). Those who find, but "do not obey the truth", get "wrath" (Romans 2:5-8) and "delusion" from God (2^nd Thessalonians 2:11-12).

The typical routine is to say, "The sabbath? That’s works. Salvation is by faith?" (when nobody even mentioned "SALVATION.") Of course, salvation is not by works (and it is also not "by faith." Salvation is "by grace . . . through faith" (Ephesians 2:8), and when these squids start raving about "salvation" they are trying to change the subject. "GETTING SAVED" has nothing to do with it: the issue is, "the obedience of faith" (Romans 16:26), because a man’s reward is "according as his work shall be" (Revelation 22:12). Faith produces fruit, not hot air. (Matthew 7:16-24)

Most folks seem to be well aware that if they keep the sabbath day instead of observing the first day tradition of men, the world will treat them with like they were lepers; but anybody who believed the bible should not be bothered by that. (Luke 6:26; John 5:44; 1^st Corinthians 3:18; 4:10) The Lord said, "I receive not honour from men." (John 5:41) and he told you:

Government "pastors" (Jeremiah 10:21; 12:10) in love with the world say, "The commandments were in the OLD testament and were done away with because now we have the NEW testament." Ask one of these Pharisees how he feels about tithing: "Oh, tithing, now, that’s different. The church is commanded to tithe." he says. (They will say that every time!) Yet anyone with a bible should know that tithing was:

• begun as a custom through Abraham (Genesis 14:13,20),
• commanded to "Israel" (Leviticus 27:30-34) through "ordinances" (Colossians 2:14),
• never given to the church,
• never given in the new testament, and
• clearly disannulled in the new testament (Hebrews 7:5,18).

Yet, according to these hypocrites, TITHING is for the CHURCH and the fourth commandment is for the Jews!?! It staggers the imagination! They routinely misquote the Hebrews 7:18,"disannulling of the commandment [singular]" (referring to the "commandment to take tithes of the people" from verse 5); trying to turn the verse into "a disannulling of the ten commandments" (plural) when the verse is clearly disannulling TITHING! Trusting these people with doctrine is unthinkable. (I’ve been treated to breath-taking explanations of how the new testament did away with the old testament and the commandments while leaving tithing fully operational. Less talented arguments go something like, "Who’ve you been talking to?"; "Where’d you get that idea?"; and "Don’t go quenching the spirit around here!")

The new testament did NOT, of course, "do away" with the old testament. It ESTABLISHED (Romans 3:31) and FULFILLED it (Matthew 5:17), and in the process, DID AWAY WITH TITHING. (These religious shysters get everything backwards.) While the new testament does specifically eliminate the sacrificial ordinances which anticipated and foreshadowed the coming of Christ, it also clearly re-emphasizes nearly all of the old testament, including the commandments and the sabbath.

The hypocrites who ignore the many occasions that the Lord and Paul, by their actions, upheld the sabbath day; will, for example, pay uncanny attention to Matthew 23:23 to prove tithing. They misquote the PAST TENSE instruction on tithing, and then mumble their words as they skim over the part about keeping the law, or they just paraphrase the verse and leave the law out altogether, when the FIRST ISSUE of the verse they’re trying to use, is that the hypocrites the Lord was talking to were IGNORING THE LAW:

These camel-swallowers talk loud, long, and often about the old testament ordinance of tithing, but choke on the often-repeated NEW testament instruction to keep the law. "Well, we don’t keep the sabbath because the old testament is done away with." they say, without batting an eye, as they go right back to the old testament to try to prove tithing for the church!

OK, Abraham, a JEW, gave "a tenth" and started a JEWISH tradition, recorded by the first book of the JEWISH LAW, which was upheld by a JEWISH ORDINANCE for the support of the priest tribe of Levi in lieu of an inheritance of land (Numbers 18:23-24). Tithing was "disannulled" in the new testament, because the Lord removed the tribe that received the tithes (Hebrews 7:12-14) and replaced that priesthood with himself! (7:28; 8:1) The tithing issue is entirely OLD testament and specific to the Jews, yet none of these "new testament" Gentile "men of the cloth" sees any problem here with ignoring the new testament and pretending he is connected with Levi so he can collect ten percent of your Gentile income, "under grace." None of them calls tithing "works" and none of them says that tithing "denies Christ", when, of course, that is exactly the truth in both cases.

Every one of these seminary educated experts agrees that Matthew 23:23, wherein the Lord calls the Pharisees "hypocrites", is addressed TO THE CHURCH (to pay tithes): while the repeated exhortation to keep the commandments, throughout the new testament, and even within that same sentence, applies only "to the Jews!" Following this logic is like juggling eighty gallons of fish guts with a teaspoon. It is well written of them, that they gag on a gnat and swallow an aircraft carrier (New Improved Modern Version).

