(QUESTION: Whom is the Lord courting here?)

Matthew 28:18-19 "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying . . . Go ye therefore, and teach all nations. . . ."

Acts 13:44-47 "It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles."

Romans 10:9-13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

19-21 "I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me."

ch. 11 "Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded. . . ."

(This "election" is primarily Gentile by birth, being grafted into Israel by second birth.)

Luke 24:44-47 ". . . that . . . remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem."

Isaiah 42:1-9 ". . . he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. . . . for a light of the Gentiles. . . ." (Prophecy)

49:1-6 ". . . I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth."

Luke 2:25-32 "A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel."

Acts 13:47 "For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth."

Ezekiel 28:24-26 "and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD. . . . when I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered. . . ."

37:21 "Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land. . . ."
