18:1-22 "And the Lord appeared unto him [Abraham] in the plains of Mamre. . . ." (along with two angels)

Exodus 33:11 "And the Lord spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend."

Joshua 5:13-15 ". . . as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come."