The Lord tells in the fourth commandment why he gave the seventh day (as opposed to some other day), why it should be kept, and how it should be kept. The REST on that day is to honor the God who "in the beginning . . . created the heaven and the earth", (not the JEWISH heaven or the JEWISH earth) and then rested. "The Jews" do not have anything to do with it. A man either obeys the God of the bible, or he obeys "the god of this world" (2^nd Corinthians 4:4).

Paul upheld the law and the sabbath, but wicked men try to show that Paul did away with them by leading young Christians through a slick twisting of Paul’s "salvation" verses, ignoring the verses by Paul that prove otherwise; so that the new recruit falls in the ditch with them thinking there is "a problem" with the law of the Lord, when the Holy Spirit said it is "perfect, converting the soul. . . ." (Psalm 19:7)

Now, what is wrong with "the law" is that it brings death. None of us is able to keep it, but that is "the problem" with US. The curse of the law is that our guilt is perfected and we are all made perfectly worthy of death. The new-age liberals, posing as ministers of righteousness, are not able or willing to deal with the fact that Jesus Christ took away the CURSE of the law, but DID NOT take away the LAW (John 14:21; 15:10; Matthew 5:17-19; Hebrews 4:9; etc.), so they LIE to you!

The LAW is not wrong because we fail to keep it. (Romans 7:7) WE ARE WRONG because we fail. By the work of Jesus Christ, salvation is not of the law, yet the same Paul, that the "charismatics" continually misquote, trying to make the word "law" a dirty word, has said in Romans 3:31, "Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law."

The crafty scribe runs to Romans 13:8 and reads: "Owe no man anything, but to LLLLLLOVE one another: for he that loveth another hath FULFILLLLLLLED the law." He then immediately explains that "fulfill" MEANS "does away with" (by "private interpretation") even though Paul and the Holy Spirit define "fulfill" to mean "establish"! (Romans 3:31)

These deceivers do not want their victim to notice that Romans 13:8 begins with "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another. . . ." (They study Greek but can’t read English.) Paul is not here dealing with the subject of man to God, but only man to "man". In the next verse, Paul continued:

Here, "love thy neighbour" in verse 9 is associated with the last six of the ten commandments (honoring parents is omitted.) This is the same association the Lord made in Matthew 22:40, but saying that "On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." In this limited context in Romans (man to man) Paul only gives the appropriate corresponding commandments. The first four commandments are not given here because they are OFF THE SUBJECT!

When these deceivers quote Romans 13:8 to get you to believe the commandments are done away with, they not only ignore the verse that follows, in which half the commandments are listed, but they make the Lord out to be a liar, who gave both great commandments, in Matthew 22:37-40, upon which hang "all" the commandments. These people invariably leave out the first of the two. (Around "Christmas" time (Jeremiah 10:2-4), these folks, are always blathering "Peace on Earth, good will toward men" leaving out "Glory to God in the highest" (Luke 2:14) going before in the same sentence.) They do not know God, do not give him glory, and do not mind wrecking a man’s belief in the bible because they do not believe it themselves. If their argument really were that there is no commandment in effect except "to love our neighbor", then these people would need to explain away the fact that the Lord always made the commandment issue PLURAL!

The Jewish ordinances were disannulled in the new testament, so the commandment-haters naturally insist that "ordinances" and "commandments" are the same. (The same doctor who says "Things different are not the same," to force the "kingdom of heaven" and the "kingdom of God" to be two different kingdoms, to dodge Matthew 5:19, has no problem forgetting his own rule, as he insists in this case that "commandments" and "ordinances" are EXACTLY the same.) "Since Paul did away with the ordinances," these people say, "then the commandments are done away with, too. You can’t distinguish between them." (This is routine.) But in 1^st Corinthians 7:19 Paul clearly distinguished between them. Jesus Christ expanded "salvation" to include Gentiles (Romans 11:11; 2:10), and the keeping of the "ordinances" then became meaningless for both Jews and Gentiles. (Ephesians 2:12-19) The Holy Spirit made it clear, for those who will hear it: the ten commandments are not "ordinances" and are not "Jewish" (and never were!)

When Paul wrote about not being under "tutors," in Galatians, he addressed himself to the "ordinances," which described the exacting requirements of the keeping of the commandments. It was these laws, written about the commandments that would pass away. This was prophesied of, in Jeremiah 31:32-33 (as Paul repeated in Hebrews 8:10; 10:16) that the commandments would be written in the hearts (and minds) that those "graffed in" to Israel (Romans 11:19) would not need a tutor to instruct in his law, anymore. Paul only repeated what was known already by anyone who believed the old testament.

The deceivers who claim the commandments are done away with, and then go to Galatians to "prove" it, know exactly what the "tutor" is. (These shifty hypocrites insist you ditch the fourth commandment so you don’t "observe days"; while they justify "Sunday," Christmas, Easter, "Ash Wednesday," birthdays, mother’s day, Valentine’s Day, "Good Friday," April fool’s, "Halloween," New Year’s, and Martin Luther King day.)

