(Sex is for a man and a woman who have taken each other in marriage. God has condemned all sex outside of marriage, with another of the same sex, with animals, with kin, with offspring, and with a parent. Proverbs 18:22 "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord."

Genesis 26:6-8 Isaac was seen "sporting with Rebekah his wife." (This is a good thing!)

v. 12 (The Lord was with Isaac and blessed him.)

Proverbs 5:18-19 ". . . rejoice with the wife of thy youth. . . . let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love. (Does this sound like the Lord is against sex?)

(You wives, are you sexy and loving to your husbands or are you bitches?)

Sex is a "Duty":

Exodus 21:10 "If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish."

"duty of marriage" (Sex, that is.) [The Lord is delicate about the description!]

QUESTION: What was Jacob doing wrong here?

How many wives did Rehoboam have?

2nd Chronicles 11:21 ". . . he took eighteen wives, and threescore concubines. . . ."

v. 23 "And he dealt wisely. . . . And he desired many wives."

How many wives did Abijah have? (King of Judah)
