Nimrod, On the Plain of Shinar
Genesis 10:8-10 ". . . Nimrod . . . began to be a mighty one . . . in the land of Shinar."

Isaiah 56:1-8 ". . . I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off."
[You wouldn’t have to "make a name" for yourself.]