The bible points out repeatedly that, although a man is not saved by the law, he is not to conclude therefore that the law is set aside. In Romans 2:13, Paul wrote, "For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified." The "law" in chapter 2 is the commandment law, as seen in verses 21 and 22. In Romans 7:7 it is written:

and again in verse 12:

Paul said in verse 22, "For I delight in the law of God . . ." and then in verse 25, "I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin." "Christian" rebels just ignore these verses and willingly corrupt scripture, as they go right on hawking lies. Two verses later, in chapter eight, verse two, "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death," they will claim every time that "the law of sin and death" is a reference to the commandments; and no unsaved poker-player in the world could tell a whopper like that and keep a straight face. Paul said, ". . . with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin." These characters never read the passage of scripture they extract a proof-text from. They clearly serve "the law of sin and death" in their own flesh while ignoring "the law of the Lord" (Psalm 1:1-2).

Paul preached Christ with the intent,

A man gets the "mind of Christ" if he is converted (1^st Corinthians 2:16), while the "carnal mind" is against God because it remains in rebellion. (By boasting that you are "not subject to the law" you testify against yourself that you are "carnal" and unconverted.)

The above verses notwithstanding, carnal "Christians" wrest Colossians 2:16 ("unto their own destruction" (2^nd Peter 3:16)), trying to make Paul and the Lord out to be liars by pretending this verse refers to the fourth commandment. (Their plan, without revealing it, is to convince the unsuspecting babe in the Lord that the new testament contradicts itself, so he can be maneuvered into ignoring the verses they ignore.) Colossians 2:16 lends itself as the sabbath hater’s proof-text, but, as such, only succeeds in the ears of an ignorant man: "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days. . . ." This verse, as well as the entire chapter, deals only with "ordinances", not the commandments, and a list is given in verse 16 of ordinances in which the Lord’s servants are not to allow themselves to be judged. The "sabbath days" does not refer to the fourth commandment at all, but to the high feast days the Jews kept with their pagan "holidays," just like "Christians" today. This is an old story.

The phrase, "new moons and sabbaths" here, at the beginning of Isaiah, is the same phrase, referring to the same ordinances, as in Colossians 2:16. In Isaiah 1:14, the expression is repeated from verse 13, using "new moons" again, but followed with "and your appointed feasts" instead of "and sabbaths", because the two are interchangeable and define each other. These "ordinances" are referenced in Nehemiah 10:33, "of the sabbaths, of the new moons", and in Ezekiel 46:3, "in the sabbaths and in the new moons".

These "sabbaths" are the "feast" days of yearly celebration, and every one of the seminary educated deceivers who took you to Colossians 2:16 to do away with the fourth commandment, knew that. (You thought only blonds "played dumb"?) The keeping of the fourth commandment "sabbath" is strongly preached in Isaiah (56:2,6; 58:13-14), so that it would be impossible to believe Isaiah, chapter 1, was "doing away with the fourth commandment" anymore than Paul in Colossians did so! (See: Leviticus 16:29-31; 23:23-25,32,39 for these "sabbath days" having no connection with the fourth commandment.)

As given, "blotting out the handwriting of ordinances" (Colossians 2:14), is the context for the verse 16 which follows! The "commandments" are not "ordinances", and they are not handwritten as Paul refers to the ordinances in verse fourteen. They were "written with the finger of God" (Exodus 31:18; 32:16), which is to say, "without hands" (Colossians 2:11). This Satanic intermixing of commandments and ordinances, as though they were the same, is not just sloppy scholarship: it is intentional deception by "evil men and seducers"! (2^nd Timothy 3:13)

According to Colossians 2, "Let no man therefore judge you in meat. . . ." because the ordinances behind the eating of foods no longer exist! In Romans 14:2, it is written that those who will eat only vegetables are "weak" in faith, but, yet we are told not to judge those who are deceived in this way (14:3). We are not defiled by what goes into our mouths, but by what comes out. (Matthew 15:11) Let no man judge you in respect of "holy days." (If you don’t do THEIR "holy days" with them, they WILL judge you, but you are not to let them.) "Let no man therefore judge you . . . in respect of . . . the sabbath days." (ordinances). The professional trained mouthpiece persists in protecting his religion here, claiming this verse means the fourth commandment is "done away with," but:

The word "rest", underlined above, is taken from the word for "sabbath rest". Government sponsored religion says it is "done away with," but the Lord said it "remaineth", so somebody "is a liar".

Satan has various smooth sayings such as, "Well, we WERE under law administration, but that was done away with and now we’re under GRACE administration." (This may sound slick but its pig slop, and none of it came from the bible.) Indeed we ARE under "grace," but any "chosen people" ALWAYS WERE. Noah "found grace" (Genesis 6:8); Lot "found" it (Genesis 19:19); Moses "found" it (Exodus 33:12,17); Gideon "found" it, and had the nerve to ask for proof of it (Judges 6:17), and got proof of it (vs. 18-23); a "remnant" got it (Ezra 9:8); "the lowly" get it (Proverbs 3:34); and, in the wilderness, "all the families of Israel. . . found grace". (Jeremiah 31:1-2) (But instead of believing the word of God, most "Christians" prefer to think the grace of God is some "NEW" thing that only Gentiles get, because, Oh my stars, you’re "SPECIAL!")

John said to "keep" the commandments, Paul said it, and the Lord said it. "Christians" SAY they want Jesus Christ as the "LORD of their life," but they certainly WILL NOT HAVE HIM TELLING THEM WHAT TO DO! The world verdict concerning Jesus Christ is plainly "We will not have this man to reign over us." (Luke 19:14) which is why the "politically correct" response to Christ knocking at the door now ignores his position as "Lord". (Satan has modern "Christians" saying, "Come into my heart.", whatever that’s supposed to mean!)

A man living in adultery will find the seventh and tenth commandments to be "unfortunate," and the last thing he wants to run into is a man with a bible who is able to quote from it. (The fornicator may say he’s a servant of the Lord (Galatians 6:3), but please spare me his "interpretation" of the seventh commandment (Exodus 20:14).) If he claims he "has Jesus in his heart" he may fool the naive, but he will not escape the wrath of the Lord (Ephesians 5:3,6). Sin is still sin (John 8:34; Hebrews 3:13; 10:26; Romans 6:2). The schemes of self-justifying wicked men to get rid of the second and fourth commandments are couched in spiritual sounding terms for the purpose of seducing others into similar thinking, because they do not wish to go to hell alone (Matthew 23:15). (When they worship the beast and take his mark, they will certainly demand that this also is the spiritual thing for you to do with them (Revelation 13:15-17).)

The fourth commandment includes not only which day is to be kept as the sabbath, but WHY it is to be kept. (Genesis 2:3; Exodus 20:11; Hebrews 4:4; John 1:1-3) The REASON for the seventh day has never changed unless a man’s "Lord" is NOT the God of creation. (There is more than one Lord in this world (1^st Corinthians 8:5) and there is more than one "Jesus" being preached in the "churches" (2^nd Corinthians 11:4).)

The Lord was lengthy in providing his reasoning for the fourth commandment, and there is no biblical standard at all by which his reasoning could be rejected; but the unbiblical philosophies of deceived men are profuse in these last days, such as: "For Christians, ALL days are holy days." This seduction has a clever ring to it, but tries to suffice a whole question with half an answer. The commandment not only says "Remember the sabbath day", but on that day "thou shalt not do any work. . . ." (Exodus 20:10) Paul ". . . commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat." (2^nd Thessalonians 3:10), and it is written by God’s finger, "Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work. . . ." (Exodus 20:9); so all days cannot be kept "holy" in the manner suggested.

They that approve themselves, in the substitution of the first day of the week for the sabbath, do so by SAYING that "All days are now the same.", yet they condemn anyone who keeps the sabbath. (Under their new equality, one day is a lot less equal than the other.) The legions who buy into this corrupt argument say that "Sunday" is a "time-honored tradition" and "There is nothing wrong with it."; but the Lord declares them "hypocrites"! Jesus Christ blasted the religious leaders of his people:

They say they worship the Lord, but even if that is so, it is "in vain". The trained hypocrites running the so-called churches today are the spiritual descendants of these cursed men. The Lord nailed them:

A man’s "feelings" on this simply do not matter. The "World Council of Churches" routinely discuss their desire to get "homosexuals into the fold", and women into the pulpit (without losing membership) and not ONE of these doctors, experts, "priests," scholars, or "reverends," ever seems to know that the Lord already addressed these issues and said he was not going to have it! He said it in the OLD testament (Leviticus 20:13; 18:22; Deuteronomy 23:17; 22:5; Genesis 3:1-17) and it is still that way in the NEW testament. (1^st Timothy 2:11,12; Romans 1:27,32; 1^st Corinthians 6:9-10; 1^st Timothy 1:10; Jude 7;) Of course, every one of these politically correct theologians will have Galatians 3:28 (concerning SALVATION) for his proof-text, so he can ignore the above verses concerning SEX which is the issue. When a bible-believer testifies that this evil cannot be combined with Christian doctrine because it is still "sin", all the government religious officials carry on like HE has the problem. If you asked any of these "vipers" (Matthew 23:33) about their belief in the bible, every one of them would pay lip service to it, but the bald fact is that they could not care less what God said. ("Interpretation" has nothing to do with it.)

In spite of what God plainly said concerning the sabbath day, the hypocrites continue repeating worn out false doctrine to make Jesus Christ a confused, lying sinner, TO JUSTIFY THEMSELVES, such as: "The sabbath is done away with because Jesus HARVESTED on the sabbath." The man that swallows this false accusation against the Lord, or who preaches this "false witness" (Exodus 20:16) are the Lord’s enemies! (2^nd Timothy 3:8) There is no need for surprise here: this breed of religious hyena has been around a long time (Matthew 26:59; Acts 6:9-13).

To set the record straight, the bible does NOT say the Lord "harvested on the sabbath day" (Matthew 12:1; Mark 2:23; Luke 6:1), but that: the "disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat. . . ." The Lord did not seize the opportunity to say the sabbath is done away with -- not even a hint. He only defended his disciples against the insane accusation that they had done "that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days." It was never given that anybody should not "EAT" on the sabbath, but that a man should not "work". The disciples’ picking at the corn, while they stood in the field with the Lord, is not "harvesting!" (What do you call it when YOU open the cupboard and make a sandwich? "Industrial construction?" Are you trying to kid me, or yourself?)

Again, the Lord said, "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven. . . ." (so if your judgement is that the Lord broke the commandment then you, Sir, hold Jesus Christ as "least in the kingdom of heaven", and my bet is that you will not do well at the judgment.)

"Christians" claim, "Yea, well, Jesus HEALED on the seventh day. That did away with it." (I get this all the time.) This is the same Satanic, false-accusing conclusion the Pharisees came to, and they accused the Lord of violating the sabbath because they hated him, not because there was any merit to the charge. "And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him." (Luke 6:7)

The word of God never said it was unlawful to "heal" or to "do well" on the sabbath, THEY did! The Lord knowingly walked into their "trap," to dispose of this Satanic conclusion, and he plainly stated that it IS "lawful on the sabbath days to do good. . . . And they were filled with madness. . . ." (Luke 6:11) Familiar, very familiar!

The charge of "sabbath-breaking" is phony, and the Lord is guiltless! The scribes and Pharisees hated the Lord because he healed ON ANY DAY. It was a hard act to follow. The Lord preached the doctrine that love and mercy are always right, even on the sabbath. The Pharisees concluded that the Lord was all wrong, and "Christians" conclude that the sabbath is all wrong. The Lord was not remotely touching upon the issue of whether a man should remember the sabbath day, or if he should change it to another day.

The Lord kept the sabbath day by teaching on that day in the synagogues, but the religious professionals who are always blathering about the Lord being "our example" carefully make an exception in this case.

In Luke 13:10, when the woman came to him to be healed, he "was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath", as in Luke 6:6 when the man with the withered hand came to him. (There’s a pattern here that evil men pretend they don’t see!) Deceived Laodiceans go ripping pages out of their bibles, racing to Acts 20:7 to "prove" that "Paul preached on the first day of the week."; and only succeed in proving that they can’t read English at the third grade level.

The disciples came together to "break bread" (NOT "share the communion," or "go to Mass") with Paul late on the seventh day of the week (which became the first day at sundown), listening to him speak, in contemplation of his leaving town the next day. No doctrine is affected at all by Paul getting together with his friends for a meal at the end of the Sabbath. (My friends and I do this same thing every week.) Paul would not want money exchanged on the sabbath day, and "the first day of the week" was clearly the right time to take a collection so "that there be no gatherings" on the sabbath (1^st Corinthians 16:2), which never occurs to the professional "plate-passers" for whom the collection of money is the main event! (1^st Timothy 6:10)

This verse testifies that Paul continued his speech "until midnight", and none of these deceivers ever concludes from this verse that he should congregate "Sunday" morning at "midnight"! If Acts 20:7 were really as pivotal for these hypocrites as they claim, being willing, as they are, on the strength of it to reject the fourth commandment in favor of the DAY mentioned, it is revealing that they care nothing about the TIME given. There is, of course, no implication of changing anything here:

The use of this proof-text as a justification for this hypocrisy only proves that camels can be swallowed.

Paul preached every day of the week in addition to preaching on the sabbath, "as his manner was". Further, Jesus, the disciples, AND PAUL repeatedly preached on the sabbath day as their "custom", which fact was also given in the same book of Acts. (I have stood, bible in hand, with religious professionals who, after having me read Acts 20:7 to them, physically prevented me from reading further in Acts. They know what is written there, but they did not want others to know.)

When a man runs to Acts 20:7 to try to establish his doctrine on "changing the sabbath day," he only demonstrates he is deceived or has an agenda other than the truth. (John 4:23-24) The Lord said to Pontius Pilate, "Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice." (John 18:37) Pilate came back with, "What is truth?" (v. 38) (and Pilate got no answer). "Christians" who are not "of the truth" have something in common with Pilate, in addition to being "Roman". It is simply a fact that the bible never replaced the seventh day of the week with the first.

If a man wanted to "play the numbers" and get something SIGNIFICANT with respect to comparing "one" with "seven," it is noteworthy that the ARK came to rest "in the seventh month . . . upon the mountains of Ararat" (Genesis 8:4); a "servant . . . in the seventh [year] . . . shall go out free . . ." (Exodus 21:2); in "the seventh year" the "land" should "rest" (Exodus 23:10-11; Leviticus 25:4); and that for a man who is "unclean" (Numbers 19:11-12), "on the seventh day he shall be clean". It was said that "manna" should not be gathered, and would not be found "on the seventh day" (Exodus 16:26); that in Ezra, chapter seven, verse seven, "the children . . . went up . . . unto Jerusalem, in the seventh year of . . . the king"; that Enoch, resurrected without ever having seen death, was "the seventh from Adam" (Jude 14); and twenty times "on the seventh day thou shalt rest" (Exodus 23:12, etc.). Joshua compassed Jericho "seven times" on "the seventh day" (Joshua 6:15) with "seven priests . . . bearing seven trumpets" (6:4), who "brought the walls down" at the "seventh" trump (1^st Corinthians 15:52) at which there was a "great shout" (Joshua 6:5,20; 1^st Thessalonians 4:16; Jeremiah 25:30; Isaiah 42:13; Psalm 47:5) at which the people "ascend" (Joshua 6:5) "so that the people went up" (Joshua 6:20; Revelation 11:12) after which the place was destroyed "with fire" (Joshua 6:24; 2^nd Thessalonians 1:8; 2^nd Peter 3:7,12; Matthew 3:10,11,12) as the Lord had done before (Genesis 19:24) and will do again on a bigger scale.

These passages clearly foreshadow the last days and the resurrection as given later in Revelation, where, the "seven angels which had the seven trumpets" (Revelation 8:6) prepare to sound under the "seventh seal" (8:1) and "in the days of the voice of the seventh angel" (10:7) after "the seven angels" pour out "the seven vials full of the seven last plagues" (21:9), it is finished (11:15), ending Daniel’s "week" (Daniel 9:27), which is the beginning of the SEVENTH and last "thousand years" on earth for man (Revelation 20:2-7) The sabbath is "an ensample" (2^nd Peter 2:6) for this thousand year reign of Christ, wherein the world will have "rest". If all a man were really looking for is a significant bible number, "seven" beats "one" easy!

Many people believe the sabbath day has died out in this "modern" world; but it has not. There are thousands of true sabbath-keeping churches (not to be confused with "Adventism"), although you will never hear about it from the "news" media, or from anyone within the government "church" structure. Bible believing Christians have always been hated by every generation that is "drunk" on the "fornication" of Roman Catholicism. (John 15:18-21; 17:14-17; 1^st John 3:13; Proverbs 29:10,27; Revelation 17:1-2)

The keeping of the seventh day does not feel right to a worldly man, because he follows his instincts (Proverbs 14:12) and prefers to stay away from minority opinions (Matthew 7:14). His "broad" "way" fellow travelers (Matthew 7:13) are always happy to slap him on the back and tell him exactly what he wanted to hear, but it is written:

The small and scattered churches that count the contempt of this world a small thing in comparison to the joy and glory of the truth, do not subscribe to the theory that God’s law is dead any more than "God is dead." The truth has survived two thousand years of torture, mass murder, and slick religion.

Christians, in fact, kept the sabbath, not "Sunday," for 300 years following the Lord’s death. Later, during the "dark ages" under the power of the Roman "church," they continued to keep the sabbath, even when forced into hiding for doing so. Thousands of men, women, and children accepted suffering, torture, and death over a lie. History has been completely buried by the government SCHOOL system so that it can now be said by the government CHURCH system that, "The sabbath day was changed by the early Christians." (When anyone in the media says "Christian," he MEANS "Catholic": Christians are always described as "cults.") Following the end of the Catholic inquisitions and the printing of the bible (1611), the keeping of the sabbath has been on the rise again, and regardless of what men do, think, or say; not one jot or tittle will pass from the law "Till heaven and earth pass. . . ." (Matthew 5:18)

Focusing on the real "problem" here; since there is not even a hint of the seventh day being annulled or replaced by the bible, and since the commandment to keep that day was given in the strongest possible terms; a man has to look outside the bible to find the history for the change of the day. If a man lived his entire life on an island with nothing for doctrine but the Holy Spirit and a bible, he would never have come up with any change for the sabbath day.

The truth is that there were no "early Christians who changed the sabbath to the first day of the week." The "early church" was a persecuted church, and they were slaughtered by the thousands for keeping God’s word, NOT changing it:

In bible doctrine (or politics) a man "given to change" is called a "liberal" (Isaiah 32:5-8). (It would not occur to me to change the sabbath day anymore than to worship a cow! Why would a man believe that Christians in the past were any different?) "Early Christians" moved in different social circles and had nothing in common with these Baal-worshippers. They were not "adoring" idols, saying "novenas," or thumbing beads. They were not burning anybody at the stake or "celebrating the mass." They were not "professing the glories of Mary", or getting intercession through "the Mother of God" or dead saints. They did not have regard for anybody in "purple and scarlet" wearing house slippers and a "Dagon" fish-god hat on his head, claiming to be "infallible." God fearing servants of Jesus Christ were not ignoring God’s word in favor of what any "holy fathers" had to say about anything. They were not "praying for the dead," selling "indulgences," or "keeping" "Sunday". (None of this bothers most "Christian" folks today.)

God said, "Thou shalt not covet" but from the conniving "popes" to the scheming monks and priests, nothing could be seen but covetousness. God said, "Thou shalt not Kill" while the "pope’s" henchmen carried out the most sadistic and brutal murders, devising more nightmarish and slow methods to torture and kill than Hitler, Mussolini, and the Count de Sade combined. (Yes, these, too, were all Catholic, and all of them "born-again Christians" by definition of the "church." See you in Heaven!) The Lord said, "Thou shalt not commit adultery.", and the saints watched while the so-called "vicars of Christ," and "holy" "pope Innocents," etc., committed as many depraved, perverted, and nationally embarrassing acts of fornication as any modern San Francisco reprobate. The Lord said, "Thou shalt not bear false witness . . ." yet Papists for a thousand years (and to this day) trumped up false charges against Christians that they might execute them and confiscate their property.

This evil took place entirely before the notion that "the commandments are done away with", and whereas this Satanic lie works well on modern spiritually anemic "Christians," it would not have succeeded at all with dark ages martyrs, who, rather than break the commandments, were burned alive, buried alive, boiled alive, disemboweled, hung by their arms with weights tied to their feet, turned out naked in the winter, pulled apart in the rack, left to die in the stocks, and thrown off cliffs onto sharp stakes, having watched their wives and children go before them. They had their skin peeled from their bodies, bladders tied shut, arms and legs sawed off, hot pokers shoved into their mouths, and they knew who it was they served when they died. If the hypocrites running the "churches" today were to tell these martyrs that "The commandments are done away with.", they would have needed it in writing.

Today’s religious leaders, scholars, and experts; altogether back in bed with "THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" (Revelation 17:5) are strangely unanimous in believing that the commandments are "a trivial issue." The "saints" were warned that Satan would "think to change times and laws" (Daniel 7:25), but twentieth century "Christians" are too "wise" (Matthew 11:25) to be deceived by Satan (Revelation 12:9) and too "educated" (2^nd Timothy 3:7) to be "warned" (Psalm 19:7-11): they are half-baked, lazy, ignorant, deceived, phony, well fed, and ready for slaughter.

Seventeen hundred years ago, Satan thumbed his nose at God, and bullied "Christians" into doing the same, through the unholy Roman Catholic "church" (and the old harlot brags about it when "Protestants" are just out of earshot.) "Sunday" observance was enforced at Rome by Constantine, in 321 A.D. Under power of law, on punishment of death, Christians were forced to rest "on the venerable day of the Sun" and forbidden to be idle on the seventh day. (There was nothing "Christian" about this process.)

The ancient Babylonian religion of the sun god, which is Baal worship, now called "Catholicism," has been around a long time. The "sunburst" (where the "host" is placed) is still on the Catholic altar, still worshiped, and still paraded down main-street as "god" in countries where, because of the extent of their political power, it is unnecessary to keep up appearances, as "Christian." In the "history" books, Constantine (the REAL first "pope") is given credit for "Christianizing" Rome, but of course such a thing never happened. Rome got "Catholicized." The "MYSTERY BABYLON" religion disguised herself with a little Christian terminology while keeping every one of her old pagan doctrines, and ultimately forced the Christian population at the point of the sword to become Catholic or die. This is how it was done to the native population in Mexico and South America, by Spanish Jesuits with their Conquistador escorts; just as it was done previously in Spain and Italy. The "Ecumenical" movement (meaning "universal," or "catholic") is a Satanic euphemism for the coming religion of the "One World Order," and Jesus Christ has nothing to do with any of it.

The historical lie is told that "Rome fell," but the fact is that it never happened. Constantine simply moved the office of Caesar to a more luxurious location: the Roman "caesar" (claiming he was god and infallible) became the Roman "pope" (claiming he takes the place of god and is infallible) and nothing changed in the least. Men seeking worldly power have always courted the old politician’s favor (although the pope is only a front for another much more powerful than himself). The ancient mystery Babylon religion (Revelation 17:5) took on a Roman address (v. 9) and is still reigning "over the kings of the earth" (v.18).

During the "dark ages" (the "golden years" for papists; or "middle ages" for those who wish to remain neutral) the "blood of the saints" was spilled in torrents, exactly as told in the bible. (Revelation 17:6) For a thousand years it was a nightmare, just as it will be again shortly. Awesome as her power is, however, the old whore will be tossed aside by the "global elite" when their plans no longer require her services. (Revelation 17:15-18) Such has always been the fate of hookers. (The tricky thing about a "woman" riding on a "beast" (v. 3) is that, under casual scrutiny, it is not altogether obvious who is really in charge and who is only being used.)

"Milky" Christians (Hebrews 5:13-14) who failed to discern the subtle evil of the Roman Leviathan were lulled in by the "ecumenical" offers of "peace" (Daniel 8:25) and "cooperation" (2^nd Corinthians 6:14-17) (the same strategy presently used against the remaining government "churches" which have not yet been entirely subverted. Those who persist in opposing the harlot will of course be killed, as she further consolidates her power and reverts to her usual methods. Through all this, historically, as it shall be again (Ecclesiastes 1:9), Christians continued to keep the sabbath, although in greatly reduced numbers. Who was "Christian," or who was a "heretic," depended upon who was in position to publish an opinion. Today, Satan has radio, T.V., movies, magazines, newspapers, parochial school, public school, and "CHURCHES" to propagate his lies.

The "denominations" have made their stand, and can not back out of their Sunday doctrines or Roman entanglements, even if they wanted to. (Individuals come to the truth, but bureaucracies never do.) To unconverted men, "denominational unity" is more compelling than the truth especially when there’s a dollar in it, and likewise even most Christians take the path of least resistance when the truth is involved. A nearly universal "Christian" sentiment is that, "Keeping the sabbath is a burden."; but the Lord said:

If a man thinks the things of the Lord are a "burden", he does not want to hear about it; as he said, "For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:30)

Modern deceivers try to improve the image of "Sunday" by referring to it as "the Lord’s day", but this erroneous and Satanic association did not come from the bible, or from "early Christians." It was wholly invented within the Catholic institution and pawned off on the world by the old pagan fox, "pope" Silvester, more than three hundred years after Christ. It is not possible that any Christian could think "the Lord’s day" (Revelation 1:10) is a day OF THE WEEK, unless he were pathetically "deceived" by the "sorcery" of "the great whore" (Revelation 17:1; 19:2; 18:23). Hordes of phoney "churches" were conned into this outrageous deception because years ago they abandoned the love of the truth in favor of the love of money and the honor of this world.

On "the day of the Lord . . . the heavens . . . pass away with a great noise, and the elements . . . melt with fervent heat" (2^nd Peter 3:10). That "day" is "great and dreadful" (Malachi 4:5), a day of "darkness" (Amos 5:18-20; Joel 2:31; Acts 2:20), "destruction from the Almighty" (Joel 1:15), and "vengeance" (Jeremiah 46:10). On that day the Lord comes in "power and great glory" (Matthew 24:29-30), resurrects his "elect" (Matthew 24:31), kills all his enemies (Psalm 110:5-6), and utterly destroys the world by fire (Malachi 4:1). The world has never seen any "Sunday" even remotely resembling this! Foolish men like to imagine they can follow the bible AND the tradition of men, but it is impossible to serve two masters. (Matthew 6:24) This is an ancient problem!

For two thousand years, true Christians have lost "friends" and "family" (Luke 21:16; Matthew 10:34-37) when they "come out" (Revelation 18:4; 2^nd Corinthians 6:17) of the pseudo-Christian religious system of "the power of darkness" (Luke 22:53; 1st John 1:6). The steeples, crosses, stained glass, and graven images of their temples defiantly proclaim their pagan roots. In these last days of rampant apostasy, many men see the surrounding evil and suppose, by comparison, that their religion (whether it was carefully chosen, randomly fallen into, or thrust upon them by parents) is acceptable with God; yet the Lord seeks men, who with the whole "heart" (1^st Samuel 12:24), worship God "in spirit and in truth" (John 4:23-24), and he is not settling for less. The true churches of the Lord that remain today are not at all what or where most men figure they are (1^st Corinthians 3:9; 16:19; Colossians 4:15; Romans 16:5); so that in seeking genuine fellowship in Jesus Christ a man will not find a true local church by looking in the yellow pages; but more likely, the church will find him, according to the good pleasure of Jesus Christ. They will recognize each other by their love of God’s word and faithfulness to his doctrine.

Those who use Roman propaganda to justify the substitution of the Lord’s sabbath by Rome, have a natural instinct to protect their "mother" and justify their own wickedness; and they thoroughly betray themselves by the way they handle God’s word (Hebrews 4:12) and despise the truth (2^nd Peter 2:1-2). Their way of thinking did not come from the bible.
